The database was created from 2004 to 2008, when the texts offered by the Institute for the Languages of Finland were coded and annotated by the Finnish Language Department of the University of Turku in the project The Scientific Edition and the Morpho-Syntactic Database of Mikael Agricola's Works by broadening the model used in the Finnish Dialect Syntax Archive. The project was funded by the Academy of Finland and the Alfred Kordelin Foundation. The words of the corpus have been annotated by keyword, part of speech, morphological components and syntactical function. All the grammatical units have been coded according to their places in the works and in the books of the Bible.",

Kaikkiin kieliopillisiin yksiköihin on kooditettu niiden sijainti teoksissa ja Raamatun kirjoissa."

"en": "Post-traumatic osteoarthritis is a musculoskeletal disorder where inflammatory processes and abnormal joint loading predispose articular cartilage to degradation after a mechanical injury. Since inflamed and injured cartilage cannot be reversed back to healthy state, prevention of osteoarthritis progression is advisable, a prestigious goal where computational models could serve as tools. The current literature is short of computational models combining both biochemical and biomechanical aspects of osteoarthritis. Thus, here we implemented inflammation of living cartilage tissue followed by biochemical perturbations of tissue homeostasis and shear strain-induced biomechanical degradation in novel cell-to-tissue-level finite element models. The models presented in this paper and enriched by our experimental findings/previous literature provide profound new mechanobiological insights and predictions about cartilage degradation in injured and inflamed tissue under physiologically relevant mechanical loading. We suggest that mechanobiological computational models could be applied as in silico analysis tools that provide clinicians information of the personalized progression of post-traumatic osteoarthritis and decision-making guidance for treatment of the disease.\n\nThis dataset includes experimental data on cartilage degeneration obtained with digital densitometry (optical density near and away from chondral lesions), results from finite element models (loss of fixed charge density due to inflammation and biomechanical degradation), and the files needed to run the computational models."

"en": "This core was taken from Iford Manor, Wiltshire, UK (https://www.ifordmanor.co.uk/) \nIt is a sample taken from a medieval-aged, re-used, stone block that was used by Harold Peto to construct the Cloisters in the creation of his famous Grade 1 Listed Italian Gardens at Iford.\nThis particular sample was chosen because it has a calcite-filled cavity exposed at the surface, and it was imaged by X-CT to see how the cavity behaved internally. The rock is Jurassic in age. "fi": "__Introduction__\n\nThis dataset, called INTEL-TAU is a set of 7022 scenes in total, which makes it the largest available dataset for illumination estimation research. The variety of scenes captured using three different camera models, i.e., Canon 5DSR, Nikon D810, and Sony IMX135, makes the dataset appropriate for evaluating the camera and scene invariance of the different illumination estimation techniques. Privacy masking is done for sensitive information, e.g., faces. Thus, it is coherent with the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) regulations. Furthermore, the effect of color shading for mobile images can be evaluated with INTEL-TAU, as we provide both corrected and uncorrected versions of the raw data. \n\n__Organization of the Dataset__\n\nThe images in the dataset are organized as follows:\n'RootPath/CameraName/SetName'\n\n-CameraName: Indicates the name of the camera used to take the image, and it is one of the following: \n1) Canon_5DSR \n\n2) Nikon_D180 \n\n3) Sony_IMX135\n\n4) Sony_IMX135_BLCCSC: Sony_IMX135 images after color shading correction.\n\n-SetName: Indicates the name of the set (category) of images and can take following names: \n\n1) field_1_cameras: scenes unique for the camera model.\n\n2) field_3_cameras: common scenes acquired by the three cameras\n\n3) lab_printouts: lab printouts.\n\n4) lab_realscene: lab real scenes.\n\n\n\nThe contents are as follows for each image, and follow the above annotation with corresponding extensions:\n\n1) Color Correction Matrix: The color correction matrix from sensor RGB to sRGB. It is stored as a 1x9 vector. Extension: '.ccm'\n\n2) JPEG Image: These images underwent demosaicing, black level correction, saturation point stretching operations, white balancing, color correction, and gamma correction. These images are only shared for illustration of how a color corrected image should look like. Extension: '.jpg'\n\n3) Ground truth: This file contains the white point in [R/G, B/G] format. Extension: '.wp'\n\n4) RAW Image: 2 bytes per pixel raw format, storing the actual raw Bayer layout, the values can be read as uint16. "en": "This data publication was done for preservation of SMEAR data. It links together 12 published datasets that contain continuous long-term environmental measurements under different themes or fields of science (meteorology, soil, air chemistry, fluxes, tree ecophysiology, water quality). See the list of related datasets in the metadata and in the .pdf file of this dataset. The data were exported from SMEAR database in early June 2019 and cover time period from the beginning of the station operation or measurements until the end of 2017 or 2018 (if the station or measurements were still in operation at that time). The oldest data originate in year 1992. The data are so called end-user data, that is, they have undergone processing from raw signals into relevant physical units, quality check by expert scientists and technicians, and aggregation into regular time intervals, mostly 1-minute or 30-minute averages. Information on the stations, measurements and data can be found in each dataset in the 'intro' and 'readme' files in .pdf format. The data are in tabular form in yearly .csv files. The columns of the data files are described in more detail in 'VariableMetadata' files in .csv format."

