TextGrid-muotoisissa annotaatiotiedostoissa eri puhujien puheenvuorot on merkitty eri kerroksiin. Aineisto edustaa 1800-luvun lopulla ja 1900-luvun alussa syntyneiden tverinkarjalaisten kieltä. Alkuperäinen puheaineisto on tallennettu 1950-1970-luvuilla ja se on säilytteillä Kotimaisten kielten keskuksessa. \n\nTverinkarjala kuuluu eteläkarjalan murteisiin, joilla on yhteinen tausta suomen itämurteiden kanssa."

"en": "In this paper the authors present a novel application for electromagnetic kinetic energy harvesting focusing on farm animal wearables used in precision livestock farming IoT technologies. Converting the locomotion of domesticated animals, like cow steps or cow ear movement, into electrical energy with inertial kinetic energy harvesters hasn’t been fully researched thus far. The kinetic energy converted this way could potentially be used to power smart farming wearables used for location, disease or lifecycle events detection, thus eliminating the need for finite lifetime batteries. In this work, a proof-of-concept of a cow step energy harvester is presented in detail. At first a short review of the state of the art is given which formed the basis of the research, followed by locomotion logging experiments. Finite element modelling of the kinetic energy harvester is used for parameter analysis and initial design followed by laboratory testing and available power estimation. Finally, the construction of the wearable harvester is presented together with custom wearable measuring equipment. Field experiments were performed with free grazing Finncattle at a dairy farm in Tampere, Finland, which proved that a cow step based kinetic energy harvester can be used to power a Bluetooth beacon."

"en": "In the Reed sweetgrass - from a problem on the shores to a resource project, the utilization possibilities of reed sweetgrass (Glyceria maxima) for biofuel production (biogas and bioethanol) and as raw material for biochar were investigated.\n\nThe laboratory experiments related to the utilization possibilities were carried out in the HAMK Bio research unit in the laboratories of the Hämeenlinna University Center.\n\nThe biomass of reed sweetgrass was collected for analysis and utilization application testing several times during the project between autumn 2020 and spring 2022. Biomass was preserved either by freezing whole plants or by separating leaf, stem and root mass. For application testing, leaf and stem biomass was used, which corresponds to mowing material.\n\nDry matter and ash concentrations were analyzed from the biomasses collected at different times. In addition, the monitoring of the natural drying of the biomass was carried out, i.e. the reduction of the water content of the biomass stored in outdoor conditions (between 28.8. and 8.11.) was measured.\n\nCHNS (carbon-hydrogen-nitrogen-sulfur) concentrations and carbohydrate and lignin concentrations were determined for reed sweetgrass biomass.\n\nThe biogas production potential of the biomass was determined using the automatic AMPTS (Automatic Methane Potential Test System) equipment, which resulted in the total amount of methane production and the formation as a function of time. Determinations were made separately for leaf, stem and root biomass.\n\nDried reed sweetgrass was pyrolyzed at two different temperatures (520 and 700 C) and the mass and carbon yield of the produced biochar was determined. CHNS analyzes were performed on the feed and biochar products.\n\nThe bioethanol production potential of reed sweetgrass was investigated by pre-treating the biomass with pressurized hot water extraction and enzymatically hydrolyzing the pre-treated biomass.\n\nThe amounts of reed sweetgrass biomass were measured in different water bodies and in several different contexts during the project. Based on the measurements, an average estimate of the biomass yield was obtained, on the basis of which a region-specific energy yield analysis (biogas and bioethanol) was carried out. A local operating model was drawn up for small-scale biochar use.",
"fi": "Isosorsimo - rantojen riesasta resurssiksi -hankkeessa selvitettiin isosorsimon (Glyceria maxima) hyötykäyttömahdollisuuksia biopolttoainetuotantoon (biokaasu ja bioetanoli) ja biohiilen raaka-aineena. \n\nHyötykäyttömahdollisuuksiin liittyvät laboratoriokokeet suoritettiin HAMK Bion tutkimusyksikössä Hämeenlinnan korkeakoulukeskuksen laboratorioissa.\n\nIsosorsimon biomassaa kerättiin analysointia ja hyötykäyttösovellustestauksia varten hankkeen aikana useaan otteeseen syksyn 2020 ja kevään 2022 välillä. Biomassaa säilöttiin pakastamalla joko koko kasveja tai erottelemalla lehti-, varsi- ja juurimassaa. Käyttösovellustestauksiin käytettiin lehti- ja varsibiomassaa, mikä vastaa niittoainesta. \n\nEri ajankohtina kerätyistä biomassoista analysoitiin kuiva-aine- ja tuhkapitoisuuksia. Lisäksi tehtiin biomassan luonnollisen kuivumisen seuranta eli mitattiin ulko-olosuhteissa (28.8. - 8.11. välisenä aikana) säilytetyn biomassan vesipitoisuuden vähenemistä.\n\nIsosorsimobiomassalle määritettiin CHNS (hiili-vety-typpi-rikki) -pitoisuudet sekä hiilihydraatti- ja ligniinipitoisuudet. \nBiomassan biokaasutuottopotentiaali määritettiin käyttämällä panostoimista AMPTS (Automatic Methane Potential Test System) -koelaitteistoa, josta saatiin tuloksena metaanituoton kokonaismäärä ja muodostuminen ajan funktiona. Määritykset tehtiin erikseen lehti-, varsi- ja juuribiomassalle. \n\nKuivattua isosorsimoa pyrolysoitiin kahdessa eri lämpötilassa (520 ja 700 C) ja tuotetusta biohiilestä määritettiin massa- ja hiilisaanto. Syötteestä ja biohiilituotteista tehtiin CHNS-analyysit. \n\nIsosorsimon bioetanolintuottopotentiaalia tutkittiin esikäsittelemällä biomassaa paineistetulla kuumavesiuutolla ja hydrolysoimalla esikäsitelty biomassa entsymaattisesti.\n\nTyössä mitattiin isosorsimobiomassan määriä eri vesistöissä ja useissa eri yhteyksissä hankkeen aikana. Mittausten pohjalta saatiin keskimääräinen arvio biomassatuotosta, minkä pohjalta työssä tehtiin aluekohtaista energiatuottotarkastelua (biokaasu ja bioetanoli). Pienmittakaavaisesta biohiiletyskäytöstä laadittiin paikallinen toimintamalli."

