open-access catalogue providing all available non-instrumental and instrumental earthquake records in Fennoscandia and the adjacent offshore areas and it is compiled by Institute of Seismology, University of Helsinki, Finland. The catalogue covers earthquakes from 1467 to near present day. The original catalogue has been updated several times for different purposes.\n\nThe published versions are called FENCAT(2014), FENCAT17, FENCAT(2021), FENCAT(20xx) and the number post text indicating the last year whose data are included in the dataset. FENCAT has been updated previously at the Institute of Seismology’s web sites and older versions have previously been called FENCAT catalogues without versioning.\n\nIn the older version FENCAT(2014), data in the catalogue covers the area of 54°-75°N and 0°-45°E including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and adjacent offshore areas, as well as parts of northern Lithuania and northwestern Russia.\n\nBecause of the different degree of accuracy and homogeneity of the parameter data, the events were divided into historical (1375–1970) and instrumental (1971–) datasets. The source parameters for historical events are mainly macroseismic and for the instrumental data they are obtained by various iterative location procedures. The catalogue has been continuously updated with data from earthquake bulletins by the Institute of Seismology at the University of Helsinki (HEL), by the Department of Earth Science at the University of Bergen (BER), by the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Uppsala (UPP), the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (DNK) and since 2006 by the Geological Survey of Estonia (EST).\n\nThe catalogue provides information about the time, location, depth, magnitudes, intensity and origin of data for the events. Since the beginning of year 2000, the catalogue lists the number of seismic stations included in the calculation of the location, the distance to the closest station, and the azimuthal gap of the stations, needed in the quality estimates of the location parameters. From 2009 onwards, all events that have less than four stations in their location solution are omitted from the catalogue. All versions of the catalogues published after FENCAT17 include information on the homogenized magnitudes of the earthquakes. The process of homogenization of the magnitudes is described in detail in an article under preparation by Uski et. al. (information will be updated later).\n\nThe catalogue has been cleaned up from explosions, induced and frost related events to the extent possible. Using the CSV format has given the opportunity to rearrange data more comprehensively so the table now gives first information on time, location and depth of the events, then introduces mangitudes of the events, giving first homogenized magnitude, then seismic moment information and after that lists magnitudes from separate sources. After this there is macroseismic information and in\n\nthe end different kinds of errors and comments. The FENCAT(2021).csv file is stored with a semicolon as a column separator and consists of commas as decimal separators.\n\nThe FENCAT17 is a version of FENCAT made specifically for the Research Council of Finland’s project 337913 “Seismic Risk - Mitigation of induced seismic risk in urban environments” for calculating the seismic hazard for Finland and adjacent areas. emCCD all-sky imager at Abisko Scientific Research Station. The subset includes raw images of aurora emissions taken  557,7nm (G)  in regular synoptic observation routine of MIRACLE emCCD cameras during the pulsating aurora event observed 15 Mar 2018 01-02UT. The data set is used  in the paper \"Detection of Pulsating Aurora from GNSS Total Electron Content\" by J. Pérez-Coll Jiménez et al. submitted t Geophysical Research Letters.\n\nThe raw images are 16-bit, 512x512px stored in PNG format and the metadata of the imager settings are written in EXIF comment field of the each image. Image filename includes station code, date, starting time of exposure,  used filter and exposure time.  The datalogger PC has own GPS stratus0 NTP source to keep the computer in time. Image sequences are started at given seconds. The delay between images in sequence is depending on the exposure time and delay of the filter rotation. The 1 minute regular MIRACLE sequence during the event from 00s to 55s was SEQ_00=GB, SEQ_05=BG, SEQ_10=GC, SEQ_15=RH, SEQ_20=GB, SEQ_25=BG, SEQ_30=GS, SEQ_35=RW, SEQ_40=GB, SEQ_45=BG, SEQ_50=GD, SEQ_55=BG, where G is the 557nm filter used in this study.