The interviews took place in Norway during January-February 2016. There is a total of 17 semi-structured interviews with industry experts. The data has been transcribed and anonymized."

Tässä aineistossa tietoa vastausten analyysistä, esim. on laskettu vastaajien tieteenalat ja vastaustyyppejä. Vastaukset löytyvät kokonaisuudessaan toisesta aineistosta."

Asiantuntija-analyysissä on tarkasteltu vesihuoltoverkoston kustannuksia suhteessa kiinteistökohtaisen vesihuoltojärjestelmän (tehdasvalmisteinen pienpuhdistamo ja talousvesikaivo) keskimääräisiin kustannuksiin. Muitakin kiinteistökohtaisia järjestelmiä ja niiden eri yhdistelmiä on olemassa, mutta pienpuhdistamot ovat yleisimpiä, joten se valittiin vertailukohdaksi. Perusteet rakentamiskustannusten määrittelemiselle löytyvät julkaisusta (Helminen, Vienonen, Ristimäki ja Maunula. 2013. Haja-asutusalueen yhdyskuntarakenne ja vesihuoltopalvelut vuoteen 2030. Suomen ympäristö 4/2013. Suomen ympäristökeskus. s. 45-53). Vesihuollon järjestämistä on pohdittava aina tapauskohtaisesti alueelliset (terveydelliset, ympäristönsuojelulliset, alueen kehitys yms.) tekijät huomioiden. Tämä potentiaalitarkastelu antaa viitteitä vesihuollon suunnitteluun, ja perustuu tiettyihin laskennallisiin oletuksiin. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on suuri, kun rakennustiheys ylittää 60 (ve+jv) tai 80 (jv) asuinrakennusta/km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 30 (ve+jv) tai 35 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Vesihuoltolaitoksen toiminta-alue kattaa tyypillisesti vain asemakaava-alueen. Toiminta-alueen ulkopuolella vesihuolto on järjestettävä myös esim. suurehkon asukasjoukon tarpeisiin. Suurehkon asukasjoukon määrittäminen on tulkinnanvaraista, mutta vesihuoltoverkoston suuren potentiaalin alueet voivat olla esimerkiksi asemakaava-alueiden tai kylätaajamien lievealueita, joilla vesihuoltoverkoston laajentaminen voi tulla hyvinkin todennäköiseksi muun infrastruktuurin ohella esimerkiksi väestönmuutoksesta riippuen. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on kohtalainen, kun rakennustiheys on 50-60 (ve+jv) tai 60-80 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 20-30 (ve+jv) tai 20-35 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Tällöin on syytä pohtia erityisen kriittisesti vesihuollon potentiaalia esimerkiksi alueen väestökehityksen perusteella. Vesihuoltoverkoston potentiaali tarkasteltavalla alueella on vähäinen, kun rakennustiheys alittaa 50 (ve+jv) tai 60 (jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 vaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä tai 20 (jv & ve+jv) asuinrakennusta/ km2 helposti tai keskivaikeasti kaivettavassa maaperässä. Tällöin kiinteistökohtaiset vesihuoltoratkaisut ovat todennäköisesti kannattavampia."

"fi": "Aineisto sisältää kotimaisten televisiosarjojen metatietoa KAVIn Ritva-tietokannasta.\r\n\r\nRitva-tietokannasta otettu MPEG7-tiedosto sisältää seuraavat tiedot 1.1.2009 alkaen televisiossa ensiesitetyistä ja uusituista kotimaisista tv-sarjoista: sarja-id, pysyvä tunniste, sarjan nimi, vaihtoehtoinen nimi, kuvaus. Vaihtoehtoista nimeä ja kuvausta ei ole saatavilla kaikista sarjoista. KAVIn radio- ja tv-arkisto on tuottanut kuvauksia koskevat tiedot hyödyntäen tiedonlähteinä mm. verkkosivuja ja kirjallista aineistoa. Tarkempiin lähdetietoihin pääsee käsiksi Ritva-tietokannassa.\r\n\r\nRadio- ja televisiotietokanta Ritva sisältää kotimaisten radio- ja tv-kanavien ohjelmavirtaa vuoden 2009 alusta lähtien ja metadataa huhtikuusta 2007 lähtien. Lisäksi tietokanta sisältää Yleisradion digitoimia tv-ohjelmia metadatoineen vuosilta 1957–2008."