"fi": "__Introduction__\n\nThis dataset, called INTEL-TAU is a set of 7022 scenes in total, which makes it the largest available dataset for illumination estimation research. The variety of scenes captured using three different camera models, i.e., Canon 5DSR, Nikon D810, and Sony IMX135, makes the dataset appropriate for evaluating the camera and scene invariance of the different illumination estimation techniques. Privacy masking is done for sensitive information, e.g., faces. Thus, it is coherent with the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) regulations. Furthermore, the effect of color shading for mobile images can be evaluated with INTEL-TAU, as we provide both corrected and uncorrected versions of the raw data. \n\n__Organization of the Dataset__\n\nThe images in the dataset are organized as follows:\n'RootPath/CameraName/SetName'\n\n-CameraName: Indicates the name of the camera used to take the image, and it is one of the following: \n1) Canon_5DSR \n\n2) Nikon_D180 \n\n3) Sony_IMX135\n\n4) Sony_IMX135_BLCCSC: Sony_IMX135 images after color shading correction.\n\n-SetName: Indicates the name of the set (category) of images and can take following names: \n\n1) field_1_cameras: scenes unique for the camera model.\n\n2) field_3_cameras: common scenes acquired by the three cameras\n\n3) lab_printouts: lab printouts.\n\n4) lab_realscene: lab real scenes.\n\n\n\nThe contents are as follows for each image, and follow the above annotation with corresponding extensions:\n\n1) Color Correction Matrix: The color correction matrix from sensor RGB to sRGB. It is stored as a 1x9 vector. Extension: '.ccm'\n\n2) JPEG Image: These images underwent demosaicing, black level correction, saturation point stretching operations, white balancing, color correction, and gamma correction. These images are only shared for illustration of how a color corrected image should look like. Extension: '.jpg'\n\n3) Ground truth: This file contains the white point in [R/G, B/G] format. Extension: '.wp'\n\n4) RAW Image: 2 bytes per pixel raw format, storing the actual raw Bayer layout, the values can be read as uint16. "fi": "Yleinen kielitutkinto (YKI) on aikuisille tarkoitettu kielitaitotesti, jonka voi suorittaa yhdeksässä kielessä (englanti, espanja, italia, ranska, ruotsi, saame, saksa, suomi ja venäjä) ja kolmella tutkintotasolla (perus-, keski- ja ylin taso). Korpus sisältää aineistoa kaikista kielistä ja kaikilta tutkintotasoilta.\n \n Korpus koostuu kvantitatiivisesta ja kvalitatiivisesta aineistosta. Kvantitatiivinen aineisto sisältää testin suorittajien saamat tasoarviot ja taustatiedot. Kukin tutkinnon suorittanut saa tasoarvion jokaisesta osataidosta (puheen ymmärtäminen, puhuminen, tekstin ymmärtäminen, kirjoittaminen sekä sanasto ja rakenteet) sekä niihin perustuvan yleistasoarvion. Perustason tutkinnosta voi saada tasoarvion alle 1, 1 tai 2, keskitason tutkinnosta alle 3, 3 tai 4 ja ylimmän tason tutkinnosta alle 5, 5 tai 6.\n \n Kvalitatiivinen aineisto sisältää testin suorittajien puhumisen ja kirjoittamisen suorituksia, jotka ovat vastauksia toiminnalliseen kielitaitokäsitykseen perustuviin tehtäviin. Kirjoittamisen suorituksia on kultakin testiin osallistuneelta kolme kappaletta. Puhumisen suorituksista on toistaiseksi tallennettu korpukseen kultakin testin suorittajalta yksi tehtävä.\n \n Suorittajia pyydetään testin suorittamisen yhteydessä täyttämään taustatietolomake, jossa kysytään muun muassa äidinkieltä, ikää, sosioekonomista asemaa, kielen opiskeluaikaa, testikielen käyttötaajuutta sekä syytä suorittaa Yleinen kielitutkinto.\n \n Korpus on saatavilla verkkotietokantana.
