"fi": "Ympäristöhallinnon tulvatietojärjestelmä kokoaa erilaisen tulvatiedon tietokantaan ja paikkatietotietojärjestelmään. Järjestelmä rakentuu erilaisista käyttöliittymistä ja aineistoista. Hertta-sovellus mahdollistaa tulvatiedon selaamisen, tallentamisen ja raportoinnin (sis. metatiedot). Karttapalvelussa on mahdollista tarkastella tulvatietoja karttanäkymässä. Tulvatietojärjestelmä on toistaiseksi pääosin vain ympäristöhallinnon sisäisessä käytössä. Paikkatietoaineisto (tulvakartat) on kuitenkin ladattavissa Avoin tieto -palvelusta ja käytössä myös ulkoisessa karttapalvelussa (www.ymparisto.fi/tulvakartat).\r\n\r\nTulvatietojärjestelmä koostuu tällä hetkellä seuraavista tulvatietolajeista:\r\n\r\nHavaitut tulvavedenkorkeudet ja tulvavirtaamat (piste)\r\n- varta vasten tulvan takia mitatut yksittäiset ja hetkelliset havainnot\r\n\r\nHavaitut tulva-alueet (alue)\r\n- esim. ilmakuvilta laaditut toteutuneiden tulvien rajaukset. Avoimena paikkatietoaineistona Oiva-palvelussa.\r\n\r\nMääritetyt (mallinnetut) tulvavedenkorkeudet ja tulvavirtaamat (piste)\r\n- tiettyjen toistuvuusaikojen (tulvan todennäköisyyksien) tulvaskenaariot\r\n\r\nMääritetyt alimmat suositeltavat rakentamiskorkeudet (piste/alue)\r\n- pistemuotoisena esim. kiinteistölle, aluemuotoisena järvelle\r\n\r\nMääritetyt (mallinnetut) tulva-alueet (alue ja viiva)\r\n- tiettyjen toistuvuusaikojen (tulvan todennäköisyyksien) tulvan peittävyyttä ja syvyyttä kuvaavat tulvavaaravyöhykkeet (tulvavaarakartat). Vesistötulvat (avovesi) ja meritulvat. Sisältää myös kartoitettujen alueiden rajaukset ja vedenpinnan korkeutta kuvaavat korkeusviivat (infoviivat eli poikkiviivat). Avoimena paikkatietoaineistona Oiva-palvelussa. Lisäksi saatavilla ns. erikoisskenaarioita, esim. vesistö- ja meritulvan yhteisvaikutuksen ja jäistä aiheutuvien tulvien tulvavaaravyöhykkeitä sekä patojen vahingonvaaraselvityksien tulvavaara-alueita.\r\n\r\nEsiintyneet tulvat\r\n- kuvaus tapahtuneista tulvista, esim. ajankohta, tulvatyypit ja vahingolliset seuraukset. Merkittävät esiintyneet tulvatapahtumat raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2012 (tulvariskien alustava arviointi).\r\n\r\nTulevaisuuden tulvat\r\n- kuvaus tulevaisuuden tulvaskenaarioista, esim. todennäköisyys, tulvatyypit ja vahingolliset seuraukset. Merkittävät tulevaisuuden tulvatapahtumat raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2012 (tulvariskien alustava arviointi).\r\n\r\nTulvariskialueet\r\n- tiedot tunnistetuista tulvariskialueista, esim. tulvariskialueiden rajaus tulvakartoitustarpeen perusteella, tulvatyypit ja perusteena olevat vahingolliset seuraukset. Merkittävät tulvariskialueet raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2012 (tulvariskien alustava arviointi). Avoimena paikkatietoaineistona Oiva-palvelussa.\r\n\r\nTulvariskikohteet (piste)\r\n- tulvavaarakartoitetuilta alueilta tunnistettuja tulvariskikohteita kuvauksineen ja vaikutustietoineen (esim. vaikeasti evakuoitavat rakennukset, infrastruktuuri, ympäristöä pilaavat toiminnot, suojelualueet ja kulttuuriperintö). Sisältää tiedon, millä toistuvuusajalla/skenaariolla on tulvavaarassa ja mikä on tulvan syvyys. Sisältää myös yhteyden rakennus- ja huoneistorekisteriin, ympäristösuojelun tietojärjestelmään Vahtiin ja erilaisiin paikkatietoaineistoihin. Lisäksi saatavilla on kultakin toistuvuudelta/skenaariolta tulvariskiruudut, jotka kuvaavat tulvavaara-alueelle sijoittuvaa asukasmäärää ja rakennuksien kerrosalaa 250 m ruuduittain, sekä aineisto tulvan peittämistä teistä.\r\n\r\nTulvariskikartat merkittävien tulvariskialueiden osalta raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2014.\r\n\r\nTiedot tulvariskien hallintasuunnitelmista sekä niihin sisältyvistä toimenpiteistä\r\n- hallintasuunnitelmien osalta on esitetty keskeiset tiedot mm. alueen sijainnista ja valmisteluvaiheista sekä tavoitteista tulvariskien hallitsemiseksi\r\n- toimenpiteistä löytyvät kuvauksen lisäksi tiedot vastuutahoista, prioriteetista, aikataulusta ja tilasta sekä sijainnista kustannuksista ja vaikutuksista. Toimenpiteiden tietoja päivitetään niiden edistyessä.\r\nRaportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2016.\r\n\r\nJärjestelmään pääsee Hertta -palvelun kautta."

