"fi": "RAHI – Jäteveden ravinteiden ja hiilen kokonaisvaltainen talteenotto -hankkeen Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulun toteutusosiossa selvitettiin puhdistamolietteestä tuotetun lietebiohiilen käyttöä eri sovelluksissa. Lietebiohiili oli tuotettu HSY:n pilot-tason pyrolyysilaitoksella Espoon Ämmässuolla pyrolysoimalla (650 °C, 30 min) Viikinmäen jätevedenpuhdistamon mädätettyä puhdistamolietettä yhdessä puuhakkeen kanssa. Lietebiohiili oli pyrolysoinnin jälkeen sammutettu vedellä. Pyrolysoitavan seoksen kuiva-aineesta oli 70 % mädätettyä lietettä ja 30 % puuhaketta.\n\nLietebiohiilen lannoitevaikutusta testattiin peltoviljelyssä HAMKin Lepaan toimipisteessä. Lietebiohiiltä käytettiin sellaisenaan sekä seostettuna HSY:n Ämmässuon biokaasulaitoksen yhdyskuntabiojätepohjaiseen mädätteeseen kahdessa eri pitoisuudessa. Kesällä 2022 toteutetussa kokeessa oli kolmiportainen lannoitekontrolli ja viisi käsittelyä: mädäte sellaisenaan ja mädäte yhdessä ammo- tai vesisammutetun lietebiohiilen kanssa, kahdella eri seossuhteella (lietebiohiilen osuus 3 ja 6 massa-%). Kasvuston kehittymistä seurattiin drone-kuvausten avulla. Kuva-aineistosta tuotettiin numeerista dataa kuvaamaan kasvuston määrää. Kuvaukset tehtiin DJI Matrice 210 RTK V2 -dronella ja Micasense Altum -multispektrikameralla, jolla pystyttiin ilmakuvaamaan koealue kuudella eri aallonpituusalueella (blue, green, red, red-edge, NIR ja LWIR). Koealueen luonnehdintaan käytettiin ns. NDVI-indeksiä, joka avulla voidaan kvantifioida vihreän määrä kuvausalueella. Alkutilanteessa peltomaasta kairattiin koontinäyte, mistä tehtiin maalajitekoostumus (mekaaninen maa-analyysi). Kokeen aikana seurattiin käsittelyjen vaikutuksia maaperässä ottamalla maakairanäytteitä kolme kertaa: ennen kokeen käynnistystä, noin kolmen viikon kuluttua materiaalien levityksestä ennen rikkakasvien ruiskutusta ja kokeen lopussa. Maakairanäytteet otettiin alkutilanteessa kerranteittain (4 kerrannetta), 20 kairausta per kerranne, mistä saatiin 4 koontinäytettä. Kahdella muulla näytteenottokerralla otettiin kairanäytteet ruuduittain (32 ruutua), 20 kairausta tai yksi litra maanäytettä per ruutu, mistä saatiin 32 koontinäytettä. Koontinäytteistä tehtiin maa-aineksen perustutkimus ja typpianalyysit. Perustutkimus sisälsi seuraavat analyysit: johtoluku, pH, P (liukoinen), K, N, liukoinen-N, Ca, Mg, S, multavuus (aistinvarainen), kationinvaihtokapasiteetti (laskennallinen). Lisäksi analysoitiin kuiva-aine, hehkutushäviö (orgaaninen aines) ja tuhkapitoisuudet. Nämä tehtiin alku- ja lopputilanteen koontinäytteistä. Kokeen lopussa sato kerättiin ruuduittain, jokaisesta ruudusta satokehikon alalta (0,71 m x 0,71 m = 0,5 m2). Tähkät leikattiin, punnittiin ja määritettiin kuivapaino. Tähkistä irrotettiin jyvät, punnittiin jyväsato ja määritettiin jyvien kuivapaino ja typpipitoisuus. Punnitus- ja analyysituloksista laskettiin jyväsato per hehtaari kerranneittain ja keskiarvona käsittelykohtaisesti. \n\nLietebiohiilen sisältämän fosforin liukoisuutta testattiin uuttokokeilla, ja tulosta verrattiin sitä vastaavaan pyrolysoinnin syötteeseen eli lietemädätteeseen. Fosforin liukoisuustestausta uuttokokein tehtiin myös muilla puhdistamolietteistä tuotetuilla lietehiilillä ja yhdellä biojätepohjaisesta mädätteestä valmistetulla biohiilellä sekä näitä vastaavilla pyrolysoinnin syötteillä. Fosforin liukoisuustestaus toteutettiin kolmella eri uuttomenetelmällä. Menetelmät olivat vesi-, muurahaishappo- (2 % muurahaishappo) ja neutraali ammoniumsitraattiuutto (NAC) (SFS-EN 15958, SFS-EN 15957). Kokeissa mitattiin liuoksen fosforipitoisuuksia uuton jälkeen, mistä laskettiin liuokseen uuttunut fosforimäärä suhteessa lähtöaineen fosforimäärään. Testaukset tehtiin HAMK Bion laboratorioissa Hämeenlinnan korkeakoulukeskuksessa."

