Rajaukset toteutettiin ensin koko Suomen rannikon kattavasti asiantuntijaryhmässä, jonka jälkeen rajaukset tarkastettiin ja korjattiin aluekohtaisesti Metsähallituksen aluemeribiologien avulla.\n\n***\n\nRIVER ESTUARIES (1130)\n\nThe estuary /delta polygons have been created by following the descriptions of N2000 Habitat type guide (2001) by Airaksinen ja Karttunen as well as N2000 habitat type inventory program (version 6, 2016). The outlining was done first along the whole Finnish coast in an expert group followed by observing and correcting locally with the help pf regional marine biologists from the Parks and Wildlife Finland. \n\n***\n\nESTUARIER (1130)\n\nPolygondatat över estuarier avgränsades enligt beskrivningarna i guiden över N2000 naturtyperna (Airaksinen & Karttunen 2001) och inventeringsguiden av N2000 naturtyper (version 6, 2016). Avgränsningarna gjordes först preliminärt för hela finska kusten inom en expertgrupp. Efter det granskades och korrigerades avgränsningarna med hjälp av Forststyrelsens regionala marinbiologer."

Ortoilmakuvista tarkasteltiin sedimenttipluumien laajuutta ja jokisuistoille tyypillisen ruovikkokasvillisuuden esiintymistä.\n Suistoalueisiin ei otettu mukaan jokia, jotka laskevat padoilla rajattuihin tekojärviin.\n \n ***\n \n The expert group used following data sets as a help in outlining the estuaries: average stream (places where continuous measurements), results from VELMALA -stream modeling (places without measuring information), depth data, and salinity model on the sea areas. Orthoimagery was used for observing the extent of the sediment plumes and typical vegetation in estuaries, reed belts. \n Rivers flowing to the dammed artificial lakes were not included into the Estuary data set. \n \n ***\n \n Som stöd för avgränsningarna använde expertgruppen följande bakgrundsdata: medelmåttliga vattenflödet (åar med kontinuerlig mätning), flöde enligt VELMALA-modellen (åar utan kontinuerlig mätning), djupdata och salthalts modell på havssidan. If not, see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.\r\n\r\n\r\n## Data Description\r\n\r\nThe data consists of facial surface EMG signals from the muscles\r\ncorrugator supercilii, zygomaticus major, orbicularis oris, orbicularis\r\noculi, and masseter.\r\n\r\nFifteen participants (8 females, 7 males) participated in the\r\nexperiments for data collection. Their age was between 26 and 57 years\r\n(mean 40.7, standard deviation 9.6). They all had normal or\r\ncorrected-to-normal vision and normal hearing by their own report.\r\n\r\nThe experiments were conducted in two phases. In the A phase, the\r\nparticipant performed voluntary smile, lip pucker, and frown movement\r\ntasks while EMG signals from zygomaticus major, orbicularis oris,\r\norbicularis oculi, and corrugator supercilii were measured from the\r\nright side of the face. B phase included the measurement of zygomaticus\r\nmajor, orbicularis oris, orbicularis oculi, and masseter from the right\r\nside of the face while the participant performed smile and pucker\r\nmovement tasks while chewing a gum. Both phases had resting tasks\r\nbetween the movement tasks. The resting task was a neutral expression\r\nin the first phase, but included chewing in the second one. Phases\r\nstarted with a 1-minute-long resting task. Then 10 repetitions of each\r\nmovement tasks were performed in randomized order. Each task lasted for\r\n6 seconds. The movements were instructed to be performed as naturally as\r\npossible for the time that an on-screen instruction was visible.\r\nInstructions regarding movement intensities were not given, and the\r\nparticipants were not informed that their eye blinks will be monitored\r\nto avoid causing abnormal blinking. \r\n\r\nThe used experimental software was E-Prime [1] stimulation software. The\r\nfacial surface EMG signals were measured with a NeXus-10 physiological\r\nmonitoring device by Mind Media BV. The sampling rate was 2048 Hz.