"en": "This repository contains the results of passive imaging component of the comprehensive COGITO-MIN research project aiming for development of an efficient integrated exploration workflow ranging from regional-scale exploration to detailed resource delineation and mine planning.\n\nPassive seismic experiment was performed in the Kylylahti polymetallic (Cu-Co-Zn-Ni-Ag-Au) mine area between early August to late September 2016 as a part of the COGITO-MIN (COst-effective Geophysical Imaging Techniques for supporting Ongoing MINeral exploration in Europe) project. We used 994 receiver stations distributed regularly over the 3.5 x 3 km area with 200 m line spacing and 50 m receiver interval. Surface conditions varied between exposed bedrock to swamps. Each receiver station consists of the Geospace GSR recorder and 6 x 10-Hz geophones bunched together and buried whenever possible, recording at a 2 ms sample rate for 20 hrs/day for 30 days. As a result, we recorded over 600 hours of ambient noise data per each receiver. In addition, the 3D grid recorded irregularly distributed active shots (both explosives and Vibroseis) specifically designed for the 3D active-source survey as well as those from the 2D seismic profiles crossing the 3D grid. Therefore, a low-fold 3D active-source seismic survey was also acquired to benchmark the results of the passive survey. \n\nData in this repository consists of two sets of virtual-source gathers (VSGs) constructed using selective stacking approach and using all-data approach, and the results of conventional reflection processing applied to these two sets of VSGs. These data sets have been explained in more detail in the data folder."

Further details about the most recent version are available on the info page of this corpus family (https://www.kielipankki.fi/aineistot/seuruu) \n\nThe follow-up study of Finnish dialects was started in 1989. It is a sociolinguistic and dialectological longitudinal study which is carried out in cooperation with the universities. The goal of the project has been to study the development of regional dialects in real time in 10 rural municipalities at the interval of 10 years. The municipalities chosen represent the traditional main dialect groups of Finnish. In each town, altogether 15 speakers have been used as informants. The external variables used in the study include age and sex: in each town, speakers of three generations have been studied (O = old, M = middle-aged, Y = young), both men and women. The data have been collected by using the traditional dialect interview method, and the study has focused on phonological and morphological features. Reports of ten sub-studies and a final report of the first round have been completed.\n\nThe second round of the project was started in 1999 and completed in 2007. Eight of the sub-studies have been completed, one of them as a form of the dissertation (Kurki 2005). During the second round, other types of data collected in addition to interviews. The part of the sub-studies focus on other than traditional sociolinguistic variables. \n\nImportant: due to the nature of the material, the resource should be handled with care in order to respect the privacy of the personal data. "fi": "Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin Euroopan unionin sosiaalirahaston (ESR) rahoittamassa Oiva-hankkeessa. Aineisto koostui noin 60 minuuttia kestäneistä litteroiduista teemahaastatteluista (n = 50) ja saman sisältöisistä sähköpostikyselyistä (n = 6). Haastateltaviksi valittiin henkilöitä, joiden tiedettiin soveltavan osaamistaan alalleen epätyypillisissä työympäristöissä tai -tehtävissä. Hankkeeseen osallistuneiden koulutusohjelmien lehtorit ja opinto-ohjaajat valitsivat haastateltavat vapaasti omista verkostoistaan. Työuran tai työympäristön epätyypillisyyttä suhteessa alaan ei tutkijoiden taholta rajattu tai määritelty, vaan sallittiin kunkin kouluttajatahon omat määrittelyt. Haastateltavat olivat koulutukseltaan kulttuurituottajia (n=16), musiikkipedagogeja (n=14) ja ympäristösuunnittelijoita (n=13), liikunnanohjaajia (n=7) ja teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaajia (n=6). Teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaajien haastattelut toteutettiin sähköpostikyselynä. Aineiston keruun lähtökohtana oli dokumentoida tutkittavan kertomus hänen omista urapolkuun liittyvistä kokemuksistaan. Avoimilla kysymyksillä luotiin tilaa vapaalle kerronnalle ja tutkittavan omille sanoituksille. Aineiston keruu rakentui kolmen teeman ympärille: (1) Haastateltavan käsitys omasta ammatillisesta osaamisestaan (2) osaamisen soveltaminen työympäristössä, ja (3) haastateltavan tunnistama urapolun muutostarve ja toteutunut uraloikka."

"en": "This material is a description of the peer assessment intervention in the dissertation of Ketonen (2021). The intervention comprises both training and practice of peer assessment. It lasted 1,5 years and it was implemented in physics and chemistry on grades 7-8 during the years 2018-2019. The material is described in the order of the implementation.\r\nThe intervention was built on previous research on peer assessment. The material functions as an example of how training and practice of peer assessment can be used as a part of subject learning in Basic Education.",
"fi": "Tämä materiaali on suomenkielinen kuvaus vertaisarviointi-intervention toteutuksesta Ketosen (2021) väitöskirjassa. Toteutus sisältää vertaisarvioinnin harjoituksia ja varsinaisia vertaisarviointeja. Interventio kesti 1,5 vuotta ja se toteutettiin fysiikan ja kemian oppiaineissa luokka-asteilla 7-8 vuosien 2018-2019 aikana. Harjoitukset ja vertaisarvioinnit on materiaalissa kuvattu siinä järjestyksessä, jossa ne tutkimuksessa toteutettiin. \r\n\r\nInterventio suunniteltiin vertaisarvioinnin aiempaa tutkimustietoa peruskoulun kontekstiin soveltaen. Materiaali toimii esimerkkinä siitä, miten vertaisarviointia voi harjoitella ja toteuttaa peruskoulussa osana oppiaineen opiskelua."