"fi": "Ranta10 on topologisesti eheä Suomen vesistöjä kuvaava paikkatietoaineisto. Aineisto pohjautuu Maanmittauslaitoksen maastotietokannan vuosien 2000-2008 aineistoon (1:5 000-1:10 000). Maastotietokannan vesiin sisältyvistä kohteista mukaan on otettu alueina vakavedet sekä yli 5 m leveät virtavedet. Lisäksi mukana on maastotietokannan yli 200 m2:n kokoisia altaita. Viivoina kuvatuista alle 5 m leveistä virtavesistä on mukana vesistön päävirtausreitit sisältäen sekä 2-5 m leveitä että alle 2 m leveitä virtavesiä. Aineisto on uudelleen luokiteltu ja topologialtaan tarkistettu SYKEssä. Aineiston pohjalta on SYKEssä luotu uomia kuvaava uomaverkosto, jonka verkostomainen rakenne on tuotettu lisäämällä viivamaisiin jokiin aluemaisten jokien keskilinjat sekä järvien ylitykset ns. pseudouomilla. Aineistoon on lisätty myös järvi- ja uomatunnukset. \n\nUomaverkosto kattaa kaikki vähintään yli 10 km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavat uomat. Lisäksi uomaverkosto sisältää myös vesienhoidollisesti merkittäviä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavia uomia. Uomaverkosto ei sinällään kuvaa uuden vesilain vesistömääritelmän mukaista vesistöä. Uoma vaihtuu toiseksi yksilöllisen uomatunnuksen omaavaksi uomaksi aina uomaverkostoon kuuluvien uomien risteyksessä sekä uoman ja järven yhtymäkohdassa. Uomaverkosto on rakennettu siten, että kaikki siihen kuuluvat osat liittyvät topologiset yhteen ja omaavat oikean virtaussuunnan ja sitä voidaan käyttää erilaisiin verkosto-analyyseihin. Uomien välisiä topologia suhteita kuvaavat tiedot on tallennettu erillisiin tauluihin. Uomille on lisäksi laskettu muita paikantavia ja fysiograafisia tietoja. Uomaverkosto sekä koko Ranta10-aineisto kuuluvat SYKEn avoimiin aineistoihin (CC BY 4.0)."

Yläpuolisten valuma-alueiden koon mallintamisessa on hyödynnetty MML:n 25m korkeusmallia, jonka virtausreittejä on korostettu Ranta10-aineiston avulla hydrologisen mallinnuksen tarkkuuden parantamiseksi. Lisäksi uomaverkosto sisältää myös vesienhoidollisesti merkittäviä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavia uomia. SYKEssä on korjattu mtk:ssa olevia topologiavirheitä (mm. katkeamat), jotta on saatu luotua topologisesti eheä verkosto. Alueelliset ympäristökeskukset ovat tarkistaneet mallinnetun uomaverkoston virtaussuuntien ja -reittien osalta sekä täydentäneet verkostoa vesienhoidollisesti merkittävillä alle 10km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavilla uomilla. Lopullisen uomaverkoston muodostaa näiden mallinnettujen ja tarkistettujen uomien vastineet Ranta10-aineistossa. Uomille on laskettu yksilöllinen uomatunnus ja muut uomatiedot."

The aim of the survey was to gather feedback, comments, and suggestions from users for the further development of the tool in 2016 and 2017. \r\n\r\nDMPTuuli is a tool for researchers and research organizations for creating data management plans (DMPs) implemented for pilot phase use in 2016. It is produced by the national Tuuli Project. The aim of DMPTuuli is to assist in data management planning at all stages of research. DMPTuuli includes generic DMP guidance and additional guidance provided by funders, organizations, and disciplines.\r\n\r\nDMPTuuli is based on the DMPonline code, developed by the Digital Curation Centre (DCC) in the UK.\r\n\r\nPlease note that the variables used are listed and explained under the data on the first interleaf of the dataset.",

"en": "ONA (The Audio Recordings Archive of Oulu) stores both analogical and digital recordings. The recordings are samples of Finnish dialects, cultural history and modern colloquial language. The oldest recordings are from early 1950s and The Audio Recordings Archive of Oulu was originally founded in 1967. All the analogical recordings were digitized afterwards. Recordings were partly collected by students and partly by staff of Finnish Language. The archive contains over 7000 hours of material.\n\nThe Audio Recordings Archive of Oulu will be published also at https://lat.csc.fi/.\n\nDistribution of copies is not allowed. Copies cannot be brought outside the servers of a trusted center once the resource has been made available at https://lat.csc.fi/. \n\nImportant: due to the nature of the material, the resource should be handled with care in order to respect the privacy of the personal data. If samples of the data are published, they must be anonymized according to best practices. \n\nContent:\n\nThe Dialect Archive of Oulu (MURRE) is the main collection of ONA and it contains over 3000 audio files of Finnish dialect recorded all over the country. It’s been collected by dozens of researchers over the years and a small part of it has also been transcribed. The earliest auditions are from 1950’s. \n\nOKY (OULU KIELIYHTEISÖNÄ) Corpus contains about 150 files and nine hours of material collected all around the area of Oulu’s spoken language. The corpus has been recorded during the years 2007–2016. The speakers represent the native spoken language of this area and the corpus has been used widely in master theses but students have also collected some material as a part of their master’s degree. \n\nPK (PUHEKIELI) Corpus consists of recordings from the language as it’s commonly spoken in different areas of Finland. This collection includes 2686 files and usually a file holds about an hour-long audition. The first recordings of the corpus were made during the year 1973. The underlying energy system model of Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), developed within the Neo-Carbon Energy project (financed by Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation), takes the hourly constraint into special focus. \r\n\r\nThe full hourly resolution for the selected geographic dimension and system components is visualized dynamically in a chronological flow for the assumed year 2030 and a hypothetical 100% renewable energy system in the power sector. \r\n\r\nThe electricity demand is covered in all hours of the year. The system is optimized for least cost of a 100% renewable based electricity system. Other energy sectors, such as heat, mobility, desalination and non-energetic industrial demand are part of a future update."

