Levinneisyysmalli on tuotettu VELMU-ohjelman (Vedenalaisen meriluonnon monimuotoisuuden inventointiohjelma) sukellushavainnoista. Lajitietona on käytetty lajin läsnä- ja poissaolohavaintoja sukelluslinjoilta sekä ennustavina taustamuuttujina on hyödynnetty VELMU-ohjelmassa kehitettyjä ympäristömuuttujatietoja. Lajin läsnä-havainnon alarajaksi on asetettu 10%, jonka ylittävät havainnot on otettu mukaan malliin. Näin ollen yksittäiset, satunnaiset esiintymät lajista eivät näy mallissa. Levinneisyysmalli kuvaa vain mahdollisia esiintymisalueita joilta lajia saattaa löytyä, ei kenttähavainnoinnilla todennettuja alueita.\n \n ***\n \n Data represents the possible habitat areas of Ceramium tenuicorne, where the coverage is over 10 %. Habitat model has been generated from the dive transect data of the Finnish Inventory Programme for the Underwater Marine Environment, VELMU. Species data has been used as presence/absence observations from dive transects and the environmental variables developed from the VELMU programme have been utilized as predictive background variables. Only observations of over 10% species coverage have been included in the model. Therefore individual random occurrences of the species are not visible in the model. Habitat model represents only the possible habitat areas where the species may occur, not the areas confirmed in field observations.\n \n ***\n \n Data representerar de möjliga livsmiljöer av ullsläke (Ceramium tenuicorne), där täckningen är över 10 %. Habitat modell har genererats från dyk transekt uppgifter av Programmet för inventeringen av den marina undervattensmiljön, VELMU. "en": "Ter Saami belongs to the peninsular subbranch of East-Saamic and is not used in daily communication today. \n\nTer Saami used to be spoken in the eastern inland parts and the eastern coastal parts of the Kola Peninsula. But today there are no children learning the language at home; the handful of speakers left belong to the grandparent generation and live scattered around on the Kola Peninsula and even in other parts of Russia. \n\nTer Saami has no standardized written form. However, Ter Saami written texts have occasionally been printed using either Cyrillic or Latin script or even phonemic transcription.\n\nThis corpus contains spoken and written samples of Ter Saami. The written texts originate from a small booklet with Ter Saami poems by Oktyabrina Voronova from 1989, Pushkin's \"Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish\" translated into Ter Saami and published as a phonological transcription in 1971 as well as a few other small texts, among them Ter Saami words, phrases and sentences in Latin script from Chernyakov's small manuscript for a Ter Saami primer from 1929. The spoken text samples included in this corpus originate from recordings collected and transcribed by different researchers since the 1850s.\n\nWhereas all texts in this corpus should be represented in a uniform orthographic variant, i.e. the contemporary Kildin Saami alphabet with slight modifications, in order to make corpus searches easier, the unification of the different original orthographies is still in the works. Note also that the current version of the corpus includes only the orthographic representation, but no additional morphosyntactic annotations. However, a new version of the corpus will be annotated for parts-of-speech. In the future we also plan to annotate the corpus morphologically and syntactically.\n\nAll data - including audio and video files, if there exist linked multmedia data - аre also available from the DoBeS archive of the Kola Saami Documentation Project (http://dobes.mpi.nl/projects/sami/) at The Language Archive (https://corpus1.mpi.nl/ds/asv/?29&openhandle=hdl:1839/00-0000-0000-0005-8A34-E) But note that the access to raw data and annotations through the archive might be restricted.\n\nScrambled sentences from the corpus will be made available in Korp (https://korp.csc.fi/)"