\r\nFiltering was not set from the measurement software but the hardware is\r\nto be expected to have antialiasing filters. The measurements were\r\nbipolar using pre-gelled, sintered Ag–AgCl electrodes. A separate\r\ngrounding electrode was used on the forehead, and the electrodes were\r\nplaced according to the guidelines of Fridlund and Cacioppo [2] as shown\r\nin the images accompanied with the dataset. Corrugator supercilii was\r\nleft out from the second phase of the experiments because the\r\nmeasurement device only had 4 channels, and the muscle is not as\r\nimportant in facial pacing as the others are. \r\n\r\nThe experiments were recorded with a digital video camera at HD quality\r\nat 25 fps. The recordings are not published due to privacy issues. They\r\nwere visually inspected to find out the onset and termination of each\r\neye blink. The beginning each movement task was also determined from the\r\nvideo where the instructions shown to the participant were visible.\r\nScreenshots of the videos are included to illustrate the experimental\r\nsetup. Eye blinks were classified to three categories: ones with a small\r\neyelid movement where the pupil wasn't fully covered, ones where the\r\npupil was fully covered and once where the eye lids was fully closed.\r\nSome participants performed multipart blinks where the previous one\r\nhadn't ended before the second one started. Aineistosta ei poisteta alueita, vaikka niistä, tai niiden osista, perustetaan suojelualueita tai ne suojellaan muulla tavoin. \n\nAineistossa ei ole mukana soidensuojelun täydennysehdotuksen Pohjois-Suomen (Pohjois-Pohjanmaan, Kainuun ja Lapin ELY-keskusten alueet) yksityismaiden kohteita. \n\nAineistossa on mukana soidensuojelun täydennysehdotuksen sekä Pohjois-Suomen kahdeksan lisäkohteen toteutetut valtionmaan kohteet koko maasta, jotka on hyväksytty valtioneuvostossa 30.3.2015 ja 14.4.2016 (Metsähallituksen alustava avaava tase).\n\nAineistokokonaisuus koostuu soidensuojelutyöryhmän hyväksymistä Etelä-Suomen kohderajauksista ja kohteiden luontotiedoista, valtionmaiden lakisääteisistä suojelualueista sekä Metsähallituksen pysyvällä päätöksellä suojelluista alueista koko maassa. Aineisto sisältää seuraavat kokonaisuudet:\n\n1. SoidenSuojTaydEhd_ES: Soidensuojelun täydennysehdotuksen Etelä-Suomen kohderajaukset\n\n2. Suotyypit_ES: Etelä-Suomen kohteilla maastokartoituksessa paikannetut suotyypit\n\n3. SSTESuoyhd: Etelä-Suomen kohteilla havaitut suoyhdistymätyypit -taulu. Yhdistyy SoidenSuojTaydEhd_ES-alueisiin Kohdenro-kentän perusteella.\n\n4. SSTEErityisp: Etelä-Suomen kohteilla havaitut alueelliset erityispiirteet –taulu. Yhdistyy SoidenSuojTaydEhd_ES-alueisiin Kohdenro-kentän perusteella.\n\n5. "fi": "Soidensuojelun täydennysehdotuksen kohteiden rajat noudattavat soidensuojelutyöryhmässä sovittuja periaatteita. Alueet on rajattu siten, että suoalueen vesitalous ja luonnonarvot voivat säilyä pitkällä aikavälillä ja tarvittavat ennallistamistoimet voidaan toteuttaa, mikäli kohde suojellaan rajausten mukaisena. Pohjois-Pohjanmaan, Kainuun ja Lapin ELY-keskusten alueilla olevien kohteiden rajauksia ei ole käyty yksityiskohtaisesti läpi soidensuojelutyöryhmässä. Rajaukset voivat muuttua toteutuksen yhteydessä. Metsähallituksen pysyvällä päätöksellä perustetut kohteet ovat joko maakäyttökohteita tai alue-ekologisia kohteita. Alueen sijoittuminen tiettyyn luokkaan perustuu hallinnolliseen maankäyttöpäätökseen. Maankäyttökohteet ovat yleensä laajempia kokonaisuuksia. Alue-ekologiset luontokohteet ovat Metsähallituksen monikäyttömetsien ekologisen verkoston ydinalueita. Soidensuojelun täydennyskohteina Metsähallituksen päätöksellä pysyvästi toteutettavilla maankäyttökohteilla ja alue-ekologisilla luontokohteilla rajauksen sisällä olevat suot säilytetään luonnontilaisina, eikä alueella harjoiteta metsätaloutta. Ojitetut suot voidaan ennallistaa. Soita voidaan käyttää talvitien pohjana. Suojeltaviin kohteisiin rajautuvien tai niistä ulosrajattujen saarekkeiden kivennäismaiden toimilla ei saa heikentää soiden vesitaloutta tai luonnonarvoja. Niillä toimitaan Metsähallituksen ympäristöoppaan mukaisesti. Rajaukset on digitoitu ELY-keskuksissa ja Metsähallituksessa. Aineisto sisältää osittain päällekkäisiä kohteita. Aineistoa käytettäessä on huomioitava, että soidensuojelun täydennysehdotuksen Etelä-Suomen aineisto ei ole juridisesti sitova, koska kyseessä ei ole luonnonsuojelulain tarkoittama luonnonsuojeluohjelma, jolla olisi suoria oikeusvaikutuksia. Valtionmaiden toteutuneiden kohteiden osalta luonnonsuojelulain mukaan suojeltavat alueet on siirretty valtioneuvoston päätöksillä 30.3.2015 ja 14.4.2016 (Metsähallituksen alustava avaava tase) luontopalveluiden hallintaan muuhun omaan pääomaan ja Metsähallituksen pysyvällä päätöksellä suojeltavat alueet jätetty Metsähallituksessa toimeenpantavaksi osana peruspääomaa."

