"en": "The dataset contains spectral data of cell suspensions of the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis under no-stress and stress conditions. Spectral data was obtained with a hyperspectral imager (reflectance) and a spectrophotometer coupled with an integrating sphere (absorbance). Together with the raw data files, this dataset contains the Jupyter Notebook (PYTHON language) scripts to process the data and analysed it. Among the analysis, linear models and a convolutional neural network (CNN) are developed for the spectral data. The objective of this dataset was to develop a CNN able to accurately quantify astaxanthin content per dry weight from hyperspectral images (HSI). The CNN prediction accuracy was compared to linear models using the spectrophotometer couples with the integrating sphere. In addition to the scripts, this dataset contains all data files generated in those scripts."

"fi": "Sekametsien kasvatusmallit (SEKAVA) kestokokeiden avulla selvitetään kuinka kivennäismailla sekametsät tulisi perustaa ja kasvattaa, jotta sekapuustoisuus saadaan säilytettyä ja puusto kasvatettua yksijaksoisena. Kokeilla tarkastellaan myös eri puulajien kasvudynamiikkaa. Kestokokeita tullaan mittaamaan toistuvasti, joten kestokokeet tuottavat paljon uutta tietoa vuosikymmenten ajan. Puustomittausten lisäksi kohteilta seurataan tarkasti myös esim. maaperään, hiileen, ja tuhoihin liittyviä asioita. SEKAVA-kestokokeita on perustettu Etelä- ja Keski-Suomeen yhteensä 18 koetta ja yksi näyteala Punkaharjun tutkimusmetsään. Kokeet on perustettu vuosina 2020–2023. Kokeita on lehtomaisella, tuoreella ja kuivahkolla kankaalla. Kokeiden käsittelyt vaihtelevat kasvupaikoittain. Koesarjan käsittelyt ovat: 1) kuusen istutus, 2) männyn istutus, 3) männyn kylvö, 4) rauduskoivun istutus, 5) kuusen istutus ja männyn istutus, 6) kuusen istutus ja männyn kylvö, 7) männyn istutus ja rauduskoivun istutus, 8) männyn istutus ja koivu luontainen, 9) kuusen ja rauduskoivun istutus, 10) kuusen istutus ja koivu luontainen. Jokaisella kokeella on 2–3 toistoa käsittelyistä, näytealalla on vain yksi toisto."

Koealat 1-12 on uudistettu männyn istutustaimilla tai männyn kylvöllä, koealat 13-18 taas on uudistettu luontaisesti (siemenpuilla). \nIntensiivialoja sijoiteltiin muokatuille koealoille 26 kappaletta ja muokkaamattomille koealoille 33 kappaletta. \nIntensiivialat perustettiin vuonna 2006 siten, että yksittäisten alojen keskipisteeksi asennettiin maahan pohjavesiputki kesän 2006 alussa. Tämän alan läheisyyteen istutettiin samana kesänä yksi taimi tai vaihtoehtoisesti yksi kylvökohta. Sama toistettiin vuosina 2007 ja 2008 eli lopulta kullakin intensiivialalla oli kolme istutustainta/kylvökohtaa, joiden sijainti on kartoitettu. Istutustaimien ja kylvöjen kehitystä seurattiin vuosittaisilla inventoinneilla aikajaksolla 2006-2011. \nKoealojen pintamaan kosteutta mitattiin intensiivisesti vuosien 2006-2008 aikana. Mittauspiste sijaitsi kunakin vuonna kyseisen vuoden istutuksen/kylvön vieressä. Mittauksia tehtiin vuosittain touko-lokakuun aikana, keskimäärin kahden viikon välein. Pohjaveden korkeutta mitattiin yhtä intensiivisesti kuin pintamaan kosteutta vuosien 2006-2008 aikana. \n\nAineisto sisältää pintamaan kosteusmittauksia, pohjaveden korkeuksia sekä taimien mittaustietoja. Lisäksi aineistossa on maalämpöjä A-napeilla, lumi- ja routamittauksia ja maan kosteuksia ech2o loggerilla. Kokeessa on kerätty tietoa selluloosapalojen hajoamisesta maan eri syvyyksillä."

