"en": "The archives consist of two parts: the Wittgenstein Archives maintained by Georg Henrik von Wright since the 1960s and von Wright's own literary estate, including a vast amount of letters mainly relating to his work as one of Ludwig Wittgenstein's three literary executors 1951-2003. The main part was donated by G.H. von Wright to the University of Helsinki 2000. Some material has, however, been received later from the von Wright family.\n\nThe archives contain manuscripts and letters in non-electronic format, as well as some digitized photos and letters. Size of the archives: 50 000 pages."

"en": "This collection of files contains Glanville fritillary butterfly (Melitaea cinxia, Nymphalidae) genome sequence v1 and in addition linkage maps, gene sets, functional annotations for protein coding genes on scaffolds and repeat libraries. \r\n\r\nThe Glanville fritillary butterfly is a medium-sized butterfly species distributed from southern Finland and Scandinavia across Europe to North Africa and Asia. The Glanville fritillary metapopulation in the Åland Islands in Finland is a well-known model for studying the ecological, genetic and evolutionary consequences of landscape fragmentation.\r\n\r\nWe have sequenced the genome of the Glanville fritillary. The Glanville fritillary is the first butterfly species with the ancestral lepidopteran karyotype of 31 and for which both the genome and a high-density linkage map are now available.\r\n\r\nThe final genome assembly of 393 Mb comprises 1,453 superscaffolds and 4,846 other scaffolds. Superscaffolds (N50=331kb) have linkage map information, and they cover 72% of the genome. The sequencing was based on several outbred individuals using a hybrid sequencing strategy. Extensive validation shows that the assembly is of high quality (more information in Ahola et al. 2014, Supplementary Information).\r\n\r\nSeveral novel methods were developed and used in the genome project. These include a Lep-MAP software for constructing accurate linkage maps using high-density SNP data (Rastas et al. 2013), MIP Scaffolder for genome scaffolding (Salmela et al. 2012), LiSs (Linkage map Superscaffolder) for superscaffolding (unpublished), Coral and HybridSHREC for read error correction (Salmela and Schröder 2011; Salmela 2010), PANNZER for functional annotation (Radivojac et al. 2013) and EPT and SANS for orthology prediction (Ta et al. 2011; Koskinen and Holm 2012)."

