"en": "Context: Many studies have investigated the perception of software development teams about gender bias, inclusion policies, and the impact of remote work on productivity. The studies indicate that mothers and fathers working in the software industry had to reconcile homework, work activities, and child care. Goal: This study investigates the impact of parenthood on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and how the fathers perceive the mothers' challenges. Recognizing their difficulties and knowing the mothers' challenges can be the first step towards making the work environment friendlier for everyone. Method: We surveyed 155 fathers from industry and academia from 10 different countries, however, most of the respondents are from Brazil (92.3%). Data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. We employed Grounded Theory to identify factors related to (i) paternity leave, (ii) working time after paternity, (iii) childcare-related activities, (iv) prejudice at work after paternity, (v) fathers' perception of prejudice against mothers, (vi) challenges and difficulties in paternity. Results: In general, fathers do not suffer harassment or prejudice at work for being fathers. However, they perceive that mothers suffer distrust in the workplace and live with work overload because they have to dedicate themselves to many activities. They also suggested actions to mitigate parents' difficulties. Conclusions: Despite some fathers wanting to participate more in taking care of their children, others do not even recognize the difficulties that mothers can face in the work. Therefore, it is important to explore the problems and implement actions to build a more parent-friendly work environment. The contents are organized into two primary subfolders: `datasets` and `examples`. ## Getting Started ### Extracting the Archive To extract the contents of the `SchemeOfSquares.tar` file, use the following command in a Linux environment: ```sh tar -xvf SchemeOfSquares.tar ``` ### Directory Structure After extracting, you will find the following structure: - **datasets/** - **ET/**: Contains Gaussian input and output files for electron transfer (ET) redox reactions. - **PET/**: Contains Gaussian input and output files for proton-coupled electron transfer (PET) redox reactions. - **examples/**: Includes sample cases discussed in the main paper, along with the corresponding scaling code. ## Details ### Datasets - **ET Subfolder**: Houses all the data files related to electron transfer reactions. "en": "This dataset contains flume data on flow resistance of flexible foliated woody vegetation. The data have been previously reported and analyzed by Västilä et al. (2013), Västilä & Järvelä (2014), and Box et al. (2021), respectively. The data were used in developing and validating the modeling of flexible woody vegetation in D-FLOW FM module of the Delft3D Flexible Mesh (Delft3D FM) Suite, as reported in Västilä et al. (submitted 2024). Two leaf-aread-index based flow resistance formulas (Järvelä 2004, Eq. 16, JAR; and Västilä & Järvelä 2014, Eq. 17, VAS) were implemented into D-FLOW FM by Västilä et al. (submitted 2024). This contribution consists of three datasets, in all of which the plants were approximately homogeneously distributed across the entire flume bed: 1) artificial nature-like shrubs with 2 cm tall understory grasses under low relative submergence (h/hd=0.9-3.1) conditions (Box et al., 2021), 2) Black Poplars at three plant densities under just submerged conditions (Västilä et al., 2013), and 3) four natural deciduous riparian species at different leaf-area-to-stem-area ratios (AL/AS) under just submerged conditions (Västilä & Järvelä, 2014). The measured data are compiled in the file \"Vastila_etal_2024_Flume data on flow resistance of flexible foliated woody vegetation.xlsx\". Dataset 1 is located in sheet \"Box_etal_2021_data.xlsx\", while Datasets 2 and 3 are combined in sheet \"Västilä&Järvelä_2013+2014_data\". The corresponding metadata descriptions are included in separate sheets. The sheet \"VAS+JAR_parameters\" includes tables reporting the recommended parameter values of the JAR (Table 1) and VAS (Table 2) formulas as well as the parameter values of both formulas as derived at low and high levels of AL/AS (Table 3) to analyze the uncertainty of the formulas related to the parameter dependency on AL/AS (see Västilä et al. submitted 2024). "en": "General Descriptio:n This dataset accompanies our research on the development of programmable artificial muscles. By integrating photothermal components into shape memory polymer actuators, we have created a system that exhibits on-command multidirectional bending, controlled by illumination intensity and the chirality of the actuators. The dataset showcases the rapid response of these artificial muscles, with reaction times significantly faster than natural heliotropic systems. The Python code that processes shared data can be found at https://github.com/p3d2/LTCAM. About Dataset The folder \"data\" (inside data.zip) contains thermal videos and recordings of yarns for photothermal actuation measurements. Zahra Madani produced and extruded the filaments, Maija Vaara and Laura Koskelo twisted and winded the filaments, Susobhan Das, and Camilo Arias made the photoactivation recordings and Pedro Silva made the measurements. Samples names can be found in the table below and measurements were performed not sequentially. The \"Materials Characterization.zip\" contains DMA, DSC, FTIR, Rheology, Tensile, and TGA measurements. The following information in this readme considers the documents inside the data folder only. Folders, Files & File formats If the data includes images or audio, you can mention the file format eg.(.svg, .png, .mpeg) LTCAM: - 14 npy pixel data with temperatures (mat files) - 14 npy time data (time files) - Supplementary images of samples and experimental setup Butterfly: - 2 npz pixel with temperatures and time data - 2 mp4 recordings of the activation of wings Rotating: - 6 npz pixel with temperatures and time data - 6 mp4 recordings of activation of samples in a rotating platform Optical parameters setup for 'LTCAM' experiments Laser specification: Ultrafast laser with pulse width 230 fs and repetition rate 2kHz. (Spectra-Physics, TOPAS) Incident wavelength: 800nm (Horizontal polarization) Beam Diameter: 5 mm Average Power: tunable based on experimental need Beam Diameter is larger than the width of the sample. Therefore, to calculate the effective incident power, it has to be the fraction of the total power based on the area of the sample exposed. Lens System: A part of experiment is done under the focused light condition with a lens of 100mm focal length. Power Meter: Thorlab Power meter (Model No. S401C) is used to measure the incident power on the sample.(Wavelength range: 190nm to 20000nm)."

