"en": "Ringed seal image sequences dataset (SealID_seq) provides a challenging identification task. General purpose animal re-identification methods that utilize fur, feather, skin patterns of animals could be evaluated on that dataset. Large variation in illumination, seal poses, limited size of identifiable region, low contrast between the ring pattern and the rest of the pelage, substantial differences between wet and dry fur and low image quality of automatic camera traps all contribute to the difficulty of the re-identification task of Saimaa ringed seals.\n\n\nWe have compiled an extensive dataset, consisting of 32077 images in 120 separate sequences, and made it publicly available. All animal individuals were identified by experts.\n\n\nWe are making the SealID_seq available to the research community free of charge. "fi": "Tässä aineistossa haastateltiin kuusi opiskelijaa viidestä suomalaisesta korkeakoulusta. Haastattelussa kysyttiin, mikä lisää ja mikä estää heidän hyvinvointiaan. Lisäksi kysyttiin hyvinvointiin liittyvistä kamppailuista, liikkumisen yhteydestä hyvinvointiin sekä siitä, miten oppilaitos tukee opiskelijoiden hyvinvointia. Osassa haastatteluja kerrottiin erityisiin henkilötietoryhmiin kuuluvia henkilötietoja, minkä vuoksi aineistoa ei julkaista. Lisäksi aineisto on sen laatuinen, että yhdistelemällä vastaajan vastauksia hänet voidaan tunnistaa."

"en": "SHARP dataset consists of video, audio, Kinect (including body movements and gestures), physiological data (including heart rate, electrodermal activity (EDA), and accelerometer data), self-reports (survey), and transcripts of video data. \n\nThe study involved 28 small groups of three high school students aged 15 years old (N=82, Male = 46, Female =36) who worked with collaborative task. The participants were recruited from high school classes through the collaboration with the local teacher training school. As a group, they worked on a shared Google document to design a healthy diet for a customer based on described nutritional needs. \n\nIn order to study the external events' influence on collaborative learning, we designed the cognitive and emotional triggers in the middle of the learning procedure. For comparing different trigger influences on the entire collaborative process, the groups were divided into three types: Group A: without control (9 groups); Group B: one cognitive trigger (9 groups); Group C: one cognitive trigger and three emotional triggers (10 groups)."

"en": "The dataset consists of lake 12 Finnish lakes food web (phytoplankton, zooplankton, and fish) across a nutrient gradient (total phosphorus and total nitrogen). Data corresponds to biomass and community composition, phytoplankton size and classification based on edibility for zooplankton. Phytoplankton primary production (volumetric production and productivity) calculated as incorporation of 13C into fatty acids and their relationship with total phosphorus. In addition, fatty acid content of EPA and DHA of zooplankton and fish in different species is analysed and its relation to production and total phosphorus is analysed. Scripts of data and data processing together with input and output files are given. For more detailed description, see the attached documentation."

"en": "Open Richly Annotated Cuneiform Corpus (Oracc) brings together the work of several Assyriological projects to publish online editions of cuneiform texts. The Korp version of Oracc allows extensive searches on the texts and presents the results as a KWIC concordance list. Korp also offers statistical information and comparison of the search results. Downloading the query results is possible as well.\n\nThis version of Oracc in Korp contains almost all the data that were available on the Oracc project website in June 2021. The data have been extracted from the JSON files provided by Oracc. "fi": "Hankkeen aikana työssä oppimista tarkasteltiin eri näkökulmista kysely-, haastattelu- ja fysiologisen mittausaineiston avulla. \n\nKyselyaineisto:\n CoOL@Work-kysely sisälsi taustakysymyksiä sekä olemassa olevia mittareita / osakyselyjä, joissa kartoitettiin kartoitettiin\ntavoiteorientaatiota, oppimisen lähestymistapoja, pystyvyysuskomuksia ja työn imua.\n\nHaastatteluaineistot:\nCoOL@Work-hankkeessa toteutetut haastattelut liittyivät työssä oppimiseen sekä siihen sitoutumiseen. Haastatteluaineistoja kerättiin eri aloilta ja eri työpaikoilta. Eri työpaikoissa palvelualalla ja sosiaali- ja terveysalalla toimivilta työntekijöiltä kerätty haastatteluaineisto (n=31), raskaan metalliteollisuuden työntekijöiltä (n=14) ja esihenkilöiltä (n=7) koottu aineisto sekä yhdestä palvelualan työpaikasta työntekijöiltä koottu haastatteluaineisto (n=15) sekä johdon ryhmähaastattelu (n=3). Yhteensä haastatteluihin osallistui 70 työntekijää tai johdon edustajaa. \n\nFysiologinen mittausdata ja mittausdataa täydentävä päiväkirjadata:\nCoOL@Work-hankkeessa mitattiin työntekijöiden (n=11) virittyneisyyttä työpäivän aikana Moodmetric-älysormuksen avulla. Päiväkirjadatan avulla kartoitettiin tarkemmin korkean virittyneisyyden tilaan liittyvää työtilannetta, tunteita sekä oppimista (83 päiväkirjamerkintää)"