Luontaisen uudistamisen menetelmä on männyn siemenpuuhakkuu ja maanmuokkausmenetelmänä laikutus, mätästys tai muokkaamaton. Metsänviljelyosiossa tehtiin männyn kylvö tai männyn istutus mätästettyyn, laikutettuun tai muokkaamattomaan pintaan.\nMetsänviljelyosion kylvökoealoille tehtiin kylvö valikoituihin koemättäisiin/laikkuihin kolmena peräkkäisenä keväänä 2006, 2007 ja 2008. Vastaavasti tehtiin istutus keväällä 2006, 2007 ja 2008. Kylvö- ja istutustaimien elossapysymistä ja kasvua seurattiin intensiivimittauksilla em. vuosien keväällä ja syksyllä. Viljelypisteiden läheisyydestä seurattiin pohjaveden syvyyttä ja viljelypisteiden mättäistä/laikuista pintaturpeen kosteutta DeltaT-mittarilla. Sievissä taimettumisen seurantaa jatkettiin vuosittain 10 vuoden ajan. Viljelyalojen koealatason uudistumistulos mitattiin Simon, Vaalan ja Sievin kokeista 10 vuoden kuluttua viljelystä ympyräkoealoilta tehdyillä mittauksilla.\nLuontaista uudistumista seurattiin taimikoealoilta (laikuista / muokkaamattomasta pinnasta) kuuden vuoden ajan (2007 - 2012) hakkuun ja maanmuokkauksen jälkeen. Koealatason uudistuminen mitattiin kahdeksantena vuotena linjoittaisena ympyräkoealainventointina.\n\nPistekohtaiset mittaukset:\n-\tViljely: taimimittaukset (elossa olo, kasvu, tuhot) kevät ja syksy 2006-2008, pintaturpeen kosteus, pohjaveden syvyys tasapinnasta\n-\tLuontainen: pohjaveden syvyys tasapinnasta ja taimien määrä puulajeittain 6 vuotta\n\n\nMittaukset koealoilta:\n-\t10 vuoden kuluttua viljelystä jokaiselle koealalle 2 kpl 20m2 ympyräkoealaa, kaikki taimet ja kasvatuskelpoiset\n-\t8 vuoden kuluttua siemenpuuhakkuusta jokaiselle koealalle 20 kpl 5 m2 koealaa, elävät istutustaimet ja luontaiset taimet"