"en": "## Introduction\r\nWithin the project MINT (Multimodal Interaction – intercultural and technological aspects of video data collection, analysis, and use) we have collected a corpus of Estonian First Encounter dialogs. The goals of the MINT project are:\r\n\r\n1. to create Estonian multi-modal video corpus on various conversational activities,\r\n2. to provide analysis and annotation of the data that contributes to the previous work on annotation standards, guidelines, and schemes,\r\n3. to study multimodal signals, especially gesturing, in social communication and conversation management, and indicating the interlocutors’ engagement and synchrony in communicative activity,\r\n4. to build (computational) models for the coordination and controlling of interaction (e.g. taking turns, giving feedback), and constructing shared understanding, and\r\n5. to investigate techniques and means for automatic recognition of multimodal signals, especially gestures.\r\n\r\nThis project aims to identify the communicative behaviors important from the perspective of a particular communicative situation in social interaction, and to analyze the choice and use of means of communication within this context. The first encounter dialogs engage participants, who do not know each other in advance, in an activity where their task is to chat and make acquaintance with each other.\r\n\r\n## Data collection\r\nOriginal data was collected in the Estonian language, and the data is annotated and analyzed using an annotation scheme which is co- measurable with the annotations used in NOMCO, a Nordic cooperation project. Each participant was given a short presentation of the project and the goals of the data collection before the recording, and they were also asked to sign a consent form (in the Estonian language) that grants permission for their video data to be used for research purposes, and to be shown to third parties without further permission. \r\nThe participants entered the recording environment through the doors at both ends of the video setup room, and if they arrived too early and needed to wait for their time, it was made sure that the pairs did not see each but in the experiment room. They were asked to proceed to the line marked on the floor. This was to ensure that both participants were approximately in the middle of the video camera views.\r\nThree cameras were used: one recording each of the two partners. We used SonyHDR-XR550V cameras with three external Sony ECM-HW2 wireless microphones. The microphones were paired with cameras so that each camera had its own audio track. As for the video recording, we chose the full HD quality mode, although it turned out that the standard quality would have been good enough. The camera views were cut, edit and merged via Sony Vegas Pro 11, and they were syncronised and integrated into one single video film providing a mosaic view of the situation.\r\n\r\n## Dataset statistics and organization\r\nWe have a total of 23 participants (12 male and 11 female), with age ranging between 21 and 61 years. The participants are native speakers of Estonian and they are students or university employees. Each participant took part in two encounters, i.e. with two different partners. The corpus contains 23 encounters, and each encounter is about 8 minutes long. They balanced with gender distribution and we have 8 female-female encounters, 7 female-male encounters, and 8 male-male encounters.\r\n\r\n## Contents and annotations\r\nThe dataset provides recording in two primitive types of data: audio and video, which are annotated for three different tasks:\r\n\r\n* The transcriptions are provided in both Estonian, and translated English.\r\n* The laughter annotations mark the laughing events from each speaker.\r\n* The topic annotations, in English, specify discussing topic along the conversation.\r\n\r\nFor more information concerned the structure of the dataset, you can check the Readme.txt included in the dataset."

"en": "This dataset is a tar file that contains the reduced MUSE data-cube of ESO 243-49. The reduction was made using the MUSE pipeline under the Reflex environment. The individual exposures were manually aligned and the sky residuals were treated with ZAP. \r\n\r\nThe data set also includes the data required to produce kinematic and stellar population maps as obtained from the data-cube using pPXF and STECKMAP, respectively.\r\n\r\nThe data reduction process is described in detail in Comerón et al. 2016, A&A, 593, L6."

