"fi": "NANNUT-LUOKITTELU\n\nNannut-työkalu perustuu Martin Snickarsin NANNUT – hankkeessa kehittämään, makrokasvillisuuteen ja sinisimpukoihin keskittyvään menetelmään. Luokittelussa on käytetty Velmu-ohjelmassa kerättyjä video- ja sukellushavaintoja. Luokittelun tarkoitus on tarjota havaintoaineistosta jalostettua avainyhteisökohtaista tietoa paikallistason suunnittelun ja päätöksenteon tueksi. \n\nNannut-luokittelu koostuu kahdesta erityyppisestä aineistosta: avainyhteisöjä sekä yhteisöarvotusta kuvaavista pistetiedostoista. Avainyhteisöaineisto kertoo kullekin kartoituspisteelle lajihavaintojen perusteella määritetyn yhteisöluokan luokittelussa käytettyjen kriteerien mukaisesti. Aineistossa käytetyt yhteisöt ovat rakkohauru-, punalevä-, sinisimpukka-, näkinpartaislevä-, putkilokasvi- ja vesisammalyhteisöt. Pisteen kuuluminen tiettyyn yhteisöön perustuu tässä luokittelussa vallitsevaan lajiryhmään tai kahden lajiryhmän yhdistelmään. Jos pisteellä ei ole yhtä tai kahta selkeää valtalajia, on kyseessä sekayhteisö. Avainyhteisöjen arvoluokitusaineisto taas kertoo yhteisöjen arvon (asteikolla 0-5), joka on määritetty erityisten kriteerien perusteella, jotka on kerrottu myös aineiston attribuuttitaulukossa. Molemmat aineistot on jaettu erikseen sukellus- ja videohavaintoihin. \n\n***\n\nNANNUT CLASSIFICATION \n\nNannut tool bases on a method focusing on macro vegetation and blue mussels developed by Martin Snickars for NANNUT project. Dive and video samplings in the Gulf of Finland and the Finnish Archipelago Sea collected in VELMU programme were used for the classification. The tool provides key community based information from the VELMU species observations for local scale planning and decision making.\n\nNannut classification consists of two different types of data: key communities and the value of a community. Key community data shows the community class derived from the species observations on a site by classification criteria. Used communities are bladderwrack, blue mussel, Charophyta, vascular plants and aquatic mosses. To be included in one community the species observations on a sampling site have to build a community or a mixture of two communities. If there is not one or two clear dominant species in the sampling site the result of the classification is a mixed community. In the value of a community each community has a value (scale 0-5) which has been determined by special criteria also told in the attribute table. Both data sets have been divided into dive and video samples. \n\n***\n\nNANNUT KLASSIFICERING \n\nNannut-verktyget baserar sig på en metod som koncentrerar sig på makrovegetation och blåmusslor och som utvecklas av Martin Snickars under Nannut-projektet. För klassificeringen har använts video- och dykdata insamlat under VELMU-programmet. Meningen med klassificeringen är att erbjuda bearbetad information av nyckelorganismsamhällen, som stöd för lokal planering och beslutsfattande.\n\nNannut-klassificeringen består av två olika typer punktdata: en som beskriver nyckelsamhällen och en som beskriver en värdering av samhället. Nyckelsamhällsdatat visar för varje inventeringspunkt det klassificerade organismsamhället, enligt kriterium som används i klassificeringen. Samhällen som används i klassificeringen är blåstångs-, rödalg-, blåmussel-, kransalgs-, kärlväxts- och vattenmossamhällen. En punkt tillhör in denna klassifikation ett visst samhälle, beroende på den dominerande artgruppen eller en kombination av artgrupper. Om ingen grupp dominerar, så klassas punkten som ett blandsamhälle. Värdeklassificeringen av nyckelsamhällen visar ett värde (0-5) för samhället, som baserar sig på vissa kriterier. Info över dessa finns i datas attributtabell. Båda kartlager är indelade i video och dykdata."

För tillfället innehåller verktyget gränsvärden för Finskaviken, Skärgårdshavet och Bottenhavet. Gränsvärden som använts för kriterierna har kalkurerats från data och kan inspekteras i den bifogade filen."

"und": "Vesistötöiden kuvaaminen tapahtuu pitkälti rakenteiden ja toimenpiteiden kautta. Varsinaisten rakenteiden ja toimenpiteiden lisäksi omiksi päätyypeikseen on erotettu kunnostustoimenpiteet ja muut vesien käyttöä, hoitoa ja valvontaa tukevat aineistot. Järjestelmässä rakenteet on jaoteltu 22 rakennetyypiksi, esimerkiksi pato, penger ja pumppaamo. Toimenpidetyyppejä on 6, esimerkiksi perkaus, järven nosto ja ruoppaus. Kunnostustoimenpiteiden osalta tietosisällön määrittäminen on vielä kesken, eikä niiden tallentamista järjestelmää olla vielä aloittamassa. Muita vesistön käyttöä, hoitoa ja valvontaa tukevia aineistoja ovat esimerkiksi silta- ja rumpulausuntotiedot ja koski-investointikohteet. Kaikkien yllä mainittujen ryhmien tarkastelu tapahtuu rakenteet/toimenpiteet-haun kautta\r\n\r\nRakenteet/toimenpiteet tason tiedoille on annettu koordinaatteihin sidottu sijaintitieto ja niitä voidaan tarkastella järjestelmän kautta kartalla. Rakenteisiin/toimenpiteisiin liittyy myös suuri määrä ominaisuustietoa, joka vaihtelee tyypeittäin. Rakenteisiin ja toimenpiteisiin mahdollista liittää myös kuvia.\r\n\r\nJärjestelmään pääsee Hertta -palvelun kautta"