"fi": "Maastoliikennerajoitukset karttapalvelu on tarkoitettu kaikille maastossa moottoriajoneuvoilla liikkujille. Sen avulla voi tarkastella maastoliikenteen rajoitusalueita Suomessa. Maastossa moottoriajoneuvoilla liikkujien on myös rajoitusalueiden ulkopuolella huomioitava maastoliikennelain määräykset.\r\n\r\nRajoitusalueita ovat maastoliikennelain nojalla asetetut liikennerajoitukset. Rajoituspäätöksiä ovat antaneet aiemmin vanhat lääninhallitukset (vuoteen 1995 saakka), vapaakunnat (vuosina 1989-1996) ja vuodesta 1995 lähtien alueelliset ympäristökeskukset (nykyiset ELY-keskukset). Karttapalvelun käyttämä aineisto koostuu maastoliikenteen rajoitusalueista. Alueiden rajausten lisäksi aineistot sisältävät tietoa itse päätöksistä ja niiden sisältämistä rajoituksista. Asiantuntija-analyysissä on tarkasteltu vesihuoltoverkoston kustannuksia suhteessa kiinteistökohtaisen vesihuoltojärjestelmän (tehdasvalmisteinen pienpuhdistamo ja talousvesikaivo) keskimääräisiin kustannuksiin. Muitakin kiinteistökohtaisia järjestelmiä ja niiden eri yhdistelmiä on olemassa, mutta pienpuhdistamot ovat yleisimpiä, joten se valittiin vertailukohdaksi. Perusteet rakentamiskustannusten määrittelemiselle löytyvät julkaisusta (Helminen, Vienonen, Ristimäki ja Maunula. 2013. Haja-asutusalueen yhdyskuntarakenne ja vesihuoltopalvelut vuoteen 2030. Suomen ympäristö 4/2013. Suomen ympäristökeskus. s. 45-53). Vesihuollon järjestämistä on pohdittava aina tapauskohtaisesti alueelliset (terveydelliset, ympäristönsuojelulliset, alueen kehitys yms.) tekijät huomioiden. Tämä potentiaalitarkastelu antaa viitteitä vesihuollon suunnitteluun, ja perustuu tiettyihin laskennallisiin oletuksiin. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on suuri, kun rakennustiheys ylittää 60 (ve+jv) tai 80 (jv) asuinrakennusta/km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 30 (ve+jv) tai 35 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Vesihuoltolaitoksen toiminta-alue kattaa tyypillisesti vain asemakaava-alueen. Toiminta-alueen ulkopuolella vesihuolto on järjestettävä myös esim. suurehkon asukasjoukon tarpeisiin. Suurehkon asukasjoukon määrittäminen on tulkinnanvaraista, mutta vesihuoltoverkoston suuren potentiaalin alueet voivat olla esimerkiksi asemakaava-alueiden tai kylätaajamien lievealueita, joilla vesihuoltoverkoston laajentaminen voi tulla hyvinkin todennäköiseksi muun infrastruktuurin ohella esimerkiksi väestönmuutoksesta riippuen. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on kohtalainen, kun rakennustiheys on 50-60 (ve+jv) tai 60-80 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 20-30 (ve+jv) tai 20-35 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Tällöin on syytä pohtia erityisen kriittisesti vesihuollon potentiaalia esimerkiksi alueen väestökehityksen perusteella. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on vähäinen, kun rakennustiheys alittaa 50 (ve+jv) tai 60 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 20 (jv & ve+jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Tällöin kiinteistökohtaiset vesihuoltoratkaisut ovat todennäköisesti kannattavampia."