"fi": "Viherteho-hankkeen tavoitteena oli selvittää, miten viherlannoituskasvusto lopetetaan, jotta huuhtoutumisriski on pieni ja satovaikutus kevätkylvöiseen kasviin hyvä. Kenttäkokeet tehtiin Jokioisissa Luken peltolohkolla, joka oli ensimmäisenä koevuonna 2016 juuri ohittanut luomun siirtymävaiheen. Kokeen perustamista oli edeltänyt kaksivuotinen viherkesanto, jossa kasvoi puna- ja valkoapilaa sekä timoteitä ja nurminataa. Vuonna 2017 alkanutta koetta edeltävänä kesänä pellolla kasvoi em. viherkesantoa seurannut syysvehnä. Koealueet oli syyskynnetty ennen kokeiden perustamista. Koealueiden maat olivat runsasmultaista aitosavea. Kenttäkoe toteutettiin täydellisesti satunnaistettujen lohkojen kokeena, joka toistettiin kahdesti. Ensimmäisen koevuoden keväällä perustettiin viherlannoituskasvusto kuuteen koejäseneen virnapainotteisella siemenseoksella, jolla saatiin aikaan rehevä ja typpirikas biomassa. Kylvösiemenseoksessa oli rehuvirnaa, ruisvirnaa ja kauraa. Yhteen koejäseneen kylvettiin heti virnaseoksen kylvön jälkeen italianraiheinää. Lisäksi yhteen koejäseneen kylvettiin pelkästään puitavaksi valmistuvaa kauraa. Kokeet sisälsivät neljä kerrannetta, eli kaikki koejäsenet kylvettiin neljään kertaan toistaen ja ruutujen järjestys arvottiin jokaisessa kerranteessa.\nAlkukesän ajan ruudut olivat samanlaiset lukuun ottamatta koejäseniä, joihin oli kylvetty lisäksi italianraiheinää tai pelkästään kaura. Viherlannoitusruutuihin perustettiin loppukesällä kuusi erilaista lopetuskäsittelyä. Verranteena kasvanut kaura puitiin tuleentuneena ja sen ruudut kynnettiin syksyllä normaalisti.\nSekä viherlannoituskasvuston että niiden jälkeen kasvaneiden kerääjäkasvien maanpäällinen kuiva-aineisato ja typpipitoisuus mitattiin jokaisesta ruudusta 0,25 m2 alalta läheltä maan pintaa leikatuista kasvustonäytteistä. Myös kauran olkien kuiva-ainesato ja typpipitoisuus mitattiin ennen puintia. Näiden perusteella määritettiin maanpäällisten kasvustojen kokonaistyppisato kiloina hehtaaria kohti. Näytteet otettiin aina ennen kutakin viherlannoituskasvuston tai kerääjäkasvin maahan muokkaamista. Öljyretikkaa koejäsenessä 6 ei muokattu lainkaan, ja siitä otettiin näyte lokakuun lopussa eli noin kuukautta myöhemmin kuin koejäsenten 2, 3, 4 ja 5 kasvustonäytteet. Näyte ajoitettiin ennakoituun öljyretikan kasvun loppumiseen.\n\nAmmoniumtypen (NH4-N) ja nitraattitypen (NO3-N) määrä kolmesta syvyydestä (0 – 30, 30 – 60 ja 60 – 90 cm) mitattiin ennen kokeen ensimmäistä talvea ja seuraavana syksynä kummankin viljan puinnin jälkeen. Syksylle 2017 suunniteltua aloitusvuoden näytettä ei kuitenkaan päästy maan märkyyden vuoksi ottamaan syvänäytteiden (30 – 60 cm ja 60 – 90 cm) osalta ennen kuin tammikuussa 2018. Jokaisesta ruudusta otettiin analyysiä varten vähintään 10 osanäytettä, jotka sekoitettiin ennen näytteen uuttamista ja typpimääritystä.\nViherlannoitusvuotta seuranneesta viljasta mitattiin orastiheys, jyväsadon määrä ja hehtolitran paino sekä jyvien 1000 siemenen paino ja typpipitoisuus. Myös oljen typpipitoisuus määritettiin. Jyvien ja olkien typpisato määritettiin kiloina hehtaaria kohti."

"fi": "Kerääjäkasvien typpi hyödyksi (KerääjäNhyöty) - hankkeessa kerättiin Jokioisten luomulohkoilta kasvi- ja maanäytteitä, joista määritettiin kasvien typpipitoisuutta ja satoa sekä maan mineraalitypen (ammonium- ja nitraattityppi) määrää. \nKasvien ja maan typpianalyysit tehtiin Prodiva/LUKEKAS –hankkeen kenttäkokeista, joissa tutkittiin alus- ja kerääjäkasvien merkitystä viljan jyväsadon ja rikkakasvien menestymisen kannalta. Kokeet olivat varsin laajat, sillä käsittelyinä oli suuri määrä erilaisia aluskasviseoksia ja toisaalta verrattiin yhdellä peltolohkolla muokkaustapoja ja toisella tuotantosuuntia. Muokkaustapakokeessa (Lamminkylän pelto) verrattiin syyskyntöä ja syksyistä kevennettyä muokkausta, tuotantosuuntakokeessa (Lintupajun pelto) kasvinviljelytilaa ja kotieläintilaa. Tuotantosuuntien käsittelyt tosin poikkesivat toisistaan vain kokeiden aloitusvuoden osalta, jolloin kotieläintilan alueelle levitettiin naudan lietelantaa. Molemmat kokeet suoritettiin Luken luomulohkoilla Jokioisilla. Lohkot olivat kokeiden alkaessa juuri ohittaneet luonnonmukaisen tuotannon siirtymävaiheen, ja kokeita edelsi kaksivuotinen puna- ja valkoapilan sekä timotein ja nurminadan siemenseoksella lannoittamattomaan kauraan perustettu kaksivuotinen viherkesanto. Molemmilla pelloilla toteutettiin kaksi koetta: yhdeksän kerääjäkasvia sisältänyt (2015-2017, koe A1) ja neljä kerääjäkasvia sisältänyt (2016-2017, koe A2). Kokeeseen A2 sisällytettiin myös maanäytteet keväällä 2018. Viljelykierto kaikilla alueilla seuraava: v. 2015 ohra, v.2016 syysvehnä ja v. 2017 kevätvehnä."