"fi": "POHJAELÄINHAVAINNOT POHJE-TIETOKANNASTA\n\nPohjaeläinnäkymä on tuotettu kyselyjen kautta (sql-kielellä) valtakunnallisesta pohjaeläintietojärjestelmästä POHJE:sta. Näkymä sisältää VELMU-ohjelman (Vedenalaisen monimuotoisuuden inventointiohjelma) toiminnan aikana kerättyjä pohjaeläinnäytteitä vuodesta 2004. Mukana on myös näytteitä, jotka on kerätty VELMUn ulkopuolisissa projekteissa, mutta tallennettu HERTTA-tietokantaan. \n\nSama aineisto toimii sekä pohjanoutimien että pohjaeläimet sedimenttinäytteistä -lajihavaintojen esittämisessä. Pohjanoutimet on jaettu viiteen alaryhmään noutimen tyypin mukaan (pohjakauhat, putkinoudin, pohjaharat, kautsky ja muut noutimet) ja kultakin näytepisteeltä on kerrottu pisteen tietoja kuten merialue, kunta, ELY-keskusalue, sekä näytteenottoajankohta. \n\nLajihavainto-osiossa kukin POHJE:sta kyselty laji näytetään presence-tiedon mukaan kartalla (pisteessä havaittu kyseinen lajia). Näkymään on lisätty liitteenä olevan lajilistan sisältämät pohjaeläinlajit (yhteensä 34 lajia). Aineisto on tuotettu VELMU-karttapalvelua varten ja se on tarkasteltavissa vain VELMU-karttapalvelussa.\n\nVarsinaista POHJE-tietokantaa on mahdollista tarkastella Ympäristöhallinnan ylläpitämän Hertta ja Avoin tieto -palveluiden kautta. Ympäristöhallinnon lisäksi järjestelmän käyttö- ja tallennusoikeuksia on mahdollista hakea myös ympäristöhallinnon ulkopuolisilla organisaatioilla kuten konsulteilla ja tutkimuslaitoksilla. Järjestelmä sisältää paitsi pohjaeläinaineistoja myös näytteenoton suunnittelua sekä näytteenottoa ja näytteiden käsittelyä tukevia toimintoja kuten esitäytetyt maasto- ja määrityslomakkeet. Järjestelmässä on vesistötarkkailuissa tavattavien Suomen makroskooppisten pohjaeläinlajien hierarkkinen taksonominen tietokanta.\n\n***\n\nBENTHOS OBSERVATIONS FROM POHJE DATABASE\n\nBenthos observation view has been built through queries (SQL language) from the National benthos database POHJE. The view includes benthos observations collected during VELMU Programme (The Finnish Inventory Programme for the Underwater Marine Environment) from 2004. Some benthos observation data from other projects stored in Hertta database have also been included into the view. \n\nBoth benthic grabs and benthic species observations use the same view to show the data. Benthic grabs have been divided into five subgroups based on the nature of the sampling method (benthic grabs, tube sampler, benthic rakes, Kautsky, and other samplers) and each sampling site has other location based information e.g. sea area, municipality, ELY centre area, and the sampling time attached to it.\n\nIn the species observations section each species queried from POHJE are shown on the map based on presence information (species observed in a sampling site). Species listed in the attachment (34 species) have been added to the view. The data has been built for VELMU map service and it can be observed only in VELMU map service.\n\nThe original POHJE database can be seen through Hertta database and Avoin tieto (Open data) service maintained by the Finland’s environment administration. In addition to the Finland’s environment administration, a right to utilize and record data is possible to apply also for people working outside the environment administration such as consultants and research institutes. Besides the benthos data the system includes information about planning of sampling but also supporting actions for the sampling and data editing such as prefilled field and species identification forms. In the system, there is a hierarchical taxonomic database of macroscopic benthos found in Finland in hydrological monitoring.\n\n***\n\nBOTTENDJURSLAGRET FRÅN POHJE DATABAS\n \nBottendjurslagret har producerats via SQL-sökningar från det nationella bottendjursdatasystemet, POHJE. Lagret innehåller bottendjursdata insamlat under VELMU-programmet sedan 2004. Inkluderat finns också datat, som inte samlats inom VELMU, men som finns sparat i HERTTA-databasen.