"fi": "Ympäristöhallinnon tulvatietojärjestelmä kokoaa erilaisen tulvatiedon tietokantaan ja paikkatietotietojärjestelmään. Järjestelmä rakentuu erilaisista käyttöliittymistä ja aineistoista. Hertta-sovellus mahdollistaa tulvatiedon selaamisen, tallentamisen ja raportoinnin (sis. metatiedot). Karttapalvelussa on mahdollista tarkastella tulvatietoja karttanäkymässä. Tulvatietojärjestelmä on toistaiseksi pääosin vain ympäristöhallinnon sisäisessä käytössä. Paikkatietoaineisto (tulvakartat) on kuitenkin ladattavissa Avoin tieto -palvelusta ja käytössä myös ulkoisessa karttapalvelussa (www.ymparisto.fi/tulvakartat).\r\n\r\nTulvatietojärjestelmä koostuu tällä hetkellä seuraavista tulvatietolajeista:\r\n\r\nHavaitut tulvavedenkorkeudet ja tulvavirtaamat (piste)\r\n- varta vasten tulvan takia mitatut yksittäiset ja hetkelliset havainnot\r\n\r\nHavaitut tulva-alueet (alue)\r\n- esim. ilmakuvilta laaditut toteutuneiden tulvien rajaukset. Avoimena paikkatietoaineistona Oiva-palvelussa.\r\n\r\nMääritetyt (mallinnetut) tulvavedenkorkeudet ja tulvavirtaamat (piste)\r\n- tiettyjen toistuvuusaikojen (tulvan todennäköisyyksien) tulvaskenaariot\r\n\r\nMääritetyt alimmat suositeltavat rakentamiskorkeudet (piste/alue)\r\n- pistemuotoisena esim. kiinteistölle, aluemuotoisena järvelle\r\n\r\nMääritetyt (mallinnetut) tulva-alueet (alue ja viiva)\r\n- tiettyjen toistuvuusaikojen (tulvan todennäköisyyksien) tulvan peittävyyttä ja syvyyttä kuvaavat tulvavaaravyöhykkeet (tulvavaarakartat). Vesistötulvat (avovesi) ja meritulvat. Sisältää myös kartoitettujen alueiden rajaukset ja vedenpinnan korkeutta kuvaavat korkeusviivat (infoviivat eli poikkiviivat). Avoimena paikkatietoaineistona Oiva-palvelussa. Lisäksi saatavilla ns. erikoisskenaarioita, esim. vesistö- ja meritulvan yhteisvaikutuksen ja jäistä aiheutuvien tulvien tulvavaaravyöhykkeitä sekä patojen vahingonvaaraselvityksien tulvavaara-alueita.\r\n\r\nEsiintyneet tulvat\r\n- kuvaus tapahtuneista tulvista, esim. ajankohta, tulvatyypit ja vahingolliset seuraukset. Merkittävät esiintyneet tulvatapahtumat raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2012 (tulvariskien alustava arviointi).\r\n\r\nTulevaisuuden tulvat\r\n- kuvaus tulevaisuuden tulvaskenaarioista, esim. todennäköisyys, tulvatyypit ja vahingolliset seuraukset. Merkittävät tulevaisuuden tulvatapahtumat raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2012 (tulvariskien alustava arviointi).\r\n\r\nTulvariskialueet\r\n- tiedot tunnistetuista tulvariskialueista, esim. tulvariskialueiden rajaus tulvakartoitustarpeen perusteella, tulvatyypit ja perusteena olevat vahingolliset seuraukset. Sisältää tiedon, millä toistuvuusajalla/skenaariolla on tulvavaarassa ja mikä on tulvan syvyys. Sisältää myös yhteyden rakennus- ja huoneistorekisteriin, ympäristösuojelun tietojärjestelmään Vahtiin ja erilaisiin paikkatietoaineistoihin. Lisäksi saatavilla on kultakin toistuvuudelta/skenaariolta tulvariskiruudut, jotka kuvaavat tulvavaara-alueelle sijoittuvaa asukasmäärää ja rakennuksien kerrosalaa 250 m ruuduittain, sekä aineisto tulvan peittämistä teistä.\r\n\r\nTulvariskikartat merkittävien tulvariskialueiden osalta raportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2014.\r\n\r\nTiedot tulvariskien hallintasuunnitelmista sekä niihin sisältyvistä toimenpiteistä\r\n- hallintasuunnitelmien osalta on esitetty keskeiset tiedot mm. alueen sijainnista ja valmisteluvaiheista sekä tavoitteista tulvariskien hallitsemiseksi\r\n- toimenpiteistä löytyvät kuvauksen lisäksi tiedot vastuutahoista, prioriteetista, aikataulusta ja tilasta sekä sijainnista kustannuksista ja vaikutuksista. Toimenpiteiden tietoja päivitetään niiden edistyessä.\r\nRaportoitiin Euroopan komissiolle vuonna 2016.\r\n\r\nJärjestelmään pääsee Hertta -palvelun kautta."

Maastossa moottoriajoneuvoilla liikkujien on myös rajoitusalueiden ulkopuolella huomioitava maastoliikennelain määräykset.\r\n\r\nRajoitusalueita ovat maastoliikennelain nojalla asetetut liikennerajoitukset. Rajoituspäätöksiä ovat antaneet aiemmin vanhat lääninhallitukset (vuoteen 1995 saakka), vapaakunnat (vuosina 1989-1996) ja vuodesta 1995 lähtien alueelliset ympäristökeskukset (nykyiset ELY-keskukset). Karttapalvelun käyttämä aineisto koostuu maastoliikenteen rajoitusalueista. Alueiden rajausten lisäksi aineistot sisältävät tietoa itse päätöksistä ja niiden sisältämistä rajoituksista.