Uomatietojärjestelmän uomaverkosto ei sinällään kuvaa uuden vesilain vesistömääritelmän mukaista vesistöä. \r\n\r\nUomatietojärjestelmä koostuu uomatietokannasta ja siihen uomatunnusten avulla yhdistettävissä olevasta paikkatietoaineistosta (Ranta10; uomaverkosto 1:5 000-10 000). Maastotietokannan rantaviiva-aineistoon (MML) on SYKEssa luotu yhdistävä ja topologisesti eheä viivamainen uomaverkosto järvet ylittävine pseudouomineen. Uoma vaihtuu toiseksi yksilöllisen uomatunnuksen sekä uomatiedot omaavaksi uomaksi aina uomaverkostoon kuuluvien uomien risteyksessä sekä uoman ja järven yhtymäkohdassa. \r\n\r\nUomatietojärjestelmä on integroitu ympäristöhallinnon ArcGIS-paikkatieto-ohjelmaan laaditun uomasovelluksen sekä ympäristötietojärjestelmän järviä ja valuma-alueita kuvaavien tietojärjestelmäosioiden kanssa. \r\n\r\nUomatietojärjestelmään pääsee SYKEn Hertta- ja Avoin tieto -palveluiden kautta."

"fi": "Uomatietojärjestelmän paikkatietoaineistoksi luotu uomaverkosto on laadittu MML:n maastotietokannasta luodun Ranta10-rantaviiva-aineiston pohjalta. Ranta10-aineistoon on SYKE:ssä lisätty jokien keskilinjat ja järvet ylittävät pseudouomat sekä korjattu mm. mahdolliset katkeamat, jotta on saatu luotua topologisesti eheä yhdistävä verkosto. Ranta10-aineisto pohjautuu Maanmittauslaitoksen maastotietokannan vuosien 2000-2008 aineistoon (1:5 000-1:10 000). Maastotietokannan vesiin sisältyvistä kohteista mukaan on otettu alueina vakavedet sekä yli 5 m leveät virtavedet. Lisäksi mukana on maastotietokannan yli 200 m2:n kokoisia altaita. Viivoina kuvatuista alle 5 m leveistä virtavesistä on mukana vesistön päävirtausreitit sisältäen sekä 2-5 m leveitä että alle 2 m leveitä virtavesiä. Aineisto on uudelleen luokiteltu ja topologialtaan tarkistettu SYKEssä. \r\n\r\nAlustava yli 10 km2 yläpuolisen valuma-aluekokokriteerin täyttävä uomaverkosto on mallinnettu hydrologisessa mallinnusprosessissa MML:n valtakunnallisen 25 m:n korkeusmallin avulla. Hydrologisen mallinnuksen tarkkuuden parantamiseksi korkeusmallin virtausreittejä on ensin korostettu \"polttamalla\" siihen portaittain eri syvyyksille Ranta10 -rantaviiva-aineiston joet sekä vesialueet. \r\n\r\nAlueelliset ympäristökeskukset (nykyisin ELY) ovat tarkistaneet mallinnetun uomaverkoston virtaussuuntien ja -reittien osalta sekä täydentäneet verkostoa alueellisesti tärkeillä kohteilla. Tarvittaessa uomaverkostoon on lisätty myös vesienhoidollisesti merkittäviä alle 10 km2 yläpuolisen valuma-alueen omaavia uomia. Lopullisen uomaverkoston muodostaa näiden mallinnettujen ja tarkistettujen uomien vastineet Ranta10-aineistossa. \r\n\r\nJokaiselle uomaverkoston uomalle on annettu yksilöllinen uomatunnus. Uoma vaihtuu toiseksi uomaksi aina uomaverkostoon kuuluvien uomien risteyksessä sekä uoman ja järven yhtymäkohdassa. Jokaiselle uomaverkoston uomalle on määritetty fysiografiset ja hierarkkiset perustiedot MML:n 25 m:n korkeusmallin ja Ranta10-rantaviiva-aineiston avulla. Myös ko. uomista muodostetuille uomareiteille on määritetty fysiografiset perustiedot. \r\n\r\n13.9.2016: Uomaverkosto on päivitetty kattamaan myös merialueiden saaret (lisätty 87 uomaa). Lisäksi Käsivarren raja-alueiden uomaverkostoa on täydennetty (lisätty 36 uomaa). Uusien uomien ominaisuustiedot ovat toistaiseksi osittain puutteellisia. Puuttuvat uomatiedot täydennetään myöhemmin. \r\n\r\n12.5.2015: Uomaverkostoa on päivitetty n. 350 uoman osalta (lisätty tai muutettu uomia). Päivitettyjen uomien ominaisuustiedot ovat toistaiseksi osittain puutteellisia. Puuttuvat uomatiedot täydennetään myöhemmin. Reittejä, joihin päivittyneitä uomia sisältyy, ei toistaiseksi näytetä."