\n\nSamma data fungerar både för att visa var själva lokaler för olika provtagningsmetoder, samt för att visa artobservationer från dessa provtagningar. Bottenprovtagningsinstrumenten är indelade i fem grupper baserade på typen av instrument (bottenhuggare, rörhämtare, bottenräfsa, Kautsky och andra instrument) och för varje provpunkt finns det en del information som, havsområde, NTM-centerområde och provtagningstidpunkt.\n\nI artobservationsdelen visas varje arter som söks från POHJE, på kartan som presence-observationer (arten har observerats i respektive punkt). Kartlagret innefattar 34 arter och har producerats för VELMU-karttjänsten och är tillgänglig endast där.\n\nDen egentliga POHJE-databasen får man tillgång till via Miljöförvaltningens Hertta och Öppen Data- tjänsterna. Utöver Miljöförvaltningen är det möjligt att söka bruk- och sparningsrättigheter, för utomstående organisationer som konsulter och forskningsinstitut. Systemet innehåller förutom bottendjursdata också planering av provtagning, samt funktioner som stöder provtagning och hantering av prov, så som förhandsfyllda fält- och identifieringsblanketter. Systemet innehåller också en hierarkisk taxonomisk databas över Finlands makroskopiska bottendjursarter som påträffats under vattenkvalitetsövervakning."

(http://dx.doi.org/10.1098/rstb.2015.0374)\r\n\r\nThis dataset contains timings and labels of 5 pairs of annotation files. Each pair of files contains annotations of pairs of videos of 1-to-1 music therapy sessions recorded at the Nordoff Robbins London Centre. The annotations and co-rater annotations were made by two qualified Nordoff Robbins Music Therapists with experience in research Sarah Boyce and Camilla Farrant, working in the Research Team, Nordoff Robbins, London Centre, UK. The annotators watched the videos and listened to the soundtrack through headphones independently and inserted annotations in the software ELAN (Wittenburg P, Brugman H, Russel A, Klassmann A, Sloetjes H. 2006. ELAN: A professional framework for multimodality research. In: Proceedings of LREC. 5. Tietojärjestelmä kattaa myös asioiden ja dokumenttien hallinnan liittymällä Asianhallintajärjestelmään(AHJO).\n\nAineisto sisältää myös biokaasulaitokset. Aineisto on haettu VAHTI:sta 25.2.2016 ja se kattaa Suomen rannikon, noin 5-10 km sisämaahan.\n\n***\n\nENERGY PRODUCTION\n\nData has been collected from VAHTI data system, which is a part of The Environmental Administration’s Information System (YSL 27§) and where information of e.g. permits, emissions to water and air, and waste from those liable to environmental permits, will be saved into. The information system produces baseline information of national environmental stress to air and water, and waste information. The system also covers the management of cases and documents by joining the Case Processing System (AHJO).\n\nThe data also contains biogas facilities. Data has been extracted from VAHTI 25th February 2016 and it covers the Finnish coastline, about 5-10 km inland.\n\n***\n\nENERGI PRODUKTION\n\nDatat är insamlat från VAHTI databasen, som är en del av informationssystemet för Miljöförvaltningen (YSL 27§) var det finns information om t.ex. licenser, utsläpp till vatten och luft samt om avfall. Informationssystemet producerar basinformation på en nationell nivå om miljöstress angående vatten och luft samt om avfall. Informationssystemet omfattar också hanteringen av ärenden och dokument genom anslutning till ärendehanteringssystemet (AHJO).\n\nDatat innehåller och information om biogasanläggningar. Datat har tagits från VAHTI den 25 februari 2016 och den täcker hela Finlands strandlinje och ca 5-10 km mot inlandet."
