"fi": "Peltokasvien sivuvirrat paikkatietoaineisto kuvaa nykyiseen viljelyyn perustuvaa viljelykasvien korjattavissa olevaa maksimaalista sivuvirtapotentiaalia. Sivuvirrat on laskettu kunkin kasvin satotason, viljelypinta-alan, kuiva-ainepitoisuuden ja satoindeksin avulla. Satoindeksi kuvaa sitä osaa kasvista, joka hyödynnetään pääsatona. Muu osa kasvista on sivuvirtaa. Käytännössä maksimisivuvirta ei välttämättä ole kaikki hyödynnettävissä, koska korjuulle on teknisiä ja taloudellisia rajoitteita ja osa sivuvirrasta pitää jättää pellolle kasvukuntoa ylläpitämään.\n\nPeltojen satotiedot on johdettu Luken satotilastosta jakamalla Ely-keskustason satotilasto 1km x 1km polygoneihin kyseisen kasvin pinta-alatiedolla painottaen. Pinta-alatiedot perustuvat maataloustukien hallinnoinnissa käytettävään IACS-rekisteriin ja viljelijöiden keväällä sinne ilmoittamiin viljelysuunnitelmiin. Pinta-alatiedot ja satotilasto ovat saman, yleensä kuluvaa vuotta edeltävän vuoden ajalta. Yksittäiset peltolohkot on yleistetty 1 km ruudulle ja tietoja ryhmitelty yleisempiin, yleensä satotilastoa vastaaviin luokkiin."

Peltobiomassat on johdettu Luken satotilastosta kertomalla Ely-keskustason satotaso (t/ha) vastaavan kasvin pinta-alatiedolla. Luku ei siten kuvaa todellista saatua satotasoa, vaan sitä, paljonko viljellyltä pinta-alalta voi odottaa saatavan satoa. Pinta-alatiedot perustuvat maataloustukien hallinnoinnissa käytettävään IACS-rekisteriin ja viljelijöiden sinne ilmoittamiin viljelysuunnitelmiin. Yksittäiset peltolohkot on yleistetty 1 km ruudulle ja tietoja ryhmitelty yleisempiin, yleensä satotilastoa vastaaviin luokkiin. Kaikilla kasveilla ja maankäyttömuodoilla ei ole suoraa yhteyttä pinta-alojen ja satotilaston välillä. Näin on usein erityisesti nurmien sekä erilaisten monimuotoisuutta lisäävien kohteiden osalta. Esimerkiksi säilörehu- kuivaheinä ja tuorerehunurmet on jaettu kyseiselle alalle satotilastosta painotetulla keskiarvolla. Viljojen ja palkokasvien kohdalla on ilmoitettu vain kuivana korjattu sato."

"fi": "Merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman tavoitteena on ohjata vesiviljelytuotantoa ympäristönsuojelun, kalankasvatuselinkeinon ja muiden vesien käyttömuotojen kannalta sopiville vesialueille. \n\nUuden sijainninohjaussuunnitelman tekeminen perustuu Kotimaisen kalan edistämisohjelmaan ja Manner-Suomen vesiviljelystrategiaan, jotka valtioneuvosto on periaatepäätöksillään hyväksynyt 8.7.2021 ja 17.2.2022. \n\nPeriaatepäätösten tavoitteena on sovittaa yhteen vesiviljelyyn liittyvää elinkeino- ja ympäristöpolitiikkaa siten, että toimialaa voidaan kehittää ekologisesti, sosiaalisesti ja taloudellisesti kestävällä tavalla. \n\nRehevöityminen on Itämeren suurin ongelma. Vesipuite- ja meristrategiadirektiivin mukaisten vesienhoitosuunnitelmien, toimenpideohjelmien ja merenhoitosuunnitelman sekä Itämeren suojelukomission (HELCOM) Itämeren toimintaohjelman lähtökohtana ovat vesistöihin ja Itämereen tulevan ravinnekuormituksen vähentäminen. Lähtökohtana kaikissa on hyvän tilan saavuttaminen ja hyvänä säilyneiden alueiden tilan säilyttäminen. Myös sijainninohjaussuunnitelman laadinnassa on otettu huomioon lähtökohta siitä, että kalankasvatustoiminnan kasvu ei vaaranna vesien- ja merenhoidon tavoitteiden saavuttamista. \n\nLuonnonvarakeskus ja Suomen Ympäristökeskus ovat maa- ja metsätalousministeriön rahoituksella ja alan sidosryhmiä osallistavalla prosessilla laatineet merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjauksen uusista kriteereistä karttoineen FINFARMGIS paikkatietosovelluksen avulla. Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö ja ympäristöministeriö ovat tämän perusteella laatineet jäljempänä olevan uuden merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman. \n\nEnsimmäinen sijainninohjaussuunnitelma, joka valmistui 21.5.2014 on merkittävällä tavalla vaikuttanut kalankasvatuksen kestävään sijoittamiseen Manner-Suomen merialueella ja ympäristölupien myöntämiseen vesiviljelylle. Uusi suunnitelma korvaa tämän ensimmäisen suunnitelman. \n\nUusi merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelma koskee aiemman mukaisesti vain kalan jatkokasvatusta. Päivitetyssä sijainninohjaussuunnitelmassa ei arvioitu sisävesiä. Suunnitelma kattaa koko Manner-Suomen merialueen. Kalojen poikastuotanto ja talvisäilytysalueet eivät sisälly sijainninohjaussuunnitelmaan, kuten ei myöskään Ahvenanmaan maakuntaan liittyvät aluevedet. Sijainninohjaussuunnitelman vaikutuksista on laadittu SOVA-lain mukainen ympäristöselostus (Merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman 2025 ympäristöselostus)."

"fi": "Merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman tavoitteena on ohjata vesiviljelytuotantoa ympäristönsuojelun, kalankasvatuselinkeinon ja muiden vesien käyttömuotojen kannalta sopiville vesialueille. \n\nUuden sijainninohjaussuunnitelman tekeminen perustuu Kotimaisen kalan edistämisohjelmaan ja Manner-Suomen vesiviljelystrategiaan, jotka valtioneuvosto on periaatepäätöksillään hyväksynyt 8.7.2021 ja 17.2.2022. \n\nPeriaatepäätösten tavoitteena on sovittaa yhteen vesiviljelyyn liittyvää elinkeino- ja ympäristöpolitiikkaa siten, että toimialaa voidaan kehittää ekologisesti, sosiaalisesti ja taloudellisesti kestävällä tavalla. \n\nRehevöityminen on Itämeren suurin ongelma. Vesipuite- ja meristrategiadirektiivin mukaisten vesienhoitosuunnitelmien, toimenpideohjelmien ja merenhoitosuunnitelman sekä Itämeren suojelukomission (HELCOM) Itämeren toimintaohjelman lähtökohtana ovat vesistöihin ja Itämereen tulevan ravinnekuormituksen vähentäminen. Lähtökohtana kaikissa on hyvän tilan saavuttaminen ja hyvänä säilyneiden alueiden tilan säilyttäminen. Myös sijainninohjaussuunnitelman laadinnassa on otettu huomioon lähtökohta siitä, että kalankasvatustoiminnan kasvu ei vaaranna vesien- ja merenhoidon tavoitteiden saavuttamista. \n\nLuonnonvarakeskus ja Suomen Ympäristökeskus ovat maa- ja metsätalousministeriön rahoituksella ja alan sidosryhmiä osallistavalla prosessilla laatineet merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjauksen uusista kriteereistä karttoineen FINFARMGIS paikkatietosovelluksen avulla. Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö ja ympäristöministeriö ovat tämän perusteella laatineet jäljempänä olevan uuden merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman. \n\nEnsimmäinen sijainninohjaussuunnitelma, joka valmistui 21.5.2014 on merkittävällä tavalla vaikuttanut kalankasvatuksen kestävään sijoittamiseen Manner-Suomen merialueella ja ympäristölupien myöntämiseen vesiviljelylle. Uusi suunnitelma korvaa tämän ensimmäisen suunnitelman. \n\nUusi merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelma koskee aiemman mukaisesti vain kalan jatkokasvatusta. Päivitetyssä sijainninohjaussuunnitelmassa ei arvioitu sisävesiä. Suunnitelma kattaa koko Manner-Suomen merialueen. Kalojen poikastuotanto ja talvisäilytysalueet eivät sisälly sijainninohjaussuunnitelmaan, kuten ei myöskään Ahvenanmaan maakuntaan liittyvät aluevedet. Sijainninohjaussuunnitelman vaikutuksista on laadittu SOVA-lain mukainen ympäristöselostus (Merialueen kalankasvatuksen sijainninohjaussuunnitelman 2025 ympäristöselostus)."