"fi": "RAHI – Jäteveden ravinteiden ja hiilen kokonaisvaltainen talteenotto -hankkeen Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulun toteutusosiossa selvitettiin puhdistamolietteestä tuotetun lietebiohiilen käyttöä eri sovelluksissa. Lietebiohiili oli tuotettu HSY:n pilot-tason pyrolyysilaitoksella Espoon Ämmässuolla pyrolysoimalla (650 °C, 30 min) Viikinmäen jätevedenpuhdistamon mädätettyä puhdistamolietettä yhdessä puuhakkeen kanssa. Lietebiohiili oli pyrolysoinnin jälkeen sammutettu vedellä. Pyrolysoitavan seoksen kuiva-aineesta oli 70 % mädätettyä lietettä ja 30 % puuhaketta.\n\nLietebiohiilen käyttöä tutkittiin yhdyskuntabiojätettä käyttävän biokaasuprosessin lisäaineena, mistä saatujen mädätteiden lannoitevaikutusta tutkittiin kasvatuskokeilla purkkimittakaavassa ja tulosta verrattiin lietebiohiilen käyttöön kasvualustassa sellaisenaan. Vertailussa oli lietebiohiili sammutettuna vedellä tai ammoniumsulfaattiliuoksella. Kasvatuskokeessa oli mukana myös lietebiohiili, joka oli tuotettu raudattomasta puhdistamolietteestä HAMKin laboratoriotason pyrolysaattorilla ja sammutettu ammoniumsulfaattiliuoksella vastaavasti kuin HSY:n rautapitoinen lietebiohiili. Tutkimuksessa tehtiin kaksi kasvatuskoetta, toinen syksyllä 2021 ja toinen keväällä 2022. Ensimmäisessä kasvatuskokeessa oli yhteensä 12 eri käsittelyä, joista yksi oli referenssikäsittely. Koekasvina käytettiin kiinankaalia (Brassica rapa var. pekinensis ’Gorki’ F1) sekä italianraiheinää (Lolium multiflorum ’Turgo Pajbjerg’). Molempien kasvien kokeissa oli neljä toistoa, joissa oli samat lannoituskäsittelyt. Raiheinäkokeen kesto oli 56 vuorokautta (14.9.–9.11.2021) ja kiinankaalikokeen kesto 30 vuorokautta (14.9.–14.10.2021). Kokeen aikana kasvualustan ravinnepitoisuutta seurattiin puristenesteanalyysien avulla, jotka tehtiin kokeen alussa, keskivaiheella sekä lopussa. Kokeen lopussa arvioitiin myös juurten määrä silmämääräisesti. Raiheinän kasvustoa leikattiin kokeen aikana kahdesti sekä kolmannen kerran kokeen lopuksi. Leikattu biomassa kuivattiin ja niistä koottiin yksi käsittelykohtainen näyte , josta määritettiin biomassan kuiva-ainepitoisuus sekä ravinnepitoisuudet. Kiinankaalin osalta kasvustoa ei harvennettu kokeen aikana, vaan koko muodostunut biomassa leikattiin kokeen lopuksi ja siitä määritettiin kuiva-ainepitoisuus sekä ravinnepitoisuudet, kuten edellä. Tulosaineistosta tehtiin tilastokäsittelyt JMP Pro-tilasto-ohjelmalla. Toisessa kasvatuskokeessa oli 8 käsittelyä, joista yksi oli lannoittamaton referenssikäsittely ja yksi lannoitekontrolli (Osmocote). Koekasvit ja toistomäärät olivat samat kuin 1. kokeessa. Lisäksi testattiin viherjätekompostin vaikutusta typen nitrifikaatioon kasvualustassa. Raiheinäkokeen kesto oli 54 vuorokautta (31.1.–30.3.2022) ja kiinankaalikokeen kesto 24 vuorokautta (31.1.–23.2.2022). Tässä kokeessa puristenestettä tutkittiin viikottain (pH, johtokyky, ammonium- ja nitraattityppipitoisuus). Muut analyysit ja tulosten tilastollinen käsittely tehtiin kuten kokeessa 1."

