(Metla, KML Tapio, metsälautakuntia, Oulun & Helsinkin yliopisto) koesarja, jossa metsitettyjä suopeltoja on käsitelty lannoituksilla & tutkimusaineistona on kertynyt puustonmittaus- ja ravinnemittaustietoja. \n\nKoesarjan koealat sijaitsevat paikkakunnilla Haapajärvi, Kyyjärvi, Ranua, Toholampi, Toivakka, Vaala, Vuolijärvi, Ylikorpela, Ylivieska. Koealoja on paikkakunnittain vaihtelevasti 10-60kpl. Koealat on sijoiteltu ruudukkomaisesti vierekkäin.\n\nKoealoille on kohdistettu erilaisia käsittelyjä; lannoituksia, heinäntorjuntaa, maanmuokkauksia. Tarkemmat tiedot ovat paikkakuntakohtaisissa aineistoissa.\n\nKokeessa on tehty puustomittauksia, ravinnemittauksia neulasnäytteistä & joillakin koepaikkakunnilla on mitattu myös turpeen paksuuksia. Kokeen mittauksia on tehty toistuvaluontoisesti muutaman vuoden välein, 1990 alkaen 2010 -luvulle asti. \n\nKokeen mittausaineisto on Excel- ja pdf -lomakkeilla. Aineiston pohjalta on tehty tuloslaskelmia. \n Aineistossa on havainnollistava kokoelma valokuvia eri vuosikymmeniltä. Kuvia on mm. koealoilta, käsittelyistä, neulasista."

"en": "Dataset for the accepted manuscript.\r\n\r\nDiazocines are bridged azobenzenes with phenyl rings connected by a CH2–CH2 group. Despite this rather small structural difference, diazocine exhibits improved properties over azobenzene as a photoswitch and most importantly, its Z configuration is more stable than the E isomer. Herein, we reveal yet another unique feature of this emerging class of photoswitches. In striking contrast to azobenzenes and other photochromes, diazocine can be selectively switched in E → Z direction and most intriguingly from its thermodynamically stable Z to metastable E isomer upon successive excitation of two different triplet sensitizers present in solution at the same time. This approach leads to extraordinary large redshift of excitation wavelengths to perform isomerization i.e. from 400 nm blue to 530 nm green light (Z → E) and from 530 nm green to 740 nm far-red one (E → Z), which falls in the near-infrared window in biological tissue. Therefore, this work opens up of potential avenues for utilizing diazocines for example in photopharmacology, smart materials, light energy harvesting/storage devices, and out-of-equilibrium systems."

The names of the data files contain all metadata necessary for specifying the type of data, with a list of the paramters used. For more details on the models and paramters see the article. Firstly the three models are considered labelled by Kit for the 2D spinless px+ipy topological superconductor, Sq for the 2D spinfull topological superconductor, and 3D for the 3D topological insulator. After _N_ the system size is written, referring the number of sites along one direction (for finite size calcualtions only). RR refers to the return rate. For Kit the columns are $t$, $l(t), $\\dot{l}(t)$, $\\ddot{l}(t)$. If only two columns exit then there is just $t$, $\\dot{l}(t)$. For Sq the columns are $t$, $l(t), $\\dot{l}(t)$, $|\\lambda_0(t)|$. For 3D the columns are $t$, $\\dot{l}(t)$, $\\ddot{l}(t)$. Density refers to the density of Fisher zeroes along the real time axis, with the columns being simply time and density. Fisher to Fisher zeroes in the complex plane with kx, etc meaning it is resolved along this momentum direction. The columns are the real and imaginary parts of the complex time argument. Critical_k are the critical momenta. Critical_k_En lists the energy for each critical momenta in the matching Critical_k file. For Kit the list of quench parameters are 100 times {$\\mu_0$, $\\Delta_0$, $\\mu_1$, $\\Delta_1$}. For Sq the list of quench parameters are 100 times {$\\nu_0$, \\nu_1$, $\\mu_0$, $\\Delta_0$, $\\alpha_0$, $B_0$, $\\mu_1$, $\\Delta_1$, $\\alpha_1$, $B_1$}. For 3D the list of quench parameters are 100 times {$v_0$,$w_0$,$v_1$,$w_1$}. For Fisher data branch labels naturally the branch p. Zoom, etc, label different zooms in differnet regions, as made explicit by the times inside the files. "en": "The SynthSOD dataset contains more than 47 hours of multitrack music obtained by synthesizing orchestra and ensemble pieces from the Symbolic Orchestral Database (SOD) using Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra Professional Library. To synthesize the MIDI files from the SOD, we needed to fix the original files into the General MIDI standard, select a subsect of files that fitted into our requirements (e.g., containing only instruments that we could synthesize), and develop a new system to generate musically-motivated random annotations about tempo, dynamic, and articulation. The code to replicate this process is available in our repository and all the details can be read in our paper: https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2409.10995\r\n We have also published the code to train and evaluate the baseline and the pre-trained models in a GitHub repository: https://github.com/repertorium/SynthSOD-Baseline"