"en": "Background: Although several paper-and-pencil and digital online measures have been developed to assess basic numeracy skills and identify mathematical learning difficulties in children, psychometric evidence of these measures are seldom thoroughly reported and published. Establishing the validity and reliability of educational measures is a fundamental part of evidence-based practice. Objective: This study aimed to examine the test-retest reliability, longitudinal measurement invariance, and convergent validity of a new digital online dyscalculia screener, the Functional Numeracy Assessment Dyscalculia Battery (FUNA-DB), targeted to 9–16-year-old children. Method: The participants were 358 children (165 boys and 193 girls) in grades 3, 5 and 7, who participated in the study at two time points. Children's numeracy skills were measured using two time-limited tests: the FUNA-DB online screener and a standardized paper-and-pencil basic arithmetic test, RMAT. Results: Our results showed that the FUNA-DB has a strong test-retest reliability, displays measurement invariance over time, and is meaningfully related to RMAT. Conclusion: The psychometric evidence supports using the FUNA-DB to measure school-aged children’s number processing and arithmetical fluency across time."

"en": "Due to formatting changes and minor errors in the data, the catalogue has been updated and the new version can be found at https://doi.org/10.23729/fd-50c9011e-1ec8-3779-8a23-173e53931a07.\n\nA joint Fennoscandian earthquake catalogue (FENCAT; updated after Ahjos and Uski, 1992) is an open-access catalogue providing all available non-instrumental and instrumental earthquake records in Fennoscandia and the adjacent offshore areas and it is compiled by Institute of Seismology, University of Helsinki, Finland. The catalogue covers earthquakes from 1467 to near present day. The original catalogue has been updated several times for different purposes.\n\nThe published versions are called FENCAT(2014), FENCAT17, FENCAT(2021), FENCAT(20xx) and the number post text indicating the last year whose data are included in the dataset. FENCAT has been updated previously at the Institute of Seismology’s web sites and older versions have previously been called FENCAT catalogues without versioning.\n\nIn the older version FENCAT(2014), data in the catalogue covers the area of 54°-75°N and 0°-45°E including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and adjacent offshore areas, as well as parts of northern Lithuania and northwestern Russia.\n\nBecause of the different degree of accuracy and homogeneity of the parameter data, the events were divided into historical (1375–1970) and instrumental (1971–) datasets. The source parameters for historical events are mainly macroseismic and for the instrumental data they are obtained by various iterative location procedures. The catalogue has been continuously updated with data from earthquake bulletins by the Institute of Seismology at the University of Helsinki (HEL), by the Department of Earth Science at the University of Bergen (BER), by the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Uppsala (UPP), the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (DNK) and since 2006 by the Geological Survey of Estonia (EST).\n\nThe catalogue provides information about the time, location, depth, magnitudes, intensity and origin of data for the events. Since the beginning of year 2000, the catalogue lists the number of seismic stations included in the calculation of the location, the distance to the closest station, and the azimuthal gap of the stations, needed in the quality estimates of the location parameters. From 2009 onwards, all events that have less than four stations in their location solution are omitted from the catalogue. All versions of the catalogues published after FENCAT17 include information on the homogenized magnitudes of the earthquakes. The process of homogenization of the magnitudes is described in detail in an article under preparation by Uski et. al. (information will be updated later).\n\nThe catalogue has been cleaned up from explosions, induced and frost related events to the extent possible. In the old versions of the catalogue, up to FENCAT(2014), some events of questionable tectonic origin have been included with a special comment. From FENCAT17 onwards, those events have been removed. The removed data can, however, be requested from the Institute of Seismology, University of Helsinki.