"en": "Auto-CO-AFM is an open-source software package for scanning probe microscopes that enables the automatic functionalization of scanning probe tips with carbon monoxide molecules. This enables machine operators to specify the quality of the tip needed utilizing a pre-trained library with off-the-shelf software. From a single image, the software package can determine which molecules on a surface are carbon monoxide, perform the necessary tip functionalization procedures, interface with microscope software to control the tip position, and determines the centeredness of the tip after a successful functionalization. This is of particular interest for atomic force microscopy imaging of molecules on surfaces, where the tip functionalization is a necessary and time consuming step needed for sub-molecular resolution imaging. This package is freely available under the MIT License."

Background: The Carbohydrate-Active enZymes (CAZy) auxiliary activity family 3 (AA3) comprises flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent (FAD) oxidoreductases from the glucose–methanol–choline (GMC) family, which play auxiliary roles in lignocellulose conversion. The AA3 subfamily 1 predominantly consists of cellobiose dehydrogenases (CDHs) that typically comprise a dehydrogenase domain, a cytochrome domain, and a carbohydrate-binding module from family 1 (CBM1).\r\nResults: In this work, an AA3_1 gene from T. myriococcoides CBS 398.93 encoding only a GMC dehydrogenase domain was expressed in Aspergillus niger. Like previously characterized CDHs, this enzyme (TmXdhA) predominantly accepts linear saccharides with β-(1 → 4) linkage and targets the hydroxyl on the reducing anomeric carbon. TmXdhA was distinguished, however, by its preferential activity towards xylooligosaccharides over cellooligosaccharides. Amino acid sequence analysis showed that TmXdhA possesses a glutamine at the substrate-binding site rather than a threonine or serine that occupies this position in previously characterized CDHs, and structural models suggest the glutamine in TmXdhA could facilitate binding to pentose sugars. Conclusions The biochemical analysis of TmXdhA revealed a catalytic preference for xylooligosaccharide substrates. The modeled structure of TmXdhA provides a reference for the screening of oxidoreductases targeting xylooligosaccharides. We anticipate TmXdhA to be a good candidate for the conversion of xylooligosaccharides to added-value chemicals by its exceptional catalytic ability."

The paper studies the mechanical properties and fracture mechanics of Additive Manufacturing (AM) polyamide 12 (PA12) in two build orientations exposed to a 1500-hour accelerated weathering cycle (ISO-4982-3) followed by tensile testing (ISO-527). Fracture surfaces of X and Z build orientation AM PA12 and X build orientation AM glass-filled PA12 were studied with scanning electron microscopy. The tested AM materials were PA12, glass-filled PA12, and carbon-reinforced PA12. The reference materials cut from sheet included glass-filled and molybdenum disulfide-filled PA66, PMMA, ABS, PC, and cast PA12. The dataset contains: - Full tensile test results in PDF format, and individual CSV files - A python script for tensile CSV data plotting - Overall pictures of all samples after tensile tests - 3D models and drawings for tensile samples, manufacturing files for a custom QUV holder assembly - SEM images of fracture surfaces for AM polyamide 12 (SLS), X and Z build orientation, and glass-filled polyamide 12 (SLS) in the X build orientation Version history: 1.0.1: A partially corrupted version of the tensile test results PDF file replaced (Tensile_test_results.pdf)"

"en": "SnO2 has received great attention for electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR), however, it still suffers from low activity. Moreover, SnO2 structure at the atomic level and the nature of active sites are still ambiguous due to the dynamism of surface structure and difficulty in structure characterization under electrochemical conditions. Herein, two common supports i.e. Vulcan carbon (C) and TiO2 were used to enhance the performance of SnO2. SnO2/C demonstrates over 90% selectivity for C1 products (HCOO− and CO) over a wide potential range while SnO2/TiO2 shows lower activities. Furthermore, our study outlines an explicit method for multiscale simulation to investigate SnO2 reduction and establish a correlation between SnOx structures and their CO2RR performance. For that reason, we used the Machine Learning interatomic potential method to generate SnOx nanoparticles to assess the possible synthesized active sites. Further, computational selectivity is analyzed with Density Functional Theory simulations to identify the key differences between the binding energies of *H and *CO2−, which are correlated with a surface oxygen amount. In addition, electrolysis of CO2 at various temperatures in a neutral electrolyte revealed that the application window for this catalyst is between 12 and 30 °C. This study offers an in-depth understanding and insight into the rational design and application of Sn-based electrocatalysts for CO2RR."