Hankkeiden vaihtelevan laajuuden vuoksi mm. sijainti ilmoitetaan vain kuntien ja vesistön avulla. Tarkempi koordinaatteihin sidottu sijaintitieto on hankkeisiin liittyvien rakenteiden ominaisuustiedoissa.\r\n\r\nJärjestelmään pääsee Hertta -palvelun kautta."

"und": "Eliölajit-järjestelmään kootaan tietoja valtakunnallisesti ja alueellisesti uhanalaisista kasvi- ja eläinlajeista, luonto- ja lintudirektiivin lajeista sekä eräistä muista ympäristöhallinnossa seurattavista lajeista. Järjestelmään tallennetaan ko. lajeista havainto- ja havaintopaikkatietoja. Havaintopaikat kuvataan tarkkojen paikkatietojen (esim. kunta, yhtenäiskoodinaatit, eliömaakunta, suojelualue) lisäksi myös sanallisesti (paikan sijainti- ja yleiskuvaus). Havaintotietoja ovat havainnon tekijän ja ajankohdan lisäksi mm. tiedot yksilömääristä ja yksilöiden tilasta. Havaintopaikoista voidaan tarvittaessa muodostaa esiintymiä, joille on mahdollista tallentaa turvaamissuosituksia ja -toimenpiteitä. \r\n\r\nLajiosaan voidaan tallentaa tietoja mm. lajien uhanalaisuudesta, tuntomerkeistä, levinneisyydestä ja elinympäristövaatimuksista. Järjestelmän säädösosassa esitellään lajiston suojelun kannalta merkittävimmät luonnonsuojelusäädökset (lait, asetukset, direktiivit, sopimukset). Kustakin säädöksestä on lyhyt sanallinen kuvaus sekä lajiluettelo(t) niistä Suomessa esiintyvistä lajeista, joita kukin säädös koskee. Järjestelmän viiteosasta löytyvät kirjallisuusviitteet kaikkiin niihin julkaisuihin, joista on tallennettu havaintotietoja järjestelmään.\r\n\r\nEliölajit-järjestelmässä oli vuoden 2017 tammikuun alussa n. 213 200 havaintopaikka- ja n. 293 300 havaintotietoa. Tietojen kattavuus vaihtelee lajeittain, eliöryhmittäin ja alueittain. Eniten tietoja on tallennettu putkilokasveista, sammalista, kääväkkäistä, kovakuoriaisista, perhosista ja pistiäisistä. Tietoja on viime aikoina kertynyt runsaasti myös muista eliöryhmistä, kun eliötyöryhmiltä saatuja aineistoja on siirretty järjestelmään. Suojelusyistä joistakin uhanalaisista lajeista tietoja ei tallenneta tähän järjestelmään lainkaan.\r\n\r\nTietoja tallennetaan Suomen ympäristökeskuksen lisäksi elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksissa sekä Metsähallituksen luontopalveluissa.\r\n\r\nJärjestelmään pääsee Hertta ja Avoin tieto -palveluiden kautta."

Levinneisyysmalli on tuotettu VELMU-ohjelman (Vedenalaisen meriluonnon monimuotoisuuden inventointiohjelma) sukellus- ja videohavainnoista. Lajitietona on käytetty lajin läsnä- ja poissaolohavaintoja sukelluslinjoilta sekä videoinneilta, ja ennustavina taustamuuttujina on hyödynnetty VELMU-ohjelmassa kehitettyjä ympäristömuuttujatietoja. Levinneisyysmalli kuvaa vain mahdollisia esiintymisalueita joilta lajia saattaa löytyä, ei kenttähavainnoinnilla todennettuja alueita. *** Data represents the possible habitat areas of Mytilus trossulus. Habitat model has been generated from the dive transect and underwater video data of the Finnish Inventory Programme for the Underwater Marine Environment, VELMU. Species data has been used as presence/absence observations from dive transects and video footage, and environmental variables developed from the VELMU programme have been utilized as predictive background variables. Habitat model represents only the possible habitat areas where the species may occur, not the areas confirmed in field observations. *** \t\t Data representerar de möjliga livsmiljöer av blåmussla (Mytilus trossulus). Habitat modell har genererats från dyk transekt och undervattensvideodata i Programmet för inventeringen av den marina undervattensmiljön, VELMU. Arter uppgifter har använts som närvaro / frånvaro observationer från dyk transekter och videofilmer, och miljövariabler som utvecklats från VELMU-programmet har använts som prediktiva bakgrundsvariabler. Habitat modell representerar bara de möjliga livsmiljöer där arten kan förekomma, inte områden bekräftade i fältobservationer."