\n\nFENCAT(2021) is a version of FENCAT where years 2018-2021 were added and some further cleaning and updating has been done to the catalogue. Homogenized magnitudes are included in the catalogue. Using the CSV format has given the opportunity to rearrange data more comprehensively so the table now gives first information on time, location and depth of the events, then introduces mangitudes of the events, giving first homogenized magnitude, then seismic moment information and after that lists magnitudes from separate sources. After this there is macroseismic information and in\n\nthe end different kinds of errors and comments. The FENCAT(2021).csv file is stored with a semicolon as a column separator and consists of commas as decimal separators.\n\nThe FENCAT17 is a version of FENCAT made specifically for the Research Council of Finland’s project 337913 “Seismic Risk - Mitigation of induced seismic risk in urban environments” for calculating the seismic hazard for Finland and adjacent areas. Opening of the Nordic part of the data set has been partly funded through NordForsk grant 97318: “Nordic EPOS - A FAIR Nordic EPOS Data Hub”. "en": "A joint Fennoscandian earthquake catalogue (FENCAT; updated after Ahjos and Uski, 1992) is an open-access catalogue providing all available non-instrumental and instrumental earthquake records in Fennoscandia and the adjacent offshore areas and it is compiled by Institute of Seismology, University of Helsinki, Finland. The catalogue covers earthquakes from 1467 to near-present. The original catalogue has been updated several times for different purposes.\n\nThe published versions are called FENCAT(2014), FENCAT17, FENCAT(2021), FENCAT(20xx) with the number in parenthesis indicating the last year with data in the catalogue. FENCAT has been updated previously on the Institute of Seismology’s web sites and older versions have previously been called FENCAT catalogues without versioning.\n\nIn the older version FENCAT(2014), data in the catalogue covers the area of 54°-75°N and 0°-45°E including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and adjacent offshore areas, as well as parts of northern Lithuania and northwestern Russia.\n\nBecause of the different degree of accuracy and homogeneity of the parameter data, the events were divided into historical (1375–1970) and instrumental (1971–) datasets. The source parameters for historical events are mainly macroseismic and for the instrumental data they are obtained by various iterative location procedures. The catalogue has been continuously updated with data from earthquake bulletins by the Institute of Seismology at the University of Helsinki (HEL), by the Department of Earth Science at the University of Bergen (BER), by the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Uppsala (UPP), the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (DNK) and since 2006 by the Geological Survey of Estonia (EST).\n\nThe catalogue provides information about the time, location, depth, magnitudes, intensities and sources of data for the events. Since the beginning of year 2000, the catalogue lists the number of seismic stations included in the calculation of the location, the distance to the closest station, and the azimuthal gap of the stations, needed in the quality estimates of the location parameters. From 2009 onwards, all events that have less than four stations in their location solution are omitted from the catalogue. All versions of the catalogues published after FENCAT17 include information on the homogenized magnitudes of the earthquakes. The process of homogenization of the magnitudes is described in detail in an article under preparation by Uski et. al. (information will be updated later).\n\nThe catalogue has been cleaned up from explosions, induced and frost related events to the extent possible. In the old versions of the catalogue, up to FENCAT(2014), some events of questionable tectonic origin have been included with a special comment. From FENCAT17 onwards, those events have been removed. The removed data can, however, be requested from the Institute of Seismology, University of Helsinki.\n\nFENCAT(2021) is a version of FENCAT where years 2018-2021 were added and some further cleanup and updating have been done to the catalogue. FENCAT(2021)_update is an updated version of original FENCAT(2021), with formatting changes and minor errors corrected. Homogenized magnitudes are included in the catalogue. Using the CSV format has given the opportunity to rearrange data so the table now gives first information on time, location and depth of the events, then introduces magnitudes of the events, giving the first homogenized magnitude, then the seismic moment information and after that lists the magnitudes from separate sources. These are followed by the macroseismic information and in the end different kinds of errors and comments. The FENCAT(2021)_udate.csv file is stored with a comma as a column separator.