"en": "This pipeline aims to create personalized solutions to the EEG/MEG forward problem including anatomical information from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and somatosensory evoked potentials/fields. T1-/T2-weighted MRI images are used to create a head model that includes 6 compartments (gray and white matter, cerebrospinal fluid, skull compacta and spongiosa, scalp). For each compartment we assign a conductivity value based on literature. Diffusion tensor imaging can be used to calculate anisotropic white matter tensors. Based on the segmentation, we create a mesh and a 2 mm source space grid using Simbio/Vgrid (the necessary files are included). From here, solutions to the EEG and MEG forward problem are calculated in DUNEuro. We then use fieldtrip to preprocess an SEP/SEF data set and calibrate the skull conductivity. For this calibration, see dois: 10.1016/j.neuroimage.2020.117353 and 10.1088/1361-6560/abc5aa for a more detailed description of the head model creation and the calibration procedure. The entire process can be done in about 1 day with less than an hour active work per subject. You will need at least 30-35 GB RAM. Intermediate results are saved in a temp_res folder. The pipeline is modular and can be run one step at a time. Resulting files include: final segmentation results (temp_res/MRI/*_mask_final.nii) wm_tensors for the mesh (temp_res/mesh/wm_tensors.mat SEP/SEF averages forward_results/*EG_avg.mat) sensors in voxel coordinates plus transformation to ctf space (forward_results/sensors.mat) calibration results (temp_res/calibration/calibration_results.mat) final EEG/MEG lead field (forward_results/LF_*EG.mat + LF_EEG_uncalib.mat) volume conductor information including mesh and source space (forward_results/volume_conductor.mat) From here you can export the lead field and volume conductor to other software packages to solve the inverse problem (interfaces are not provided in the pipeline). All coordinates (sensors, mesh and source space) are in mm and in voxel space. Apply the transformation to ctf space (the 4x4 matrix in sensors.mat) to switch from voxels to ctf. Also apply the transformation to the lead field. There may be a slight mismatch in the source grid, meaning that not all gray matter nodes from the HexFEM source space are inside gray matter cut cells. Each scenario contains two sub-scenarios: a clean data (with only GNSS PRNs from the shy satellites) and a spoofed data (with a mixture of shy PRNs and two spoofing PRNs) The raw IQ samples for the GNSS signal analysis were collected over two days: October 18 and October 19, in 2022. The samples are stored in the /data/ directory. There is a subset of 1000 samples, randomly selected from the original dataset for each scenario to keep the open-access data to a reasonable size. "en": "Closely spaced promoters are ubiquitous in prokaryotic and eukaryotic genomes. How their structure and dynamics relate remains unclear, particularly for tandem formations. To study their transcriptional interference, we engineered two pairs and one trio of synthetic promoters in nonoverlapping, tandem formation, in single-copy plasmids transformed into Escherichia coli cells. From in vivo measurements, we found that these promoters in tandem formation can have attenuated transcription rates. The attenuation strength can be widely fine-tuned by the promoters’ positioning, natural regulatory mechanisms, and other factors, including the antibiotic rifampicin, which is known to hamper RNAP promoter escape. From this, and supported by in silico models, we concluded that the attenuation in these constructs emerges from premature terminations generated by collisions between RNAPs elongating from upstream promoters and RNAPs occupying downstream promoters. Moreover, we found that these collisions can cause one or both RNAPs to falloff. Finally, the broad spectrum of possible, externally regulated, attenuation strengths observed in our synthetic tandem promoters suggests that they could become useful as externally controllable regulators of future synthetic circuits."
