"en": "The Citizens' Pulse surveys examine Finnish attitudes and opinions on current issues. Main themes in the surveys include the activity of authorities, future expectations, trust, and the respondents' own state of mind. This collection round also included questions on the Russian invasion of Ukraine, sustainability, physical activities, and issues that the Finnish government should address. The first collection round of 2025 surveyed the respondents' satisfaction with the state of democracy in Finland, as well as their trust in other people and various institutions (e.g. the Finnish Government, the health care system, the media, and the Finnish Defence Forces). The respondents were asked to evaluate how fair or unfair they thought Finnish society was at present, and their state of mind was examined with questions on various matters relating to well-being. The questions covered, for example, the respondents' own mental well-being, whether they were worried about the adequacy of their income, their confidence in their future, and experiences of stress. The respondents' views were investigated on which societal issues (e.g. promotion of climate action, national defence, poverty reduction, effective healthcare, operating conditions of businesses and investment opportunities) the Finnish government should focus on in the near future. Additionally, the respondents were asked whether Finland's NATO membership had impacted their sense of safety. The next set of questions focused on the Russian invasion of Ukraine and national security in Finland. The respondents were asked how concerned they were about the crisis in Ukraine and its effects, and whether they were concerned that the war might expand beyond Ukraine. The respondents were also asked whether they were concerned that Russia might take military action against Finland or try to interfere with the functioning of Finnish society. Opinions on the economic sanctions imposed on Russia by the EU and whether Finland should be ready to receive significant numbers of refugees from Ukraine if necessary were charted. The respondents were asked whether Finland's response to Russian interference has been adequate and timely, and whether the respondents were concerned about Russia's recent actions. The respondents were also asked whether they had noticed any cyber security issues or instances where purposefully misleading claims based on misinformation were spread on social media or online over the previous month. Voting intentions in the 2024 county and municipal elections in Finland were surveyed by asking the respondents whether they intended to vote in the election, whether they intended to vote during the early voting period or on election day, and whether they felt that by voting they could have an impact on matters that were important to them and the people close to them. The sustainability theme examined whether sufficient measures have been taken in Finland to promote the well-being of nature, people and the economy. Finally, the respondents were asked whether they had been exercising according to the physical activity recommendations in Finland for the past six months and whether they had changed their physical activity behaviour. It was also asked whether the respondents have heard of the 'Get Finland Moving' programme. The cross-governmental, government-level programme is coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Background variables included the language responded in, the respondent's gender, age group, NUTS3 region of residence, highest level of education, household composition, and perceived financial situation of household.",

Tämän kierroksen kyselyssä kartoitettiin, kuinka tyytyväisiä vastaajat ovat demokratian toimivuuteen Suomessa sekä kuinka paljon vastaajat luottavat toisiin ihmisiin ja eri instituutioihin. Kysyttiin myös kuinka oikeudenmukaisena he pitävät suomalaista yhteiskuntaa. Edelleen kysyttiin vastaajan mielialasta, luottamuksesta tulevaisuuteen sekä koetusta stressistä ja turvallisuudesta. Lisäksi vastaajat arvioivat, mihin yhteiskunnallisiin teemoihin, kuten kestävään julkiseen talouteen, yritysten toimintaedellytyksiin, ilmastotoiminen edistämiseen ja toimivaan terveydenhuoltoon, hallituksen pitäisi lähitulevaisuudessa erityisesti kiinnittää huomiota. Kysyttiin myös kuinka huolestuneita vastaajat ovat kotitaloutensa toimeentulosta. Turvallisuustilanteeseen ja Venäjän hyökkäykseen Ukrainaan liittyen kysyttiin, huolestuttavatko sodan mahdollinen