"en": "Information processing and communication in neuronal circuits is enabled by dynamic networks of inter-areal coupling of neuronal oscillations in which hubs play a central role for regulation of communication. Oscillations are shaped by interactions between pyramidal cells and interneurons and are locally influenced by neuromodulatory systems. Here, we set out to investigate how sparial variability in neurotransmitter receptor and transporter density influences frequency-specific large-scale networks of phase-synchrony (PS) and amplitude-correlation (AC) in human magnetoencephalography data. We found that node centrality - indexing which individual brain regions function as hubs - covaried positively with GABA, NMDA, dopaminergic, and most serotonergic receptor and transporter densities in lower frequency bands (delta to low-alpha for PS, and delta for AC) and in the gamma band, but negatively in between. These results establish how local microarchitecture influences large-scale connectivity networks of neuronal oscillations in the human brain in frequency- and spatially-specific patterns."

"en": "In our work, we propose an innovative system to accurately infer and track occluded target locations using mmWave beat frequency signals. Our approach combines a classic direction-finding method with advanced deep learning techniques, specifically a convolutional neural network (CNN), to enhance detection capabilities. The dataset includes raw beat frequency signal data from the TI IWR6843ISK rev B with TI mmWAVEICBOOST and the TI DCA1000EVM capture board. Corresponding ground truth data (target position) from the Realsense L515 RGB-D camera is also provided. Additionally, we include middle-processed data, post-processed data for training the CNN, and comprehensive scripts for processing, CNN training, CNN testing, and data visualization. This complete package ensures a robust system for improved accuracy in detecting and tracking targets, even in occluded scenarios."

"en": "A large-scale mobile typing dataset containing 46 755 participants typing sentences in English and 8661 participants in Finnish on their own mobile devices. The typing operations of the user and the keyboard inputs are labelled on a keystroke level to enable an analysis of the performance of Intelligent Text Entry methods such as Autocorrection and Suggestion Bar on commercial devices. Participants used various iPhone and Android devices with different operation system versions. The data was collected between 2019 and 2020 by the Computational Behaviour Lab of Aalto University."

"en": "This dataset includes partition identifiers obtained from retweet networks collected before the 2019 Finnish Parliamentary Elections and before the 2023 Finnish Parliamentary Elections from conversation streams related to Finnish political parties (SDP, National Coalition, Finns Party, Green Party, Left Party, Center Party) and salient topics (economic policy, social security, immigration, climate, education). The column headers in the two files are the same and indicate the topic of the retweet network. Each row in one file represents all the memberships of one particular Twitter account for the corresponding networks. Memberships are obtained by partitioning each retweet network with METIS algorithm into two similar-sized groups with minimal retweet activity between them. For each column, one partition includes all users marked with 0, whereas the other partition includes all users marked with 1. The order of the numbering is random. Missing values mean that the account was not found in the corresponding network. The dataset does not contain any identifying information or original raw data from the Twitter platform. Anonymization was achieved by randomly shuffling the order of the users so that, within each file, a row index identifies a user. Importantly, there no correspondence can be implied between users in 2019 and users in 2023: in general, the user at row 1 in the 2019 dataset is not the same as the user at row 1 in the 2023 dataset."