"en": "This resource contains a representation of the Finnish TreeBank 1 (2014) in the Universal Dependencies (UD) framework, https://universaldependencies.org/. \n\nFinnTreeBank 1 has been included in the Universal Dependencies project since the UD v1.1 release. The original FinnTreeBank 1 (see http://urn.fi/urn:nbn:fi:lb-20140730138) consists of about 19000 grammatical example sentences from VISK (Ison suomen kieliopin verkkoversio, the online version of the Large Grammar of Finnish), manually annotated with dependency-syntactic descriptions. The grammatical annotations were originally produced and further revised in FIN-CLARIN projects at the University of Helsinki. The UD version of FinnTreeBank 1 was created by converting the content from the native annotation model by an automatic mapping of the labels. In order to approximate the UD Finnish model, some restructuring and manual revision was performed. "en": "# General\nGeoprivacy Open Data is an anonymised tracking dataset in gpx format based on voluntary donations of personal human mobility data. Anonymisation means that all direct and indirect references to a person have been removed, while at the same time, the original data is preserved as much as possible. The raw data donations have been done through the Geoprivacy platform operating at [https://geoprivacy.fi/](https://geoprivacy.fi/).\n\nThe Geoprivacy platform is a service where cyclists, joggers, and pedestrians can donate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) tracking data for science. Additionally, the portal offers an open data repository to which users can choose to provide a privacy-protected version of their data. The open data is freely available to urban planners, scientists, and industry, i.e., everyone interested in the innovation potential of detailed personal-level mobility data. The hourly updates of the data are available from the platform, and this data is one of the monthly/yearly frozen versions of live data having exhaustive metadata descriptions, a persistent identifier, and access through the [https://etsin.fairdata.fi](https://etsin.fairdata.fi) service.\n\nThe platform was born as part of our research on privacy issues related to using precise individual-level location data. A prime example of this is activity tracking data, which citizens are recording using various mobile sports tracking applications. **Our vision is that this tracking data could be used to improve the infrastructure for non-motorized means of travel.** Making cycling and walking more safe and convenient could greatly help reduce the number of cars in cities.\n\nActivity tracking data is not easily accessible. Even when tracks are publicly visible on the web, the terms of use usually limit the ways in which the data can be used. Some companies grant specific types of users, e.g., urban planners, access to the data, but only in a heavily processed form. There are good reasons to limit the distribution of the data: Activity tracking data is sensitive data and can reveal surprising personal details. These include, for example, home and workplace, and repeating patterns such as commuting behavior.\n\nWe started the Geoprivacy platform to request voluntary participants to donate their tracking data for science. The original tracks are used only for research related to location data privacy within our research group. However, the participants have the additional option to donate a processed version of their tracks to an open data repository.\n\nWith the open, privacy-preserving data repository, we hope to provide the scientific community with a benchmark dataset for non-motorized mobility data, making research in this area more comparable and reproducible. Furthermore, the open repository can serve as a proof-of-concept for a service that allows citizens to share their data directly with urban planning authorities.\n\n# Privacy protection\nThe details of the privacy protection method are described at [https://geoprivacy.fi/#/privacy-mechanisms](https://geoprivacy.fi/#/privacy-mechanisms). In addition to the listed mechanisms, the population density of the data area needs to be more than 6 inhabitants per square kilometer, and the data has to be inside Finland.\n\n# Versions\nThis dataset is one of the frozen datasets in the series of Geoprivacy Open Data. The other frozen datasets can be found from the Fairdata.fi service [Etsin with the search term \"geoprivacy\"](https://etsin.fairdata.fi/datasets/geoprivacy?keys=&terms=&p=1&sort=best) .