"en": "Whole slide images of differentially processed mouse anterior prostate tissue for histology. The dataset consists of altogether 20 whole slide images of 1) unstained histological tissue sections and 2) sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) for reference. Images represent different section thicknesses and imaged after different processing steps either with paraffin, paraffin removed or mounted and coverslipped. The samples are used for studying the feasibility of deep learning-based virtual staining as a replacement for chemical HE staining for histological inspection.\n\nImaging was performed using Thunder Imager 3D Tissue slide scanner (Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany) equipped with DMC2900 camera and HC PL APO 40x/0.95 DRY objective. WSIs were stitched together with LAS X (ver 3.7.4., Leica Microsystems). The pixel size of the acquired WSIs was 0.353 µm and the images were stored as tiff-files. Also jp2 versions are provided."

"en": "Dataset contains charging and discharging (Voltage & Current vs. Time) graphs of various battery chemistries.\n\nOne set of graphs is from a 23 Ah Lithium Titanate Oxide (LTO) battery module. Constant current and pulsed current was used in the tests. Indvidual cell voltages were measured along with whole module current and temperatures of certain elements in the module. Tests were done to evaluate the performance of the module at different current levels and to create a test setup that can be used in the future for other modules.\n\nOther sets of graphs are from 18650 form factor Lithium-ion batteries of 3 different chemistries.\nCell voltage, current and surface temperature were recorded during the tests. Test was automated by a lua-script, that configured the correct setting and triggered the measurements. Fast data sampling rates and high-precision measurement equipment was used to try to capture the small details and differences present in the different chemistries. These small details stored in this dataset can help in developing battery cell simulation models that more accurately represent the different properties of these chemistries."

The cell measurements were done in weather chambers with different temperature settings.\n\nMeasurement equipment was Chroma 17011 Battery cell tester. "en": "In this article, we address the following question: Which of the many CFD models should a designer use for battery thermal analysis? We present a comparative study of four thermo-electric CFD models for a novel high-energy Lithium-Titanate Oxide (LTO) cell to be used in an electric rallycross car prototype. In contrast to many related articles, the data required and the process of parameter identification are described in detail for each of the models, and we also address different operating temperatures. Moreover, the models’ relative performance in predicting cell behavior in constant current and varying current discharge situations is addressed by comparisons to cycling measurements and thermal camera imaging. The one key insight of this analysis is that, for purely thermal considerations, the accuracy of a simple constant internal resistance based heat generation model is remarkably close to a dynamic equivalent circuit model, which is considerably more tedious to identify. A limitation of this work is that we focus only on discharging, but the methods and models can also be used in charging situations in the future."

"en": "The water quality and discharge has been monitored using continuous device in Kuonanjoki sub catchment of Puruvesi. Following parameters have been monitored: chlorophyll-A, cyanobacteria, electrical conductivity, water temperature, oxygen, total and dissolved organic carbon, turbidity, suspended solids and total phosphorus in addition to discharge and velocity of the stream. Presented data is the latest validated data from period 24.10.2019 - 4.11.2021 (interval of 30 min.). Monitoring has been conducted by Luke as part of the [Horizon 2020 project Operandum](https://www.operandum-project.eu/the-project/) and South Savonia Ely center.\n\nKuonanjoki catchments is part of the Lake Puruvesi catchment, locating in eastern part of Finland. The size of Kuonanjoki catchment is 73 km2, including forest (75% of land area), of which 30 % is peatland forest, in addition there is agricultural area (4%) and water bodies (21%). The former human activities such as ditching of peatlands, have caused increased nutrient (e.g. phosphorus and nitrogen) and suspended solids loads into the lakes of the catchment, and further increased risk of eutrophication and siltation of lakes.