\n\nThe emCCD imager at the Abisko Scientific Research Station of Swedish Polar Research Secretariat is owned and operated by Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, University of Oulu. Aineisto on koottu osana helmikuun 2023 ja huhtikuun 2025 välisenä aikana tehtyä Keski-Suomen e-urheilun osaamiskeskittymähanketta, jonka osaksi aineistosta luotiin tietokanta hakujärjestelmän kanssa oppilaitosten ja organisaatioiden käyttöön. Tietokantapalvelu valmistui kevään 2025 aikana \r\n\r\nTarkasteltava aineisto on koottu pääosin vuosien syksyn 2023 ja kevään 2024 aikana. Viimeisimmät lisäykset aineistoon on tehty toukokuussa 2024. Opinnäytteitä on tämän jälkeen valmistunut useita, mutta tietokannan rakentamista ja testaamista varten aineiston keruu jätettiin mainittuun aikaan ja uusia lisäyksiä tietokanta-aineistoon tehdään kesän 2025 aikana. After this the sensors were used to measure emission profile transients of low (Ar+) and high (Ar9+) charge state ions from pulsed argon plasma produced with JYFL 14 GHz ECR ion source. This data package contains RAW optical data measured with the camera and PMT, emission line profiles extracted from the RAW data, measured Ar9+ ion beam current transients, charge state distributions, and optical emission spectra. The package also contains rudimentary tools for opening the provided data using python. The experimental work was performed between November 2024 and January It is unknown whether salivary cortisol is a risk factor for preterm birth in Ghana. Our objective was to determine whether maternal salivary cortisol during pregnancy was associated with pregnancy duration and preterm delivery in Ghana. Methods We conducted a cohort study of 783 pregnant women in Ghana. We measured salivary cortisol at baseline (mean 16 wk), 28 wk., and 36 wk. gestation. Pregnancy duration was determined primarily by ultrasound. We used adjusted linear regression models to examine the association between cortisol and pregnancy duration and Poisson regression models to determine the risk of preterm delivery among women with high cortisol at baseline or 28 wk. gestation. Results Mean pregnancy duration was 39.4 ± 1.8 wk. and 6.6% had a preterm delivery. Mean maternal cortisol increased throughout pregnancy, from 4.9 ± 2.7 nmol/L at baseline (16 wk) to 6.4 ± 3.2 nmol/L at 28 wk. and 7.9 ± 3.0 nmol/L at 36 wk. gestation. In adjusted analyses, higher cortisol concentrations at baseline (β = − 0.39, p = .002) and 28 wk. (β = − 0.49, p = .001), but not 36 wk. (β = − 0.23, p = .084) were associated with a shorter pregnancy duration. Women with high cortisol at baseline (&gt; 6.3 nmol/L) had an increased relative risk of preterm delivery (RR (95% CI): 1.96 (1.13, 3.40)), but the association between high cortisol at 28 wk. and preterm delivery was not significant. There was a significant interaction with fetal sex (p-for-interaction = 0.037): among women carrying male fetuses, high cortisol at baseline increased the risk of preterm delivery threefold (3.18 (1.51, 6.71)) while there was no association (1.17 (0.50, 2.74)) among women carrying female fetuses. Conclusion Higher maternal cortisol is associated with a shorter pregnancy duration and an increased risk of preterm delivery. Subgroup analysis by fetal sex revealed that this association is evident primarily among women carrying male fetuses. Within the EU, child protection is primarily ensured by the Brussels IIter Regulation, which replaced the Brussels IIa Regulation as of 1 August 2022.  In addition to the Regulation, all EU Member States have ratified the Hague Convention on Child Abduction 1980, and the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children 1996.  All of these instruments base the jurisdiction to issue protective measures on the habitual residence of the child. They also establish a system of central authorities (CAs), who operate on the national level and are responsible for sharing good practice and information on national laws and practices and cooperating in cross-border cases.  In Finland, the CA is the Ministry of Justice. \nThe contact point function of the CAs means that research into the actual cases of the CA can offer invaluable information as to how cross-border child protection operates in practice. It can also indicate factors enhancing or precluding effective protection of children in transnational situations. This dataset is based on detailed notes made of case files from the Finnish Ministry of Justice. It covers cases of child protection in 2012–2020 (n=193) and child abduction in 2016–2018 (n=53). Of the child protection cases, the requesting authority was Finnish in 98 cases and in 95 cases the request came from a foreign The first phase is to implement in prisons wide survey and interview survey on the trauma experiences of women with criminal backgrounds and their traumas consequences. This empirical data consists of the survey (n=37). Questionnaire is called Traumatic Antecedents Questionnaire (TAQ). Siinä tutkittiin naisten elämänkulussa olleita traumakokemuksia ja niiden vaikutuksia heidän palvelutarpeisiinsa. Lisäksi kartoitettiin ja arvioitiin olemassa olevia päihde-, terveys-, aikuis- ja asumissosiaalityön palveluita tunnistettujen palvelutarpeiden näkökulmasta. Tulosten pohjalta kehitettiin tutkimusperustaisesti yhdessä ammattilaisten, järjestöjen ja kokemusasiantuntijoiden kanssa traumakokemukset tunnistava naiserityinen yhteistyö- ja palvelumalli, joka tiivistää naisten vapautumisen valmistelua, tukee sen onnistumista ja pyrkii vastaamaan paremmin rikostaustaisten naisten tarpeisiin.\r\n\r\nVankilan aineistonkeruu alkoi 24.4.2023 ja päättyi 22.9.2023.