"fi": "Aineisto sisältää kotimaisten televisiosarjojen metatietoa KAVIn Ritva-tietokannasta.\r\n\r\nRitva-tietokannasta otettu MPEG7-tiedosto sisältää seuraavat tiedot 1.1.2009 alkaen televisiossa ensiesitetyistä ja uusituista kotimaisista tv-sarjoista: sarja-id, pysyvä tunniste, sarjan nimi, vaihtoehtoinen nimi, kuvaus. Vaihtoehtoista nimeä ja kuvausta ei ole saatavilla kaikista sarjoista. KAVIn radio- ja tv-arkisto on tuottanut kuvauksia koskevat tiedot hyödyntäen tiedonlähteinä mm. verkkosivuja ja kirjallista aineistoa. Tarkempiin lähdetietoihin pääsee käsiksi Ritva-tietokannassa.\r\n\r\nRadio- ja televisiotietokanta Ritva sisältää kotimaisten radio- ja tv-kanavien ohjelmavirtaa vuoden 2009 alusta lähtien ja metadataa huhtikuusta 2007 lähtien. Lisäksi tietokanta sisältää Yleisradion digitoimia tv-ohjelmia metadatoineen vuosilta 1957–2008."

"fi": "Ranta10 on topologisesti eheä Suomen vesistöjä kuvaava paikkatietoaineisto. Aineisto pohjautuu Maanmittauslaitoksen maastotietokannan vuosien 2000-2008 aineistoon (1:5 000-1:10 000). Maastotietokannan vesiin sisältyvistä kohteista mukaan on otettu alueina vakavedet sekä yli 5 m leveät virtavedet. Lisäksi mukana on maastotietokannan yli 200 m2:n kokoisia altaita. Viivoina kuvatuista alle 5 m leveistä virtavesistä on mukana vesistön päävirtausreitit sisältäen sekä 2-5 m leveitä että alle 2 m leveitä virtavesiä. Aineisto on uudelleen luokiteltu ja topologialtaan tarkistettu SYKEssä. Aineiston pohjalta on SYKEssä luotu uomia kuvaava uomaverkosto, jonka verkostomainen rakenne on tuotettu lisäämällä viivamaisiin jokiin aluemaisten jokien keskilinjat sekä järvien ylitykset ns. pseudouomilla. Aineistoon on lisätty myös järvi- ja uomatunnukset. \n\nUomaverkosto kattaa kaikki vähintään yli 10 km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavat uomat. Lisäksi uomaverkosto sisältää myös vesienhoidollisesti merkittäviä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavia uomia. Uomaverkosto ei sinällään kuvaa uuden vesilain vesistömääritelmän mukaista vesistöä. Uoma vaihtuu toiseksi yksilöllisen uomatunnuksen omaavaksi uomaksi aina uomaverkostoon kuuluvien uomien risteyksessä sekä uoman ja järven yhtymäkohdassa. Uomaverkosto on rakennettu siten, että kaikki siihen kuuluvat osat liittyvät topologiset yhteen ja omaavat oikean virtaussuunnan ja sitä voidaan käyttää erilaisiin verkosto-analyyseihin. Uomien välisiä topologia suhteita kuvaavat tiedot on tallennettu erillisiin tauluihin. Uomille on lisäksi laskettu muita paikantavia ja fysiograafisia tietoja. Uomaverkosto sekä koko Ranta10-aineisto kuuluvat SYKEn avoimiin aineistoihin (CC BY 4.0)."

Yläpuolisten valuma-alueiden koon mallintamisessa on hyödynnetty MML:n 25m korkeusmallia, jonka virtausreittejä on korostettu Ranta10-aineiston avulla hydrologisen mallinnuksen tarkkuuden parantamiseksi. Lisäksi uomaverkosto sisältää myös vesienhoidollisesti merkittäviä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavia uomia. SYKEssä on korjattu mtk:ssa olevia topologiavirheitä (mm. katkeamat), jotta on saatu luotua topologisesti eheä verkosto. Alueelliset ympäristökeskukset ovat tarkistaneet mallinnetun uomaverkoston virtaussuuntien ja -reittien osalta sekä täydentäneet verkostoa vesienhoidollisesti merkittävillä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavilla uomilla. Lopullisen uomaverkoston muodostaa näiden mallinnettujen ja tarkistettujen uomien vastineet Ranta10-aineistossa. Uomille on laskettu yksilöllinen uomatunnus ja muut uomatiedot."