laajeneminen tai Venäjän vaikuttamispyrkimykset. Lisäksi tiedusteltiin näkemyksiä EU:n Venäjälle asettamien talouspakotteiden hyväksyttävyydestä sekä vastaajien omakohtaisia havaintoja harhaanjohtavaan tietoon perustuvista vaikuttamisyrityksistä tai tietoturvaongelmista internetissä. Tiedusteltiin myös vuoden 2025 alue- ja kuntavaaleissa äänestämisestä. Kestävä kehitys -teemaa tarkasteltiin kysymällä, onko Suomessa vastaajan mielestä tehty riittävästi toimenpiteitä luonnon, ihmisen ja taloudellisen hyvinvoinnin edistämiseksi. Lopuksi kysyttiin, ovatko vastaajat liikkuneet kuuden viime kuukauden aikana liikuntasuositusten mukaisesti ja ovatko he muuttaneet liikuntakäyttäytymistään. Kysyttiin myös, onko vastaaja kuullut Suomi liikkeelle -ohjelmasta. The folders containing measurements are named with the following pattern: [chemical abbreviation]_[dilution rate]. For example \"2PEtOH_1o10k\" means that the folder contains measurement of 2-phenylethanol diluted with propylene glycol in volumetric proportion 1/10 000. Another example is \"nBuOH_1o100\" - n-Butanol diluted with propylene glycol in volumetric proportion 1/100. Please find the abbreviations in the article referred.\r\n\r\nFor the first five weeks only 1/100 dilutions were measured. The last two weeks (weeks 6 and 7) 1/10 000 dilutions were measured. However, Carvone 1/100 was measured again on week 6 due to suspicion of faulty measurements during the previous weeks. The faulty measurements were not confirmed, and thus there 25 more samples of Carvone with dilution rate 1/100."

"en": "Dendritic ZSM-5 zeolites were investigated in the isomerization of monoterpene epoxides, including limonene-1,2-epoxide (LE), α-pinene epoxide, and β-pinene epoxide, which yields high-value compounds used in fragrances, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The fresh catalysts were thoroughly characterized using XRD, Ar physisorption, pyridine-FTIR, TEM, FTIR/DTBPyr, and 27Al MAS NMR. In comparison with conventional and hierarchical ZSM-5 materials, the dendritic zeolite with a crystallization time of 4 days (d-ZSM-5/4d) was the most active material, with a turnover frequency value of 4.4 min−1 for LE isomerization. Likewise, remarkable yields of dihydrocarvone (DHC, 63%, 70 °C, 2 h), campholenic aldehyde (72.4%, 70 °C, 5 min), and myrtanal (47.7%, 50 °C, 5 min) were obtained with this material that exhibited the largest mesopore/external surface area (360 m2 g−1), showing also the narrowest mesopore size distribution. A direct relationship was observed between the TOF values and the concentration of external Brønsted acid sites, showing the presence of strong steric/diffusional limitations that are greatly overcome with the dendritic zeolites. The lower reactivity of trans-LE compared to cis-LE was attributed to the larger steric hindrance of the oxygen atom. Exploration of the solvent influence revealed that the reaction rate of LE was favored by non-polar solvents, while highly selective DHC formation occurred in the solvents of medium polarity. The d-ZSM-5/4d sample was shown to be robust because catalytic activity could be completely recovered by air calcination.\r\n\r\nAcknowledgements\r\n\r\nLuis A. "en": "This dataset contains tracking results of different combinations of CD44 antibody-blocked AsPC1 and MiaPaca cells perfused on CD44 antibody-blocked endothelial monolayers under physiological flow speeds.\r\n\r\nVideos were recorded using a Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E microscope and 20x objective.\r\n\r\nPerfused cells from the generated videos were segmented using custom-trained Stardist models. "en": "This dataset contains tracking results of and immune cells (Mononucleated cells and neutrophils) perfused on endothelial monolayer under physiological flow speeds and with or without IL-1β treatment. Imaged using brightfield microscopy using a Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E microscope and 20x objective.\r\n\r\nPerfused cells from the generated videos were segmented using custom Stardist models. "en": "This repository contains a Pix2Pix deep learning model to generate synthetic PECAM-1 staining from brightfield images. The model was trained on an initial dataset of 484 paired brightfield and fluorescent microscopy images, which was computationally augmented by a factor of 6 to enhance model performance. The training was conducted over 245 epochs with a patch size of 512x512, a batch size of 1, and a vanilla GAN loss function.