"fi": "Koesarjan tarkoituksena on tutkia alkuperän, viljelytiheyden ja harvennuksen vaikutusta kontortamännyn alkukehitykseen, tuotokseen ja laatuun erilaisilla kasvupaikoilla ja eri osissa maata verrattuna kotimaisiin havupuihin.\nKoesarja on perustettu vuosina 1981–1982. Yhteensä on perustettu 22 koetta, joissa käsittelyinä olivat kontortamännyn istutus tiheyksillä 6400, 3300, 2000 ja 1100 kpl/ha, kontortamännyn kylvö (2000 kylvökohtaa/ha) ja vertailupuulaji istutettuna joko mänty tai kuusi tiheyteen 2000 kpl/ha. Kokeilla on yleensä kaksi toistoa käsittelyistä. \nKokeilta on mitattu taimien elossaolo, tuhot ja myöhemmin puustotunnukset. Viimeisimpiä mittauksia kokeille on tehty vuonna 2012, uusia mittauksia ei ole suunnitteilla. Osalle kokeista on jo tehty maanomistajien toimesta harvennushakkuu, osa kokeista on tuhoutunut."

"en": "Potentially toxic elements (heavy metals and chlorinated organic compounds) and metallic aluminum (Al) in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) residues pose a radical challenge to their utilization as cementitious materials. In this study, the mechanochemical treatment of MSWI residues, with and without CaO was carried out to immobilize heavy metals, mitigate highly toxic organic compounds, and enhance cementitious properties. The leaching rate of Sb from the original bottom ash (BA), as well as Cr, and Pb from the air pollution control (APC) residue, was reduced to a non-hazardous limit after treatment. The highly toxic chlorinated organic compounds in the APC residue were converted to less toxic forms following treatment. Changes in bonds and chemical states can help elucidate the mechanisms of mechanochemical treatment. However, increased metallic Al in the fly ash (FA) after milling, deteriorated the mechanical properties of the cement mortar. The mechanochemical treatment of MSWI residues with CaO enhanced the remarkably compressive strengths of their cement mortars. The mechanochemical treatment of a mixture of BA, FA, and APC in suitable fractions transformed MSWI residues into non-hazardous substances with good exhibition as SCMs, offering a comprehensive pathway for utilization."