A Cyrillic-based orthography for Kildin was developed during the 1980s. Although the number of Kildin Saami writers is very small, Standard Written Kildin Saami has been used in prescriptive dictionaries and other teaching materials, in literature for children and adults and even in social media.\n\nThe texts contained in the corpus represent different genres of Standard Written Kildin Saami and are taken from published teaching materials and literature as well as from other sources. Etäisyys on mitattu asemakaavoitetun alueen reunasta ulospäin.\n\nKoulujen saavutettavuusvyöhykkeet:\nOppilaitoksille (ala-asteet, yläasteet ja lukiot) on muodostettu 250, 500, 1 000, 2 000, 3 000 ja 5 000 metrin etäisyysvyöhykkeet. Raportti sisältää arvioinnin kaikkien direktiivin tarkoittamien lajien populaatiokoosta sekä populaatiokoon kehityssuunnasta. Arviointi vuosilta 2008–2012 tehtiin vuonna 2013. Raportoiduista tiedoista voidaan päätellä muun muassa, kuinka tehokkaita toteutetut suojelutoimet ovat olleet. Lajeista raportoidaan erikseen tiedot pesivästä, muuttavasta ja talvehtivasta populaatiosta.\n\nAineisto sisältää kunkin lajin osalta keskeisimmät EU:n komissiolle raportoidut tiedot. Aineistossa ovat mukana tiedot lajeista, joiden raporttiin liittyy kartta ja joiden tiedot eivät ole suojattuja. Muuttavista linnuista ei aineistossa ole tietoja.\n\nTiedot ovat osa EU:n komissiolle 14.3.2014 toimitettua raportointiaineistoa. Data describes light attenuation in the water column at a resolution of 300 meters averaged from weekly medians for the period of June-August 2003-2011. Data is classified to seven classes and visualized in a colour scale from blue (good secchi depth) to yellow (poor secchi depth). Classified data is downloadable from SYKE Avoin tieto-service and in the need of unclassified data, please send a request to: syke.velmu@environment.fi \n\n***\n\nSIKTDJUP (VELMU) \nRastermodellen för siktdjup har producerats i SYKE för VELMU programmet (Programmet för inventeringen av den marina undervattensmiljön). Materialet beskriver vattnets genomskinliget till ett visst djup för juli-augusti 2003-2011 med en 300x300 m resolution. Humuspitoisuuden mittana käytettiin humuksen absorptionkerrointa (1/m) aallonpituudella 400 nm. Humusta ei tulkittu satelliittikuvilta, vaan laskennassa käytettiin keskimääräistä rannikon seuranta-asemien tuloksiin (PIVET tietokanta, 2003-2011) ja r/v Arandalla tehtyihin mittauksiin perustuvaa humuskarttaa. \n \n ***\n \n Calculation of secchi depth was based on optical models with concentrations of total suspended solids, chlorophyll-a and humic substances as well as sun altitude angle and specific inherent absorption and scattering coefficients as input. In addition, the models require diffuse downwelling attenuation coefficient (Kd), which is calculated as an intermediate product. The calculation of secchi depth was based on full resolution (300 m, 3rd re-processing) images of MERIS (Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer) satellite sensor (Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer). All cloudless or nearly cloudless images were processed from June-August in 2003-2011. The measure of humic substance concentration was absorption coefficient (1/m) of a filtered sample at 400 nm. Humic substance concentration was not estimated from satellite images. Instead, a map of average humic substance concentrations was used as input to the optical models. This map was based on routine in situ measurements at coastal monitoring stations in 2003-2011 (data obtained from PIVET database of Environmental administration in Finland) and on measurements onboard r/v Aranda (Pasi Ylöstalo, unpublished data).\n \n ***\n \n För beräkningen av siktdjup användes MERIS (Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer) sattelitsensorns fullresolutionsbilder (kan avskilja med en noggrannhet av 300 m). Bilderna som användes var från dagar med inga eller lite moln från maj-september månaderna, åren 2003-2011. För beräkningen av humushalter användes humusens absorptionskoefficient (1/m) med våglängden 400 nm. Humushalterna tolkades inte med sattelitbilder, men med medeltal från uppföljningsstationer vid kusten (PIVET databas, 2003-2011) och en humuskartta gjord med mätningsresultat från R/V Aranda."