Wenfei Liao. http://urn.fi/urn:nbn:fi:att:bf4e811f-23f9-4024-b799-9d000bb249dc\n\nThe data is associated with the article: Liao, Wenfei, Stephen Venn, and Jari Niemelä (2023). \"Microhabitats with emergent plants counterbalance the negative effects of fish presence on diving beetle (Coleoptera: Dytiscidae) diversity in urban ponds.\" Global Ecology and Conservation 41: e02361. \n\nThis dataset contains data that allows us to investigate how the quantity of spatial refuges affects the diversity of aquatic invertebrates in aquatic ecosystems and generate reliable management recommendations for biodiversity conservation. \n\nThe spatial refuges in this study are emergent plants, the cover of which was estimated at the pond level and at the microhabitat level (1m×1m plots with an activity trap as the centre of the plot). The column \"VegeCover\" gives the estimated cover of emergent plants, while \"VegeSpecies\" gives the information of emergent plant species richness. \n\nWe measured the water depth at the microhabitat level to investigate how water depth affects emergent plant cover, which is recorded in the column \"WaterDepth\".\n\nWe sampled diving beetles (Coleoptera: Dytiscidae), an indicator taxa for rapid biodiversity assessment, with 1-L activity traps operated horizentally in water for 48 hours. We recorded the species richness and abundance of dytiscids in each trap. The column \"DySpeciesRichness\" is the species richness of dytiscids, and \"DyAbundance\" is the abundance of dytiscids.\n\nWe also confirmed the presence or absence of fish in our study ponds by operating a fish trap for 24 hours. All fish species were predatory. The column \"Fish\" gives information on the presence (\"YES\") or absence (\"NO\") of predatory fish.\n\nWe collected the data during summers in 2018 and 2019. The dataset has been saved as two csv files. \"Dy_Vege_Pond.csv\" is the file for data at the pond level, while \"Dy_Vege_Microhabitats.csv\" is the file for data at the microhabitat level."

In this study, we focus on diving beetles (Dytiscidae) in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland, to investigate how urbanisation affects their diversity, as well as the effects of margin steepness and the presence or absence of fish on urban dytiscids. We sampled dytiscids using 1-L activity traps in 14 fishless ponds and 11 ponds with fish, at ten sites. We applied generalised linear mixed models (GLMM) and non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) to analyse the effects on dytiscid assemblages. We found that urbanisation had a negative effect on species richness but not on abundance. Steepness of pond margins and the presence or absence of predatory fish, affected both species richness and abundance: dytiscids prefer ponds with gently sloping margins; they have 80% higher species richness and are 79% more abundant in fishless ponds, and medium to large-sized dytiscid species are more capable of coexisting with fish. Urban wetlands can support a diversity of dytiscids at the regional level, and the presence of ponds without predatory fish is beneficial for maintaining dytiscid diversity. We recommend maintaining a diverse range of ponds and wetland habitats for the maintenance of aquatic biodiversity in urban regions.</jats:p>",

Keskeisiä kysymyksiä olivat, miten entisen puolison vainoamisen kohteena olevat suomalaiset äidit ovat kokeneet kohtaamisensa palvelujärjestelmän kanssa, mitä naisten kokemukset kertovat instituutioista ja niiden käytänteistä sekä mitkä käytänteet mahdollistavat huoltajuusvainon? \r\n\r\nYhteensä 9 haastattelua, jotka ovat kestoltaan 1,5 h -3h. Aineisto on sensitiivinen eikä sitä siksi voida julkaista."