\n\n# Format and coordinate system\nThe data is provided in the standard GPX format. The general GPX XML schema is available at [https://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/](https://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/).\n\nEach GPX file starts with definitions of the XML version and character encoding, the GPX version, and the library used for creating the file. The actual location data is given in <trk> and <trkseq> elements, where the latitude and longitude values of each track point are given after <lat> and <lon> attributes using decimal degrees in the WGS84 coordinate system (EPSG: 4326). The time stamp for each point is given in the <time> element in UTC. "en": "The volumetric representation of human interactions is one of the fundamental domains in the development of immersive media productions and telecommunication applications. Particularly in the context of the rapid advancement of Extended Reality (XR) applications, this volumetric data has proven to be an essential technology for future XR elaboration. In this work, we present a new multimodal database to help advance the development of immersive technologies. Our proposed database provides ethically compliant and diverse volumetric data, in particular 27 participants displaying posed facial expressions and subtle body movements while speaking, plus 11 participants wearing head-mounted displays (HMDs). The recording system consists of a volumetric capture (VoCap) studio, including 31 synchronized modules with 62 RGB cameras and 31 depth cameras. In addition to textured meshes, point clouds, and multi-view RGB-D data, we use one Lytro Illum camera for providing light field (LF) data simultaneously. Finally, we also provide an evaluation of our dataset employment with regard to the tasks of facial expression classification, HMDs removal, and point cloud reconstruction. The dataset can be helpful in the evaluation and performance testing of various XR algorithms, including but not limited to facial expression recognition and reconstruction, facial reenactment, and volumetric video. HEADSET and its all associated raw data and license agreement will be publicly available for research purposes.\n\nBy downloading any data segments, you implicitly consent to our licensing agreement, which is as follows:\n\nLicense Agreement\n\nLicensor: Tampere University\n\nDataset: HEADSET: Human Emotion Awareness under Partial Occlusions Multimodal DataSET\nWarranties: No warranty. "en": "# General\nGeoprivacy Open Data is an anonymised tracking dataset in gpx format based on voluntary donations of personal human mobility data. Anonymisation means that all direct and indirect references to a person have been removed, while at the same time, the original data is preserved as much as possible. The raw data donations have been done through the Geoprivacy platform operating at [https://geoprivacy.fi/](https://geoprivacy.fi/).\n\nThe Geoprivacy platform is a service where cyclists, joggers, and pedestrians can donate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) tracking data for science. Additionally, the portal offers an open data repository to which users can choose to provide a privacy-protected version of their data. The open data is freely available to urban planners, scientists, and industry, i.e., everyone interested in the innovation potential of detailed personal-level mobility data. The hourly updates of the data are available from the platform, and this data is one of the monthly/yearly frozen versions of live data having exhaustive metadata descriptions, a persistent identifier, and access through the [https://etsin.fairdata.fi](https://etsin.fairdata.fi) service.\n\nThe platform was born as part of our research on privacy issues related to using precise individual-level location data. A prime example of this is activity tracking data, which citizens are recording using various mobile sports tracking applications. **Our vision is that this tracking data could be used to improve the infrastructure for non-motorized means of travel.** Making cycling and walking more safe and convenient could greatly help reduce the number of cars in cities.\n\nActivity tracking data is not easily accessible. Even when tracks are publicly visible on the web, the terms of use usually limit the ways in which the data can be used. Some companies grant specific types of users, e.g., urban planners, access to the data, but only in a heavily processed form. There are good reasons to limit the distribution of the data: Activity tracking data is sensitive data and can reveal surprising personal details. These include, for example, home and workplace, and repeating patterns such as commuting behavior.