Classified data is downloadable from SYKE Avoin tieto-service and in the need of unclassified data, please send a request to syke.velmu@environment.fi \n\n***\n\nYTANS VÅGEXPONERING (VELMU)\n\nVågexponeringen har beräknats med hjälp av en enkel modell (SWM, se bilaga) och materialet täcker hela Finlands kustområde. Aineistoa varten on arvioitu rantaviivan tarkkuus, rannikon jako laskentayksiköihin, tuuliaineiston laskenta, saarten ja muiden maa-alueiden vaikutus tuulen vapaaseen etenemiseen sekä aaltoekspositiogridien laskenta. Aineisto on luokiteltu seitsemään luokkaan noudatellen EUNIS-luokittelua, jota on sovellettu huomioiden Suomen rannikon matalat alueet. Aineiston on tuottanut Norwegian Institute of Water Research (NIVA).\n \n ***\n \n Wave exposure grids cover the entire Finnish coast and were calculated using the method of SWM (see attachement). A nested-grids technique was used to ensure long distance effects on the local wave exposure regime, and the resulting grids have a resolution of 25 m. The methods used and described in this report includes: evaluation of shoreline source map, division of shoreline into suitable calculation areas, converting shape features into grids, recalculation of wind data, calculation of fetch adjusted for refraction/diffraction effects, calculation of wave exposure grids, and merging the separate grids into a seamless description of wave exposure along the Finnish coast. Data has been classified to seven EUNIS-classes, where two additional classes have been added due to the sheltered and shallow sea areas of the Finnish coast. The data is produced by the Norwegian Institute of Water Research (NIVA).\n \n ***\n \n Materialet har producerats med hjälp av Meterorologiska institutets vindmaterial och metoden för att skapa enkla vågmodeller (Simplified Wave Exposure Model, SWM, av Isaeus m.fl.). Materialet täcker hela Finlands kustområde och resolutionen är 25x25 m. För materialet har kustlinjens noggrannhet uppskattats och kusten delats in i beräkningsenheter samt har det använts vågexponeringsrutor, vindberäkningar och uppskattningar om hur öar och andra landområden påverkar vinden. Materialet är indelat i 7 klasser som enligt EUNIS-klassificeringssystemet, modifierade så att de beaktar Finlands kusts grunda områden. "fi": "Itämerensuomalainen kielikartasto (IMSK) eli Atlas Linguarum Fennicarum (ALFE) on syntynyt suomalais-virolais-karjalaisena yhteistyöhankkeena ja ilmestynyt painettuna kolmessa osassa vuosina 2004, 2007 ja 2010. Toimittamisesta ovat vastanneet Kotimaisten kielten (tutkimus)keskus, Eesti Keele Instituut ja Venäjän Tiedeakatemian Karjalan tiedekeskuksen Kielen, kirjallisuuden ja historian instituutti. Tietokantamuotoiseksi aineistoksi kartasto on muokattu Kotimaisten kielten keskuksessa Avoin data ja paikkatieto -projektissa ja sen jatkoprojektissa vuosina 2013 ja 2014.\n\nItämerensuomalainen kielikartasto keskittyy pääasiassa sanastoilmiöihin, ja sen tavoitteena on kuvata itämerensuomalaisten kielten keskinäisiä suhteita sekä kontakteja naapurikieliin. Kielenilmiöiden levikit kuvastavat itämerensuomalaisten kielten jakautumista nykyisiksi tytärkieliksi. Sanasto liittyy kiinteästi myös kielenulkoisiin kulttuuri-ilmiöihin, joten kartasto palvelee myös kulttuurimaantiedettä.