Square 16m2 study areas have been set up on selection cutting areas of varying intensity. Additionally the material includes results from approximately 50 studyareas, compiled during years 2004-2010 in southwestern Lapland. Results comprise of coordinates of growth, reports, habitat information, temperature measurements, and information about defunct growth. Aineisto käsittää mittausdatat ja perustamis- sekä hakkuutiedot. \n\nKokeella seurataan jatkuvapeitteisenä kasvatettavan kuusimetsikön uudistumista, alikasvoksen kehitystä, puiden kasvua ja kuolleisuutta.\n\nKoemetsiköt sijaitsevat paikkakunnilla Evo, Vesijako, Lapinjärvi, Suonenjoki ja Mikkeli. 1990 -luvulla aloitetut kokeet jakautuvat kestokokeisiin, intensiivikokeisiin ja määrämittaharsinnan näytealoihin. \n\nMetsikköihin kohdistetut toimenpiteet ovat olleet poiminta- ja harsintahakkuu, maanmuokkaus ja kylvö.\n\nYksittäisen koemetsikön pinta-ala on 1-2 ha. Koemetsikön keskeltä on otettu tarkoituksen mukaisen kokoinen yksittäinen koeala, josta mittauksilla saadaan edustava aineisto. Esimerkiksi intensiivikokeen koeala on kooltaan 80m * 100m. \nYhteensä kokeessa on seurattavia koealoja yli 30 kpl.\n\nAineistoa on tuotettu säännöllisillä puustonmittauksilla, yleisimmin 5 vuoden välein. Intensiivikokeilla on tehty siemensadon seurantaa ja 2001-2007 tarkempaa taimiseurantaa. Osa aineistoista on hankittu kertamittauksin,\nottamalla koepuita ja sahaamalla ne sahalla puutavaraksi, sekä ottamalla näytteitä ja analysoimalla\nniitä laboratorioissa. \n\nKoe jatkuu edelleen."

"fi": "LUKE:n, LAO:n ja Lapin AMK:n toimeksiannosta Hirvaalla sijaitsevaan Kuusikkoselkään tehtiin mittaus- ja metsänkäsittelyprojekti. Projekti käsitti kokonaisuudessaan 6 hehtaarin kokoisen mittaus- ja metsänkäsittelyprojektin, joka oli jaettu 6 lohkoon ja nämä edelleen 50X50 m:n käsittelyruutuihin. Ruutuja on yhteensä 24 ja jokaisen ruudun pinta-ala on 0,25 ha. Projekti on kattanut männynharvennuskokeen vanhojen ympyräkoe-alojen paikantamisen, koealojen puiden kartoittamisen ja puuston mittaamisen sekä tervasrosoisuuden kartoittamisen. \nMaastotöiden aikana on selvitetty alueen puuston puulaji, puujakso, puunsijainti (etäisyys ja suunta koealan keskipisteestä), puun läpimitta (rinnankorkeudelta mm:n tarkkuudella, myös kuolleet puut), puun pituus joka 5. puusta (myös kuolleet), tervasrosoisuus rungossa, kaikki männyt (terve; onko koro alle 5 m:n korkeudella; koro vain yli 5 m:n korkeudella) ja se, onko puu elävä vai kuollut. Lisäksi jokaiselta käsittelyruudulta kerätään tieto kasvupaikkatyypistä ja maalajista. \nAlueella on tehty ensiharvennus vuonna 2016."

"fi": "1990-luvun alussa Metsäntutkimuslaitoksella käynnistyi laaja projekti, jonka tarkoituksena oli selvittää pellonmetsityksen onnistumisen kannalta merkittäviä tekijöitä. Koesarjan kokeissa tutkitaan peltojen metsitysmenetelmiä. Kaikki kokeet on esitelty Metsäntutkimuslaitoksen tiedonannossa numero 463. Kyseisestä raportista löytyy koekohtaisesti perustamistietoja, koealakartat ja koesuunnitelmat. \nKoejäseninä peruskokeissa on eri puulajivaihtoehtojen istutus (mänty, kuusi, hieskoivu ja rauduskoivu), pääasiassa hieskoivun kylvö ja vielä luontainen metsittäminen. Lannoituskokeet on erotettu omaksi sarjakseen nimeltään LANPEL. Koeasetelmana METPELTO-koesarjan kokeilla on useimmiten satunnaistettujen lohkojen koejärjestely, joissa toistoja on yleisimmin kolme kappaletta. Useissa kokeissa mukana on myös erilaisia lisätutkimussuuntia kuten eri maanmuokkausvaihtoehtoja, eri taimilajeja (avojuuri/potti), eri istutustiheyksiä, sekä eri pintakasvillisuuden torjunnan vaihtoehtoja."