\n\nWe started the Geoprivacy platform to request voluntary participants to donate their tracking data for science. The original tracks are used only for research related to location data privacy within our research group. However, the participants have the additional option to donate a processed version of their tracks to an open data repository.\n\nWith the open, privacy-preserving data repository, we hope to provide the scientific community with a benchmark dataset for non-motorized mobility data, making research in this area more comparable and reproducible. Furthermore, the open repository can serve as a proof-of-concept for a service that allows citizens to share their data directly with urban planning authorities.\n\n# Privacy protection\nThe details of the privacy protection method are described at [https://geoprivacy.fi/#/privacy-mechanisms](https://geoprivacy.fi/#/privacy-mechanisms). In addition to the listed mechanisms, the population density of the data area needs to be more than 6 inhabitants per square kilometer, and the data has to be inside Finland.\n\n# Versions\nThis dataset is one of the frozen datasets in the series of Geoprivacy Open Data. The other frozen datasets can be found from the Fairdata.fi service [Etsin with the search term \"geoprivacy\"](https://etsin.fairdata.fi/datasets/geoprivacy?keys=&terms=&p=1&sort=best) .\n\n# Format and coordinate system\nThe data is provided in the standard GPX format. The general GPX XML schema is available at [https://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/](https://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/).\n\nEach GPX file starts with definitions of the XML version and character encoding, the GPX version, and the library used for creating the file. The actual location data is given in <trk> and <trkseq> elements, where the latitude and longitude values of each track point are given after <lat> and <lon> attributes using decimal degrees in the WGS84 coordinate system (EPSG: 4326). The time stamp for each point is given in the <time> element in UTC. Fine-grained climate velocities reveal vulnerability of protected areas to climate change. Scientific Reports, 10(1), Article 1. \n\nThe dataset contain gridded growing degree days (GDD), monthly climatic water balance (WAB), and mean January air temperature averaged over 30-year periods covering Finland and northern Fennoscandia N > 66.5° at the spatial resolution of 50 x 50 m. Baseline conditions represent 1981–2010, while future conditions represent averages of 2040–2069 and 2070-2099 under three emission scenarios: RCP2.6, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5. Please refer to Heikkinen et al., for details about the calculation of the variables."

"en": "This dataset contains the raw data and postprocessing data for the following scientific article:\n\nJuha Tiihonen, Hannu Häkkinen\nTowards structural optimization of gold nanoclusters with quantum Monte Carlo\nThe Journal of Chemical Physics (2023)\n\nAbstract:\nWe study the prospects of using quantum Monte Carlo techniques (QMC) to optimize the electronic wavefunctions and atomic geometries of gold compounds. Complex gold nanoclusters are widely studied for diverse biochemical applications, but the dynamic correlation and relativistic effects in gold set the bar high for reliable, predictive simulation methods. Here we study selected ground state properties of few-atom gold clusters by using DFT and various implementations of the variational Monte Carlo (VMC) and diffusion Monte Carlo. We show that the QMC methods mitigate the XC approximation made in the DFT approach: the average QMC results are more accurate and significantly more consistent than corresponding DFT results based on different XC functionals. Furthermore, we use demonstrate structural optimization of selected thiolated gold clusters with between 1 and 3 gold atoms using VMC forces. The optimization workflow is demonstrably consistent, robust, and its computational cost scales with n^b, where b < 3 and n is the system size. We discuss the implications of these results while laying out steps for further developments.\n\nThe data is numerical simulation data, simulation input files, software source code, postprocessing scripts, processed data and plots. The main simulation methods are CHAMP and QMCPACK, workflows are managed by Nexus, and postprocessing is done in Python. Details of the data are described in README files."