"en": "Abstract Background It is known that blood levels of neurofilament light (NF-L) and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) are both associated with outcome of patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Here, we sought to examine the association between admission levels of plasma NF-L and white matter (WM) integrity in post-acute stage DW-MRI in patients with mTBI. Methods Ninety-three patients with mTBI (GCS ≥ 13), blood sample for NF-L within 24 h of admission, and DW-MRI ≥ 90 days post-injury (median = 229) were included. Mean fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), axial diffusivity (AD), and radial diffusivity (RD) were calculated from the skeletonized WM tracts of the whole brain. Outcome was assessed using the Extended Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOSE) at the time of imaging. Patients were divided into CT-positive and -negative, and complete (GOSE = 8) and incomplete recovery (GOSE < 8) groups. Results The levels of NF-L and FA correlated negatively in the whole cohort (p = 0.002), in CT-positive patients (p = 0.016), and in those with incomplete recovery (p = 0.005). The same groups showed a positive correlation with mean MD, AD, and RD (p < 0.001—p = 0.011). In CT-negative patients or in patients with full recovery, significant correlations were not found. Conclusion In patients with mTBI, the significant correlation between NF-L levels at admission and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) measurements of diffuse axonal injury (DAI) over more than 3 months suggests that the early levels of plasma NF-L may associate with the presence of DAI at a later phase of TBI."

The remaining 33 networks are constructed using a combination of hashtags focused on specific topics like climate change and economic policy. Each filename consists of two parts: the first part indicates whether the network is based on a single hashtag (in lowercase) or a set of hashtags (in uppercase). The second part represents the tweet period. \"p1\" corresponds to the pre-election period (March 1 to April 14). \"p2\" corresponds to the inter-election period (April 15 to May 26). \"p3\" corresponds to the post-election period (May 27 to July 31). The nodes in the networks represent anonymized Twitter accounts, and directed ties indicate retweet endorsements on specific topics. Each file contains three columns: retweeter, retweeted, and weight. Please see the references for more details. Network labels, whether they are labeled as controversial, and whether they are based on single or multiple hashtags, can be found in the \"networks_info.csv\" file. Importantly, the dataset does not contain any identifying information or original raw data from the Twitter platform. Anonymization was achieved by shuffling the order of unique nodes across all networks and assigning each node a new identifier (ID). "en": "The ODA project in Finland focused on building digital social and health services to support self-care. This survey studied the expectations and experiences of social and health care professionals regarding the digitalised services provided by the project. Most respondents were health professionals working in the municipalities, social and health care areas, and hospital districts participating in the project. Similar data collected from managers/directors are available in FSD3320. The ODA digital services make use of information entered into the system by professionals and of information entered by patients/clients themselves on their personal well-being. For people who are willing to use digitalised services for their own self-care, the services provide well-being check-ups and training, assessment of symptoms and well-being, and care plans for those in need of long-term care or services. ODA is part of the Competent Workforce for the Future (COPE) project, funded by the Academy of Finland. Survey questions investigated whether the respondents felt they had received sufficient information of the future ODA services, their views on the services, expectations of changes service implementation would bring, and how the digital services would affect their work, professional role and patients/clients. Benefits and challenges were estimated, as well as expectations on how the implementation would go in practise. The respondents were also asked whether they had participated in the planning and developing of the services. Background variables included the respondent's age group, gender, occupation, as well as the type of organisation and municipality or district where they worked."