\n\nThe FENCAT17 is a version of FENCAT made specifically for the Research Council of Finland’s project 337913 “Seismic Risk - Mitigation of induced seismic risk in urban environments” for calculating the seismic hazard for Finland and adjacent areas. Opening of the Nordic part of the data set has been partly funded through NordForsk grant 97318: “Nordic EPOS - A FAIR Nordic EPOS Data Hub”. "en": "This is subset of the data from MIRACLE emCCD all-sky imager at Abisko Scientific Research Station. The subset includes raw images of aurora emissions taken 557,7nm (G) in regular synoptic observation routine of MIRACLE emCCD cameras during the pulsating aurora event observed 15 Mar 2018 01-02UT. The data set is used in the paper \"Detection of Pulsating Aurora from GNSS Total Electron Content\" by J. Pérez-Coll Jiménez et al. submitted t Geophysical Research Letters.\n\nThe raw images are 16-bit, 512x512px stored in PNG format and the metadata of the imager settings are written in EXIF comment field of the each image. Image filename includes station code, date, starting time of exposure, used filter and exposure time. The datalogger PC has own GPS stratus0 NTP source to keep the computer in time. Image sequences are started at given seconds. The delay between images in sequence is depending on the exposure time and delay of the filter rotation. The 1 minute regular MIRACLE sequence during the event from 00s to 55s was SEQ_00=GB, SEQ_05=BG, SEQ_10=GC, SEQ_15=RH, SEQ_20=GB, SEQ_25=BG, SEQ_30=GS, SEQ_35=RW, SEQ_40=GB, SEQ_45=BG, SEQ_50=GD, SEQ_55=BG, where G is the 557nm filter used in this study.\n\nThe emCCD imager at the Abisko Scientific Research Station of Swedish Polar Research Secretariat is owned and operated by Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, University of Oulu. "en": "The purpose of this data and analysis set is to examine theses related to competitive gaming in Finland. The data was collected as part of the Central Finland e-sports competence cluster project carried out between February 2023 and April 2025, as part of which a database with a search system was created from the data for use by educational institutions and organizations. The database service was completed in spring 2025\r\n\r\nThe data under review was collected mainly during autumn 2023 and spring 2024. The latest additions to the data were made in May 2024. Several theses have been completed since then, but the collection of data for the construction and testing of the database was left at the aforementioned time and new additions to the database data will be made during summer 2025. The database can be found at https://coesportresearch.fi/.",
"fi": "Tämän aineisto- ja analyysikokonaisuuden tarkoituksena on tarkastella Suomessa tehtyjä kilpapelaamiseen liittyviä opinnäytetöitä. Aineisto on koottu osana helmikuun 2023 ja huhtikuun 2025 välisenä aikana tehtyä Keski-Suomen e-urheilun osaamiskeskittymähanketta, jonka osaksi aineistosta luotiin tietokanta hakujärjestelmän kanssa oppilaitosten ja organisaatioiden käyttöön. Tietokantapalvelu valmistui kevään 2025 aikana \r\n\r\nTarkasteltava aineisto on koottu pääosin vuosien syksyn 2023 ja kevään 2024 aikana. Viimeisimmät lisäykset aineistoon on tehty toukokuussa 2024. Opinnäytteitä on tämän jälkeen valmistunut useita, mutta tietokannan rakentamista ja testaamista varten aineiston keruu jätettiin mainittuun aikaan ja uusia lisäyksiä tietokanta-aineistoon tehdään kesän 2025 aikana. "en": "Subset of the 1 minute cosmic noise absorption data from the LaJolla riometers of the Finnish Riometer Network operated by Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, University of Oulu. The used quiet day curve for absorption determination is visually inspected in sidereal time plots from quiet period of early May 2024.\n\nThe files are one file per station in ASCII format having 1440 minute values per day starting from 00:00UT. The missing values are reported as NaN. The station code is in filename suffix of file name and the date is given in name file. The riometer instruments used in this data set are La Jolla narrowband riometers in different frequencies. S05 (SOD, 67.42°N 26.39°E) and IVA (68.55°N\t27.28°E) operated in 30.0MHz and ROV (66.78°N 25.94°E) at 32.4MHz. The used riometer receiver antenna type was dual parallel half-wavelength dipole forming a theoretical 60 degree beam pointing to zenith.\n\nThe data is used in the paper \" Global Response of the MLT and Topside Ionospheric Electron Temperatures to the “Extreme” Geomagnetic Storm of 10-13 May 2024\" submitted to JGR: Space Physics by Parihar et al. (2025JA034169 )."