\n\nKartoissa kuvattavat tiedot on kerätty 317 kysymystä sisältävän kyselysarjan perusteella. Aihepiirit kattavat painetun kartaston johdannon sanoin ”koko alkukantaisen inhimillisen elämän alan”. Kysymyksistä valtaosa on onomasiologisia, eli ne kartoittavat tietyn käsitteen nimityksiä, kuten ilmasuuntien tai viikonpäivien nimityksiä. Osin kartoitetaan alkuperältään saman sanan alueittain vaihtelevia muotoja ja merkityksiä. Kartasto sisältää monentyyppisiä karttoja, ja kaikkiin karttoihin liittyy yksityiskohtainen kommenttiosuus, joka selittää kartoissa kuvattavia ilmiöitä ja niiden variaatiota.\n\nUsein kartoituksen tulos on jaettu useaksi kartaksi, esimerkiksi MAHLA-formatiivi kuvataan kolmessa kartassa, joista kaksi ensimmäistä (117.1 ja 117.2) esittelee eri äänneasut (mahla ym.) ja kolmas (117.3) äänneasujen eri merkitysryhmät; ’lehtipuiden rungossa virtaavan nesteen’ lisäksi MAHLA voi tarkoittaa itämerensuomalaisissa kielissä ’nilaa’, ’verta’ tai ’räkää’.\n\nKartaston kartat jakautuvat seuraaviin päätyyppeihin:\n\n1) Onomasiologiset eli leksikaaliset kartat kuvaavat eri kielten tunteman yhteisen käsitteen nimityksiä. Onomasiologinen karttatyyppi on kartastossa selvästi yleisin.\n\n2) Formatiivikartat kuvaavat kielenilmiön, erityisesti sanan muodon levikkiä. Formatiivilla tarkoitetaan sanan äänteellisen hahmon yleistystä, ”etymologista sanaa”, esimerkiksi LÄMMIN-formatiivi on yleistys sanoista lämmi(n), lämmyn, lämi, lämmi jne. Formatiivit on pääsääntöisesti kirjoitettu versaalikirjaimin. Pelkän formatiivin levikin lisäksi voidaan kuvata myös formatiivin kattamien sanojen äänne- ja muotopiirteiden levikkejä ja semantiikkaa. Usein karttoihin on yhdistetty kahden tai useamman formatiivin tiedot.\n\n3) Semanttiset kartat havainnollistavat sanan eri merkitysten levikkiä, esimerkiksi formatiivilla HAKO (suomen hako, viron haga) on seuraavia merkityksiä: ’havupuun lehvä’, ’maatunut tai veteen kaatunut puu’, ’oksa’, ’neulanen’. Jos kyseessä on semanttinen kartta, tämä on usein kerrottu kartan otsikkotiedoissa.\n\n4) Motiivi- eli miellekartat kuvaavat käsitteen taustalla olevaa yhteistä motiivia, esimerkiksi perunan nimitys voi perustua ”päärynän” (peruna < muinaisruotsi, vrt. nykyruotsin päron ’päärynä’, jord/päron ’maapäärynä = peruna’), ”omenan” (maaomena), ”nauriin” (na˒ggõrz) tai ”munan” (maamuna) nimitykseen. Jos kyseessä on motiivikartta, tämä on usein kerrottu kartan otsikkotiedoissa.\n\nEdellä kuvattujen karttatyyppien lisäksi painetun kartaston johdannossa mainitaan frekvenssi- eli tilastokartat sekä ideaalityyppi- eli rekonstruktiokartat, mutta näitä karttatyyppejä ei juuri esiinny.\n\nKartasto kuvaa 1900-luvun alun kielimuotoa. Tiedot on kerätty 259 perushavaintopisteestä eli kartoituspisteestä, jotka jakautuvat kielittäin seuraavasti: suomi 185, karjala 29, vepsä 7, inkeroinen 3, vatja 3, viro 30 ja liivi 3. Tietoja on hankittu sekä arkistoista että kenttäkeruin. Suomen ja viron tiedot perustuvat yksinomaan arkistojen kokoelmiin, ja karjalan ja vepsän tiedot ovat lähes kokonaan kenttäkeruun tulosta.\n\nSähköinen kartasto noudattaa painetun kartaston hierarkiaa ja kuvaustapaa, mistä aiheutuu muun muassa tietojen toisteisuutta. Käytännössä tämä näkyy esimerkiksi kartoissa, jotka kuvaavat ’muikun’ (Coregonus albula) nimityksiä. Ensimmäisessä kartassa esitetään eri nimitysten levikit formatiivitasolla (muikku, rääpys, maiva, silli) ja seuraavissa kartoissa kuvataan muikun ja rääpyksen eri muotojen levikit, jolloin MUIKKU-levikki (256.1) on sama kuin muikku ja muje -muotojen yhteislevikki (256.2) ja RÄÄPYS-levikki on sama kuin rääpys, rääppö/rääpöi, rääbis, rääpus ja rääpyskä -muotojen yhteislevikki (256.3)."
